Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? Well when i peeked in there I got super worried becuase they had BLOWN UP!!!! such big girls! But after learning lessons from The Defoliator I knew I could clean them up!!! The result was very nice!! I even went in and did some minor LST. 1 plant is a bit bigger than the rest, but really I think this is definitly gonna be the most sculpted plants i have made! Everything is going along just GREAT!!!!! ________________________________________________________________________ The week has gone by so fast!!! My flower tent is hogging all the glory with amazing buds, but these Night Owl seeds are EXPLODING!!!! There is a significant difference between the biggest plant and the smallest one, but I'm continuing to develop an even canopy and attempting to tame these bitches down!!! They are so ready for a bigger tent but I cant get them moved just yet... I'm really hopefull next week will be the move! I supercropped the hell outta them! It was very nice to have a container of SCs and LST ties to pin everything down!!! Def invest in a 3D printer!!!

Growing great starting to fill out had a hiccup tho I trusted ac infinity ai and it screwd me it was shutting fans off my humidity was like 30 % my heat was in mid 80s but im always checking so I changed my parameters the old fashion way in the app

Poor Skunk Apple really is the runt of the litter. I think we can blame my rookie mistake of giving it a gallon of water that was way too strong. It's been struggling to recover ever since. Hopefully this little guy will catch up eventually, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Well, another year has come and gone. Yesterday was New Year's Eve, and I want to wish all of you a happy and healthy 2025. May this year bring you all the things you've been wishing for. Let's make this the best year yet! I can't believe how much my plants have grown during this stretch! It's like they've been on some serious plant steroids. They've all at least doubled in size, some of them even more. I have a hard time with overwatering, especially now that it's harder to let them dry out. I just don't know if I'm damaging the roots with all this growth.

Everything is looking good so far. Plants have really exploded in growth since the flip and are filling out the screen nicely so far. We will keep tucking till she stops stretching and hopefully get most of the screen filled. We flipped her a bit early In the screen fill stage do to a shortage of stock so we need a quick turn around on these girls cause even in Canada with legal weed it’s hard to find good medical grade that’s not ridiculously priced at a legal store. Wayyyyy cheaper to grow our own. Water was changed out at beginning of this week as well and nute’d at 3/4 strength with Remo flowing lineup and UC root at full strength. These girls are also the early version so should be 45 days or so apparently.... we will see...lol

Smells of sweetness and and deep dank musk smell. Buds are far apart but of good quality. She's long and a hungry girl. I left her on water just for the week. Lots of the leafs started showing signs of hunger, but she evened out. Got no mad fade. I removed all of the fan leafs, so maybe there would of been some. Am gonna do my favourite drying method. Gonna push her just before the point of showing signs of stress for water. And then I'll chop her on the stem. Plan on a quick 5 day dry. As my temp is not great. So, a quick dry this way, will give a much better result than a quick dry by heat and losing lots of her potency. Thanks to my sponsors from Original Sensible Seeds for these beans. Hello m8 welcome to this journey with me in this diary will have very interesting strains hope u find something useful Persi - [ ] 1st week Veg: germinated in substrate lighting very close so it jets medium high humidity after the 3rd day they started sprouting - [ ] 2nd week Veg: this week my ventilator broke down and as the temperature stayed very warm nothing developed much - [ ] 3rd week Veg:fortunately this week i had fixed the ventilation and the temperature has go down a bit allowing the little plants to develop and reinforce - [ ] 4th week:very good developments in this week I already started feeding a bit two times but i didn’t have to…once was enough - [ ] 5th week Veg:this week they were very strong green i only had to water them good and keep the ventilators going no stop .They have good hight already ,but as i have to strains together. 70 Days have passed since I started this diary 😏. Its week 10 and she has reached max level. I've started flushing 3 days back and gonna continue till the end of next week. Gonna give her a trim soon so the the sun can shine on those smaller buds for just a while. Time goes so fast :)

Week 4 ---------------------- 🇺🇸 Skywalker OG is doing really well. The roots are nicely developed and densely grown. The plants are giving off a pleasant aroma and are responding well to LST. Topping also worked out great. Growth has slowed down a bit, probably because the plants are now learning that nutrients first need to be processed by the soil life. Nutrients are applied following the Bio Tabs schedule. 4 Teaspoons : Startrex 3 Teaspoons : Mycrotrex 2 Bio Tabs fertilizer Pallets 1l Water ---------------------------- 1g Bactrex 5ml Orgatrex Week 4 ---------------------- 🇩🇪 Skywalker OG macht sich sehr gut. Die Wurzeln sind schön entwickelt und gut durchwachsen. Die Pflanzen verströmen einen angenehmen Geruch und vertragen das LST ziemlich gut. Auch das Topping hat gut funktioniert. Das Wachstum ist etwas verlangsamt, vermutlich weil die Pflanzen nun lernen müssen, dass die Nährstoffe erst durch das Bodenleben umgewandelt werden müssen. Day 18: The canopy is developping nice and evenly. I wonder how much mire they will stretch. I think that ill do some defoliation at the beginning of week 4 Day 20: Today I did a big defoliation right before the third flowering week ends. It was a tough job reaching all the leaves in the back because I cant move the plants.😅 But we made it! Now the light can reach much further down the plants for better/bigger buds and better aeration.

Oggi è iniziata la terza settimana di vita della mia Purplematic CBD. Sembra sana e cresce piuttosto velocemente, oggi 19/10/2020 l'ho trapiantata nel vaso smart pot (quello di tessuto che mi è stato gentilmente dato, insieme al kit dicrescita, dalla royal queen seeds, per il contest). Ho poi, nella medesima data, utilizzato per la prima volta easy combo, in particolare la capsula per la fase vegetativa. Purtroppo, ho a disposizione solo una capsula per la fase di crescita, e innaffiando poche volte alla settimana (a causa delle temperature non troppo elevate) ho fatto la scelta di frazionare la capsula in 4 parti così da non sprecarla e poterla utilizzare ancora. Ho diluito 1/4 della pastiglia in circa 750ml di acqua del rubinetto (so che non è la scelta migliore, ma almeno ho potuto regolarne la temperatura) e versato nel vaso circa 200ml-250ml. Sto iniziando, quando possibile, a dare un po' più di luce alla piantina. Durante il trapianto ho notato che, probabilmente grazie all'utilizzo dei fertilizzanti che mi sono stati inviati, le radici erano molto ben sviluppate e qualcuna stava già uscendo dai buchi sottostanti al vaso.
