The buds have gotten a bit fatter since last week 😼Im very happy so far. I did over feed them a bit a couple of days ago, probably for the excess PK13/14. You can see some of the leaves have burnt tips. Well now ive ran out of CANNABOOST and decided to replice it with Canadian Xpress Headmasta, ive read great things about this booster and its also much cheaper :)) Peace

Sour wiz came out amazing. Not many problems during her grow. Each pheno came out really different but that’s from my doing. I trained each plant differently to see what the difference would be. Responds really well to stress and training. I can’t tell you in words how great the flowers are. They’re literally coated in trichomes and smell and taste so damn good. Fruity sweet gasoline. 👉 This year, RQS launched 5 new regular strains. The seeds are packed with10 pieces. 38 seeds out of 50 turned out beautiful (see my previous diaries). 👉 Before I put the plants into bloom, I took 2 cuttings from each plant. As soon as I knew which were the female plants, I deleted the male plants and the corresponding clones. 👉 Now I am going to raise the cuttings and flower the female plants in 5 new diaries. This diary is about the Garlic Mists # 1, # 6, # 7.

43 DÍAS DESDE SU GERMINACIÓN.

In week 7 the 12 plants have filled out the space inside the HOMEBOX grow-tent very nicely and therefore its time to switch to flowering. I change the timer, which I put infront of the supply of my SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs, to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. This will induce the flowering of my babies and they can start to develop buds. The BIO NOVA nutrients work very well, which can be seen in the nice healthy green color of the plants. I follow the SOIL-CULTIVATION chart from the BIO NOVA website, but use only half the recommended dose, because my tap-water already has a very high EC-value of 0,8 when it comes out of the faucet. Since I have used REGULAR seeds for THE PURPS from BC-BUD-DEPOT, I have to check for males on a regular basis. Two plants show clear male pollen-sacks already now (see above in video) and have to be culled right away. I cut the plants off at the main stem right above the soil and take away the plants and throw them into the trash right away. This way I make sure NO pollen can mature inside the male pollen-sacks and be released later and inseminate my babies on accident. In the places of the male PURPS plants, I put a MAC and KK-plant into the AUTOPOT-system, so all 12 placed are filled again. Now its time to wait until the first flowers start to appear. 👍😎

October 28, 2021 Doing my weekly diary updates a couple days early this week. This weekend I'm doing some work on the basement to finally finish the last of the construction projects for the Dude Cave!!! Once finished, I have a new 2x3 tent and a Viparspectra XS2000 (240w LED) that will be set up next week. Then I'll run the 2x3 for veg/autos and the 2x4 for photos. I spoke with Dylan from Coast of Maine today about my experience and issues with these girls. He said with a 3 gallon pot the Stonington Blend would only feed for around 3 weeks and additional nutrition should be fed starting around the 3rd week. He recommended the Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food as a top dress and then also adding Fish Bone Meal around week 6 (assuming autoflower and 10-12 weeks seed to harvest). He also said to go seed to harvest with the Stonington Blend adding water only would require at least 7-10 gallon pots for autos. Well, I already knew they were malnourished/underfed and I have been feeding Fox Farm Big Bloom and Neptunes Harvest Fish and Seaweed. I'm not sure how much these nutes may help at this point, but they can't hurt. I really have nothing to lose here, so let's see what they look like next week.

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer, so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and uniform. Average frost so far. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Dark Devil by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Red Poison and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Dark Devil perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time.
