This week we gave some more guanokalong nutrients, more specific for flowering the buds are starting to form and getting bigger slowly day by day! We see lot pf bud sites everywhere! Also applied a small amount of foliar bio insecticide just in case before the plant is too advanced in flowering 29 august: nothing 30 august: water 31 august: nothing 1 September: nothing 2 September: water and guanokalong nutrients ( powder, black pellets, palm tree ashes) 3 September: nothing 4 September: nothing

Dear diary, Week 2 done and on the books! Everything went mostly fine up until the very end of the week were I noticed some strangeness with another one of the strains in the tent. More info on that will be in my other diary for Gorilla Cookies and will be covered more overall in next weeks update as I try to fix any potential issues. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 11: Calmag foliar applied 2 times during the day at 0.8ms and corrected ph to 6.3. They also got their regular feeding at 1.27ms 6.4ph with me increasing the light to 250ppfd. ⏰ Day 12: They were given a foliar and watering of calmag water at 1.13ms and 6.3ph early in the morning as issues had not cleared up. Later in the evening they got a regular feeding at 1.41ms, 5.9ph and lights were increased to 275ppfd. ⏰ Day 13: 2 calmag foliars, gave feeding at 1.54ms 5.8ph and increased lights to 285ppfd ⏰ Day 14: They have reached 3 nodes marking the end of seedling stage and beginning of veg! They were fed with 1.53ms 5.8ph and four 3 liter airpots was prepped with 75/25 coco/perlite and watered with the same feed until runoff before transplanting. As I can only grow four plants W.C #1 and #3 were selected as the final two. Temps are around 26 and RH 75% with lights on and 24C 80% off. Will be taking down the RH slightly over the coming few days to 65%. ⏰ Day 15: Gave the girls a feeding at 1.57ms 5.6ph. Also increased light to 305ppfd and they do look a bit droopy, but that’s not to surprising after the transplant. ⏰ Day 16: Daily feeding at 6ph 1.59ms and increased light to 320 ppfd. Aiming for 465 ppfd by the end of next week as that would move us up from 20 to 30 DLI. ⏰ Day 17: Sprayed a foliar coat of Leaf Coat from Biobizz as prevention for pest in the morning. For the evening they got their feeding at 1.58ms 6.2ph and foliar spray of calmag as a plant of the other strain in the tent is looking a bit odd.

And ended up removing a big chunk of her that she was pushing out. (removed her next set above the one on day 35) and topped all nodes then to compensate. So topped 8 times × the main top. Noticed a very light fade in-between the vains, showing a very light mag def. Sprayed with a Epsom Salt Foliar spray 200ppm and dosed her with a 250ppm feed 6.6ph for both. All in all. I'm very happy with how this wk went. Still a few days to go in this week. Growth has been rapid. Doesn't look like it. But, she was much further ahead. I've redid her whole process 3x now. And, each time. It's set her back. 2-3 weeks in this shape with solid LST and she'll be fine. She's going under my SE5000 now with co2. All my 3x3 will be covered. Just waiting on my lux Uni-T meter. (To make my own ppfd map as the lux meter comes with an app that converts your lights lux spectrum into ppfd. You can set your area size. And find which ppfd is in what area of your tent by doing grids tests, software is still in development phase, but looks very promising. Has a 97% match to the apogee brands, they're the ppfd meter you see on all major light markers, and growers that have 700e to spare) Back to this girl. She is a great grower, as I said. Look back at week 4. She could of easily been flipped and made for a mid sized indica. I'm going a different route. And having fun shaping and making an even canopy. She has thin fingered leaves. So, not a bad indica to do a scrog with. But, I think I'll settle for 2 more weeks of growth and good LST and I'll put her to the flip. Thanks for viewing these 2 weeks. Dry Conditions: start with 60% RH and stayed at 50 - 60% the whole time, unfortunately I couldn't get temperatures below 20° degrees. During the day 21° and in the evening 18-20°, after 8 days I was able to start dry trimming... Update: 1. Plant 696 gr wet with leafs - 125g dry 2. Plant 770 gr wet with leafs - 150g dry Record bud is 85 gr wet. now i put the buds in Bottles to ferment at least 2 Weeks...

Destiny has given me a wonderful climate so far but from the 18th the weather will change completely, precisely in the last 10 days of flowering which fortunately is very accelerated by the anomalous heat, especially at night. Typical late summer weather here, kinda for weed. First storm is expected on Saturday, I'm ready to protect them. I've made the last rearrangement of the tent, trying to give more room to the vigorous and overflowing Pineapple Kush so I've rised the roof to 110". The plants are all carefully sprayed with thyme extract to control mites infection, it seems to work, infection is stable from 1 week. I kill manually 20/30 bedbugs a day. During nighttime, maybe a monster grasshopper, is munching some leaves, at this point I don't care, I have to defoliate anyway and these bastards don't chew buds, for now. She's flowering fast now, I hope she will finish before October rains. Every side branches is thicker as the sister's main branch. Expected harvest time october 1st/2nd week. This will be a hard challenge to complete flowering without mold issues. If she doesn't gave to me at least 2lbs of weed, I'll kill her. Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! Ive had a huge harvest from this small plant

Scratch what I said at the end of last week pests are still around just had some bug fly at me and bite/sting me on the neck now a got a welt on my neck smh, not sure what the heck it was it was some sort of black bug maybe a thrip but I honestly have no idea, did another neem oil drench on the medium only and tomorrow I'm going to use a hydrogen peroxide mixture again that way I can also use it on the tops and undersides of the leaves as well. Some of the roots started to become exposed on the top soil so I added more an inch or two coco to cover the exposed roots. Another successful week I guess the plants aren't dead so onto week 9, Week 4 of flower

I think these will be the highest yielding.. bud sites are forming fast and they're praying to the Solux most of the time.. we raised the light a few more inches..the tops of one of the kush is getting bleached.. this may be due to our calmag shortage too..we ordered more and plan to hit them all with a full dose when it arrives.. She looks much better this week I have not gave her much to drink for the last two weeks. Will continue the draught to promote more co2 for the roots.

Fat Banana doubles in size this week and starts to develop some true leaves. Taken out of the humidity dome & moved a lot closer to the CFL now, roughly 4-5 inches. Roots looking healthy and developing nicely, will be transplanting in the coming week to a slightly larger pot when I'll also introduce some 1/4 strength veg nutes.
