This week the photoperiod girls continued to show steady growth and healthy development. Their leaves are a rich green, with wide blades and strong node stacking. The plants are branching nicely without excessive stretch, which means the 18-inch, 50% light setting is still working perfectly. The cover crop has taken off and is providing great soil protection, though it may need some trimming soon to prevent light competition. Humidity and pest prevention measures (sticky traps, nematodes applied earlier) are keeping things stable with no major pest pressure noted. On the feeding front, the plants have been living off the nutrients in their soil with no deficiencies showing. The plan is to water with silica tonight (Sept 3) to strengthen cell walls and prep them for training. Topping is scheduled this week as well — this will help shape the canopy and encourage even bushier growth moving into later veg. Overall, Week 4 has been smooth and productive. The plants are thriving in their environment, setting the stage for training and stronger structural development in Week 5.

I am sorry I haven't updated at all till now! I've been busy and the girls were stressing me out because they are the same strain, in the same tent and have the same light but my left plant is 2 feet shorter than my right and now I have 2 lights on them because of the height difference! But so far they are doing good, had some issues with deficiency, this strain is greedy but so far they aren't too bad! Still got a ways to go!

Con lo que corte lo clone y lo puse en una maceta pequeña. Voy a dejarla en crecimiento 5 semanas asi se desarrolla bien. Maybe there is also something wrong with the PH, so I calibrated my device again. I ran out of BioBizz CalMag and now I switched to CANNA CalMag Agent. Let's see, how she reacts on that. Both baby girls are growing steady but not in rapid speed yet. 2 waterings of 500 ml each on Feb 17th and Feb 22nd alongside with foliar feedings(100ml water and fish mix) both looking healthy and happy. start of week 4 and shes showing signs of preflower😀 she has grown quite well considering the 12/12 for my photos (now in flower). when i put in the 2nd light i didnt realise how much more light intensity there was and did not raise my light rig up enough so burnt a few leaves 😢.

Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

After have past all the problem in this plant but still come with nice looking buds so happy so fun to grow. When growing this plant and harvest always give me emotional feeling and good memories hope to getting better every time and grow up more.
