November 6, 2021 The Quick Critical is taking off!!! I started feeding some nutrients this week and she really seemed to like it. I could flip her to flower now, but I'm going to wait another 1-2 weeks so the other two ladies can veg longer (and to give the autos a chance to finish). Critical Sour looks like she is ready to start rocking, I expect to see significant growth this upcoming week. CBD Medi Kush is finally starting to look like a cannabis plant! I have no idea what caused the delayed growth in the initial couple of weeks, but she's seems on track now. Lots of good growth in the past couple of days. This morning when looking at her closely I noticed she is growing two stems. This is going to be fun to watch how she develops. I just hope she doesn't herm out later. Neither of the two Dr Bruce Banner seeds nor the one CBD Lemon Aid seed I tried planting ever popped. This is now a 3 plant diary.

Finally my All in one mix arrived and im back to my normal feedings, by this i mean other labels bring up to much the EC in the water, making it harder to had whatever you want to had more 😅😆 Day 5 flower and you can se they wore desperate to flower, they are running and stretching like there’s no tomorrow 😅 lets see how will this afect in terms of space and canopy, so far so good but we are at day 5 and the6 are monsters comparing to the other side of the tent 😆 Day 7 and I’m already looking at them and thinking they need a air cut 😅 this girls are growing and drinking kind a fast 😆 with is a great signal. AK 2.0 XL Autoflower has some big saggy buds on her. She grew great through the grow. Minor issues with ph here, and there. I have tried growing with low tds, and high tds in DWC. I prefer High TDS to help control ph level better. Plus plant gets much bigger. From my experiments. This plant is a fine example. Heavy yield, and full of frost. Strong aroma of citrus and a earthy fruity smell. She grew really well under the Mars Hydro FC4800. I will upload a harvest video if it let's me. If not it can be found on my YouTube channel. Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.

Has been a bad week for Gorilla Cookies. After further inspection I have discovered russet mites. I treated her with neem for 4 days. I then rinsed it off yesterday. I proceeded to lollipop the plant as well. Hopefully I have killed off the mites. Day 1 - Ended up with 6 this run. Just popped their heads out of the coco This is a DWC run, 5/6 autoflowers All seeds from both seed companies germinated 100% It’s a coco perlite mix with a few clay pebbles at the bottom of the pots. Gorilla cookies FF and Tropicana cookies auto were started 3 -4 days after the others. (GC in dirt/ perlite ,will be mother plant) All is good Strawberry gorilla most vigorous one so far

This One under purple Light was a little bit faster in Germination now i try with the better spektrum how many speed can i give the plant with better Spektrum 22.04.2020 The last few days have really accelerated. This week, Satori recovered from the stress after HST and is ready to go into flowering mode, but I am waiting for blueberries. The blueberry leaves are all cut off, but the flowers are intact, the vegetation is slow, I hope one more week 18-6 will be enough.

BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. This plant has been full of surprises this week lol. First I found spider mites! Then I found a little powdery mildew 🤬🤬 Well.... now that the bad news is out of the way how about some good news. She is starting to really fatten up. The smell of this girl is fantastic😎 It really smells better by the day!! 🤪 She has been yellowing out a bit quickly as of late so I may need to add a bit more feather meal and kelp meal to her top dressing routine. I may also add some cal-mag to a watering here and there as needed. I have some predatory mites and ladybugs coming soon so the spider mites time is running out🤨. As for the powdery mildew, I will have to spray her every 3-4 days with greencure to keep it from invading my precious flowers. Greencure is an outdoor farmers best bud!! (Pun intended). I’ve been in this battle before. It comes with the territory when growing in a greenhouse outdoors. Sit back and enjoy y’all. I’ll get this lady to the finish line. 😎🍿
