I had a fun experience growing this strain. She started out strong and finished pretty strong! The buds are covered in THC and smells sweet. The only thing I would really do better next time is trying not to nutrient burn her as much as I did towards the end. I also experimented with harvest time and came to the conclusion that the it's best to harvest a few weeks after their recommended time if you want denser buds (in my opinion). I do wish the buds were a bit more dense but I'm not a pro grower and that could be the reason for that. It's all a learning experience. It could be the strain because I'm going a Gorilla Cookies (FastBuds) and those buds are huge and don't have as many leaves. Overall I'm blessed with the outcome and I'm going to enjoy the perfectly dried buds soon :D I hope you all enjoy the little videos and music! haha I've only grown one plant before this which resulted in less than an eighth of bud so I'm beyond happy to say the least lol Let me know if you have any questions regarding growing and for some possible tips! Day 83...they are ready for harvest however I only just began flushing. This is my 1st try and I missed timed it. Buds are heavy and reseinous. Smelling sweet. Maybe I havest in the morning and forget the flush. Day 84..harvest pheno that was topped. The buds are not as dense on this one....I did not flush this one...the other I will flush for two day and give 24hrs darkest before I havest. Which will be sometime later today. Day 85..chopped the others today.

Well I had to break down my tent this week. Long story but I took some clones to do these at a later date. Minor setback but hopefully I will be back up and running again soon. These are the pictures from right before I broke it down.

Just a quick update, Super kush is packing on the pounds and becoming so frosty that the plant is looking white GG #4 is so potent and diesel that when you touch this plant a lil it rocks the whole place out , I have a pheno what I will defo be keeping Gorilla zkits has finished stretch and is now starting to pack on weight looking forward to seeing theses girls Banana kush seems to be slowing down for some reason but the smell is out of this world 🌎 Critical rqs is such a chemical smell I cant explain this girl is so huge that it is taking most of the room 😳 Phantom og is a unique creamy smell with loads and loads of tops also cant wait for this Blue gelato 41 is the smallest out the girls but is getting ultra frosty

We decided on Pineapple Express (by Grower's Choice) as our summer strain this year, we veg anything going outside under 16hrs ..We only get 15hrs at peak light(Far North/East, Canadian border) and this prevents any pre-flowering and possible revegging downtime. We're going to flower 4 plants indoors ASAP (to ensure we don't run out )and bring 3 out to the field in about 2-2.5 months...

She is a great strain thus far. My tent has been getting a bit hotter in the summer. Just a bit of issue though. Can't wait to try this one. Such a sweet candy smell.

The weekly forecast turned to high percentage of rain every day for the rest of this week. Night 4 and Day 5 we had heavy rain and thunderstorms. Day 6 was heavy cloud cover all day with high humidity. Day 7 we had lots of rain and drizzle. Night 7 we had more rain. These two girls seem to love it. The haven't missed a beat and got a boost when they tapped into the fertilizer. The listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil and we're fed during week 1.

3/29 - flush day. I'm not sure if I should keep this one going or if I should plan to harvest at the end of this week...she doesn't have much amber, maybe 1%. Lots of cloudy and some clear. I'm tempted to let her run until Runtz is ready but I think I might have a week discrepancy between the two. 2L distilled water 5.9pH 69.5 *F 3/31 - feeding, getting close to finished I think. Terps are still 30-40% clear with very little amber so I'm going to let her run some more. 7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. IM GOING TO TREAT IT BUT I HAVENT DECIDED WITH WHAT YET. I MEAN I NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT JUST PESTS OR WATER SPLASHES FIRST TOO. I'VE BEEN PRETTY SANITARY THIS YEAR. For at least 45 mins it rained harder than I've EVER seen it. Pure sheet rain. It turned over to heavy rain before moving out. The plan was to water everything this morning and start feeding. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD. 7/8 Finally that hot streak has broken. It's in the 70s and it rained a little last night. Had to use an iPhone and send it to me because my phone was dead. My plan worked out great and everything is looking fantastic. We may get some rain tonight but I'll be watching the forecast. I DO need to feed and may do that. I might wait until next week. I also need to figure out what to do about that four lined plant bug. The birds that perch on my cage do a good job getting pests. Knock on wood I haven't seen many. I killed one pillar and there's just that four lined plant bug. That's really the only damage. I'd Hate to spray my girls with a bunch of shit over ONE bug. We shall see and I'll keep this updated. 7/9 Phone was dead this morning. Went back over later and defoliated a little bit. On reveg ive found a few spots that look like it could be septoria. Could be splash up or a million other things too. The birds have been taking care of pillars. I've found two this season which were promptly killed. Everything looked good. We are in much cooler weather now. Still high 70s with at least 90%rh. Could have showers but I need to keep up with my watering. I kept with the increase and watered everything with 2 gallons. With the exception of the 50 and the two 10's the 50 I skipped and each 10 got 1 gallon. Now it's time for a shout out. I get my seeds from North atlantic seed company. They have a sister company @dirtybirdgenetics which produces amazing strains that flourish in Maine. N.A.S.C has always used me good but this will be my first dirty bird grow next year. None of this was necessary but it's greatly appreciated. The hand written note put a huge smile on my face.

There is a timelapse of this past week! This plant, the blueberry, is in the background. Early this week I transplanted the rock wool cube into my DWC system. I pH'd the water, but otherwise did not provide nutes for a few days. The grow tent is now on an 18hr light period. Sometime in the middle of this past week, this blueberry started wilting! In response, I provided the nutrients listed above, with the addition of 1 gallon of (hard) tap water to provide calcium. Unlike my GSC, the nutrients did not fix the wilting, but the wilting did go away after 2-3 days. I had some humidity troubles, so I resorted to flooding the bottom of my tent. This does seem to help maintain humidity around 50% RH. This plant is growing asymmetrically! It's first set of "real leaves" is not even. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

9/10 Went and shook the plants off. I don't think it rained. I think it's just dew. Plants with ailments seem to be progressing well and it looks like they'll outrun the pathogens. It may not be a banner year yield wise but the quality will be great it looks like. GMO is stacking up real nice. The ones in further flower are swelling more and more everyday. Earwigs MAY be back because I noticed a couple of plants where I left a tiny little branch on the bottom have been lollipopped on tje sherb pie and rather quickly too. I suppose it could be leaves dieing and rotting bit I doubt it. If they are here there aren't many and most plants are too far in flower for them to bother. They eat the lower newly developing shoots. Not big dense buds. Luckily. I noticed some pm on the gmo with pm. Looks like it's time for another treatment of k bicarb. I'll probably do that tonight. I'll keep this updated. WENT BACK OVER AND DEFOLIATED A BUNCH OF STUFF. ITS TIME FOR ANOTHER APP OF K BICARB. I CHECKED THE SHERB PIE AND IT DOESNT NEED TO BE WATERED. IT WAS STILL VERY HEAVY. IM THINKING I MAY HAVE EARWIGS THAT ARE FEASTUNG ON LOWER BRANCHES THAT SHOULDVE BEEN PRUNED. I NOTICED SOME LARFY SHIT THAT KOOKS LIKE NEW SHOOTS WERE CHEWED. I'm noticing the same thing that happened a few years back. Lower secondary or tertiary branches are getting stripped on a couple plants. They never touch the developed buds they want the new shoots. If IT IS ear wigs they are impossible to fight. I put poison down and d.e. around those plantscand we'll see. It could also be rot from dying leaves. I need to treatcsome of the plants with a longer flowering time with plant doctor. I'm going over today to spend a few hours working in the garden. I'll apply something I just don't know WHAT yet. One event horizon looks like it tried to reveg AGAIN which is super weird . I just see a lot of one and 3 finger leaves. It will probably turn out to be great. The other event horizon looks like its going to be incredible. The toasted toffy is getting close too. Temps only reached 62° yesterday. It took FOREVER to shake these plants off. Weather is lookingvyo be good for the next couple weeks. Perfect finishing weather for my two that are furthest in flower. I may have to do a staged harvest. Some BOTTOM branches on e.h. are FAT and have trichs on trichs. I'll have to use my scope. I'm switching to cha ching next feed for the three furyhest in flower. Maybe four. The sherb pie had NO flowers last week but it's exploding with really compact buds. The whole plant turned purple. I need to be careful of botrytis with this weather. I've been pretty good about leaving and removing any dead or dying leaves. Even the plant in the ten is filling out nice. I have SOMETHING (behaving like earwigs) and eating "fresh" shoots. It's like lollipopping the new growth on a couple plants. I'll becstaying at the grow from now forward so I'll go out tonight and see what I found. The poison I put down seems to be gone. Anyway I'm very grateful for what I've got. I'm update as I go. 9/13 It's sprinkling a half hour trom my grow. I think it's supposed to be nice though. I found some botrytis on two plants. Two are so close to finishing that I need to closely watch them. I don't want botrytis. I applied k bicarb to the middle gmo as I saw a spot of pm. I spent a ton of time defoliating. This cold weather has brought the fade much faster. Trichs are looking good. WENT THROUGH THE PLANTS AND DEFOLIATED A SHIT TON. APPARENTLY THIS EARLY FADE IS NORMAL THIS YEAR. Decided to hold off feeding and watering. Defoliated a shit ton throughout the day. Around five I noticed that my shittiest GMO with the yellow leaves had a couple dead interior branches. Upon closer inspection it looked like grey mold. A few tiny buds were destroyed but the branch needed to be removed. Jot any big loss but if it's in the shit that doesn't matter than it's around the shit that does. Found info on event horizon flowering time. Middle of September until middle of October. That could be why I'm seeing coke cans on the bottom branches of that phenome. I've got some decisions to make. I mixed up enough water to water in the morning. I'll mix up feed in the morning. Tje garden has gotten a lot of attention lately. I hope it pays off. I'm leaning on a multi staged harvest of the event horizon amd toasted toffy but we'll 9/14 Hurries morning. Mixed water for this morning last night. WATERED AND FED EVERYTHING (BUT TOASTED TOFFY AND EVENT HORIZON #2 DUE TO THEM BEING CHOPPED SOON.) Everything got a gallon of water and a qtr of food. I had to cut a couple small interior secondary branches on my shottiest GMO due to the appearance of grey mold. I also found some botrytis in both the event horizon and toasted toffy that I plan to take the tops of today. I scoped them and I'm planning to do a staged harvest. Trichs are milky with some amber. Everything is blowing up! I'm not sure what's happening but like it previous years there's a couple plants with leaves dieing near bud sites and an overall yellow appearance. Maybe it's late stage septoria. I cant isolate it due to local laws but if I have to I'll deal with it. Nothing else had anything like that. I hace noticed SOMETHING nocturnal that can eat a small branch and leave it bare. Also eat the small newly forming shoots at the bottom of plants. I shouldve taken off ALL the larfy stuff as it draws bugs but I did things a like different with each plant this year. I'm going to go through the plants again today and I'll update what I decide. Chances are the top half of those two plants are coming down. I'll do a video. 9/15 I'll have to add pics and videos tomorrow. Last night I did a final check of the trichs on event horizon #2 and toasted toffy. Everything looked great so I proceeded to do a "wet trim" outside (ill use the leaf blower to clean up) and cut the tops off the plant. I know this injures tje plant but it also makes them go crazy thinking they are dying and the buds and trichs swell. I had one plant last year I got two harvests off and a bunch of fresh frozen for concentrates. I looked this morning and I madecthe right decision. These plants are DONE. I've got another event horizon but it's not quite there yet. I'm going to leave it as long as I can. If the injured plants pick up pm or something (already had septoria) then the flower will be used for extracts or I'll do a Cervantes wash. I imagine concentrates though. One GMO isn't doing as good as the rest. Yesterday I had to cut three branches off due to grey mold on the stalk. If laws allowed it I'd isolate that plant. Luckily since I spend so much time going through the garden I'm able to find this kind of stuff. The GMO'S look wonderful (even the one with some yellow leaves that I cut the branches off) . K bicarb has kept pm at bay so far. This strain has TONS of trichs. It's like trich on trich on trich. I can't wait to try it. It smells amazing. Sherb pie is completely purple with rock hard buds that smell amazing. It's quality over quantity this year. The big one in the 50 (I think red runtz) is swelling more everyday. I'm going to switch to ch ching soon. The plant in the 10 had TOTALLY SUPRISED ME. I've never grown a plant lime this. It started out with dark purple in the middle now buds are swelling and calyxes are EVERYWHERE! This plant is growing extremely fast! You'll see what I mean when I put the pics and the videos up. I'm not going to do the event horizon harvest until I get both plants and all of both plants. It will be a while before I finish the toasted toffy one as well. 9/16 I'm glad I took those plants. Weather is good but plants were soaked thos morning. I need to go out at night and see what is eating new shoots. Flowers are looking great. I need to do another app of k bocarb sometime. I'm suprised the pm has pretty much stayed with that one plant. That two other GMO's flanking it are doing awesome! Purple, sticky stinky. It's got the whole package. The one in the 50 has some huge flowers that won't require much longer. The one invthe 10 has some time left. This is clearly a sativa dominant hybrid. The buds are swelling like crazy. It went from NO buds to having little purple calyxes to flowers that look like cat-tails! I can't wait to see what rhis year brings. Once I get things dry and manicured I'll give you guys a look at how the first stage of the first harvest went. I'm super happy. Spent a large part of this morning shaking plants by handcand removing any dead leaves or anything that could cause rot then I went over them with a leaf blower. I'll need to water tonight I imagine.
