Ok, so things are moving faster now. I checked the trichomes for the first time this week and they are pretty much all milky in the buds at the top and the middle. The lower buds have somewhat more clear trichomes, and I might have been more radical when I did perform the lollipop. The plant in the back right corner started to get a little purple on the leafs at the buds, which I think looks pretty cool. Harvest time could be within the next week, pretty sure still this month. I am waiting to see some amber in the trichomes like 10%ish and will leave them in 48h of darkness afterwards. I am still playing with the idea of a partial harvest, but I don't have well controlled options to dry my flowers outside of the Growbox. So I do not want to risk anything by a lack of airflow or potentially a humidity that could be off. I hope the buds will pack some more this week to come. Sensi Seeds says it is a medium harvesting plant, so I'll see what I'll get. I definitely want to let them have clear water one last time before harvest, because I gave them nutrients up until now. I would love to see more changes in the colours of the leafs and the plant eating itself up, to not have any unnecessary nitrogen with an impact on the taste. Sensi Seeds says this strain needs 7-10 weeks of flower so we are well within that time schedule.

30 deep and every single one is standing tall and at attention, I'll be transferring these girls into a 3 gallon pots at there 4 week period, I'm only watering these once a week and there doing great.

Tra tutte sicuramente salta molto all'occhio....gli ultimi due giorni l'ho lasciata denutrita in modo che capisse che stesse arrivando la sua fine ed oggi ha ricevuto il suo colpo di grazia 😔..... Pulita completamente da ogni tipo di foglia di zucchero il peso complessivo (senza rami e rametti) sono di 334g...molto molto soddisfatto del risultato e del prodotto finale! Pe. Sto che da me adesso fa caldo e non riesco a fare scendere la temperatura di più la sera per darli un colore un po' più violaceo...ma forse era un fenotipo proprio così, ma non mi interessa il colore onesto, l'importante e il risultato finale e sono veramente molto contento! Good week of growth. Fed twice throughout the week. Couple signs of insects but hoping it's just the few fruit flies I have in the vicinity. Also continued with LST, both plants seem to like it. Growth on Alaskan purple is slow due to the shitty Amazon light overjead I believe. Seemango has a mars hydro ts1000 overtop.

12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

On exposed tops, climate marks are visible — small necrotic spots and light transport signs. Nothing critical, but clearly showing she feels the swings. Still, she keeps building. 7/3 Hot as fuck today. Japanese beetles were around. I killed a few. I'm going to have to go over and keep an eye on things. It reached 90° today for the majority of the day. I watered around 1pm as I noticed most of the bags were very light. I'm glad I held off on the BT. I've dealt with jpn beetles before so hopfully that won't be an issue. Things are getting big. It won't let me upload any pictures or the video I did. I may upload it to past week. Went back over at night and and plants looked dropy but it was after 7pm and they were just going to sleep. 7/4 Didn't take photos this morning. Found some jpn beetles. That's the damage I've been seeing. I went back over last night to hunt them but I only got two. There weren't any others. No biggie. I'll put some pics up from today after I get back 7/5 Didn't get a chance to check the plants out today. My intuition tingled around 1pm and I had just gotten home and I ran over to check them. They displayed minor signs of heat stress as seen in the pics (due to the super high humidity and 90° weather) and the bags were light. A few were REALLY light. I could see they needed water. I WATERED 4 1/2 GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. DO TO THE HIGH TENPS AND WINDS IVE HAD TO WATER THE LAST THREE DAYS IN A ROW. IVE SLOWLY STRARTED INCREASING VOLUME. I don't want to water until I get a shit ton of run off because I want to keep the nutes in my soil as long as possible. As you can see things are going great. Minor pests but notjing major. They're growing at a very rapid pace. I'll need to add another layer of supports soon and begin to LST some of these girls. I've got one seedling in a 10 gal and I'm pretty sure it's a feminized red runtz but it's in preflower and looks and SHOULD be a female but I haven't seen the white hair yet. Looks like a female preflower though. I do have one auto though in a 5 gallon tjats doing good too. I have a bunch of pics but the internet is too slow. I'll upload tomorrow. Started pouring around 6. 7/6 Poured sheet rain all night. After it had Bern super fucking hot and I watered my plants with 4 1/2 gallons. Oh well. If I didn't water we wouldn't have gotten the rain. The fabric bags makes watering easier. The wind will dry out the medium. We do have some rain in the forecast. A pallet fell over and knocked my 5 gal bucket with tje auto into a 10 gal seedling but it held the pallet up and didn't damage anything. Out of all the ways it coyldve landed it landed just right to not hurt anything. Everything is super healthy. I do have some random pest damage but it's minimal. I'll decide whether to use a spray or not. Didn't take pictures this morning. Was pressed for time. 7/7 Super hot even at 8a.m. Rained the majority of the day yesterday. Plants are getting HUGE. I'm going to have to build a second round of supports and should probably start some LSTing. They seem to like growing natural how they are (besides the original topping and FIMed. You can tell these are ALL very high % indicas. I'm seeing pistols spitting out everywhere. Event horizon and sherb cake seem to be in the lead. The seedlings have realky taken off. The one I put in the 50 has fan leaves the size of my hands. 7/8 Wow it has been extremely hot. It's going to be in the 90's again today. Checked my plants and it seems the GMOs seem to be using more water. Those bags were a little lighter. Seeing how there is no rain in for a few days I had to water. WATERED 3 1/2 GALLONS. LAST SEEDLING FINALLY SHOWED AS A FEMALE. 7/9 Bags are still heavy. Found ONE jpn beetle this morning. Plants seem to be bigger everytime I look.starying the stretch and spitting out some pistols. I took some pics of the pistles. I'll update 7/10 should've started a new week but I didn't. I'll make next week six days. Plants are starting ro stretch. Minor random pest damage but woth the heat they need lots of water. Noticed a couple dead interior leaves so I should probably go through everything and defoliate. I need to add another layer of supports as well.

Week 4. I defoliated 2-4 leaf's all week, unlike like last week I did 10 fan leafs per plant. Lst training is going quite well...because I'm seeing more vertical growth and the center branches had no problem pushing up after defoliating.

Both Tropicana Cookies and one Jack Herer autos came down today. They'll be hanging for about 10 to 14 days and cured for about 30.

I must say, these ladies do not want to finish! I still haven't observed any amber trichomes and they're getting rather plump! The flowers are beautiful and smell complex! Strong scents of diesel, floral and sweet. I have dropped the lights to 75% and have reduced the photoperiod to 10/14 in an attempt to push them to finish. The resulting DLI is 32. The temperatures have been brought down. 70°f during the day and 58°f during the night. I am highly anticipating the initiation of the dry-back, which is signaled by the first sign of amber. Less than two weeks left I would guess, but these ladies can take all the time they need. I have very high hopes for making top-shelf flower as well as trying to make some fresh frozen bubble hash for the first time! I'm surprised there hasn't been signs of hunger. But they appear happy and healthy! While there hasn't a nitrogen deficiency, the leaves are adopting a purple on some leaves. Very pretty! I'm looking forward to doing some updates about whether or not I saw sucess in the bubble hash. As well, I would like to update about my drying and curing methods. I've been doing research on the mechanisms involved in a dry and cure that provides the best smoke! My previous runs all had particular issues, whether it was poor enviornmental control or failing to purge the the off-gassing of drying flowers. I have high hopes! This week, Satori recovered from the stress after HST and is ready to go into flowering mode, but I am waiting for blueberries. The blueberry leaves are all cut off, but the flowers are intact, the vegetation is slow, I hope one more week 18-6 will be enough.

Back home. All 8 branches looking well. Thay have grown fast during this 7 days. The roots look healthy and white. This week want to try not to change full res. Just going to add some nutrients so that the ppm goes to 600. Let's see how it will work. Also did some lst on every branch. Trying to make them as horizontal as possible for now. Hope to start scrog next week.

Had to move this one into the flower chamber of the BlumenBot DZ1 cabinet since I'm curing epoxy rosin in the room where the BlumenBot Solo cabinet is in. Cleaned her up quite a bit, the canopy is nearly there, she might catch up to mendo breath and flip at the same time. 10/8 - cleaned her up a little more and took out a few tops and fan leaves.
