Last week I didn't have time to make an entry. But this week here I am, and with a video! The main stem and primaries are thick as f***. The bush has become monstrous but I manage to get airflow underneath the plant as well. Tied some of the main branches in the last week, but no more tying as it gets much bushy. As the fan leaves are huge and leaning down around the pot, added some side support to raise the sides so the air can go underneath the canopy. I'm tucking less as I think of switching to 12/12 in a week. I raised the lights but got less increase in height than the raised amount. I am not thinking on defoliation of any kind as I do not like taking living leaves away from the plant. But if it is too important and I am missing A LOT by not defoliating the lower leaves, please comment with detailed suggestions so I can apply them. But the leaves are very healthy, so I don't want to take any of them away. Now I have 6 white, 4 yellow bulbs and a 45w white cfl. But during flower, I plant on changing the white cfl to 32w yellow, and ad 2 more yellow bulbs. In total it will add up to 180w (18000 Lumens from the leds, 6 white 6 yellow) and 2250 lumens from the yelllow CFL. Maybe ı will add a second 32w yellow cfl mid flower. I added side lighting (400w) to see if it can increase the density of the lower buds. We will see.

Moving along- had some leaf damage from foliar. She will be fine

This is just for the gorilla zkittlez so far I will probably try to put all 5 on here but started 2 about 45 days apart from each other and the 5th seed about 3 weeks after the 2nd round. The 5th seed died from transplant shock (won’t be transplanting autos anymore) but the 2nd round of 2 plants just started flowering. I got 85 grams from the zkittlez and 60 grams from the afghan kush after drying. Not great but I’m happy it’s smokeable and smells/ tastes good. starting 2 bloody skunk today (5/11) because the gorilla cookies never germinated unfortunately :( . all out of seeds now so i will be maknig an order this week. still have 2 more strains to figure out when flowering kicks in more tho so that will be my fun for the next 1-2 months lol

Muy buenas amigos!!! Como veis, vamos a comenzar el seguimiento de la Gelato Auto de Fastbuds. Nunca hemos cultivado autos y esperemos que nuestra primera experiencia sea aceptable para realizar un buen testeo. Según lo que tengo entendido, este banco tiene una de las genéticas más potentes dentro del mundo de la auto. En nuestro caso hemos elegido Gelato porque es una variedad que nunca hemos probado y nos llama mucho la atención, además de ser una de las variedades más potentes de este banco. En primer lugar, hemos colocamos una servilleta de papel de cocina húmeda en un tupper y hemos puesto las semas encima, con sus respectivas etiquetas para identificarlas, centrándonos en la Gelato (el papel debe estar siempre húmedo pero no llegar a encharcarse). Luego ya podemos colocarle otra capa de papel húmedo por encima de las semas para que mantenga mejor la temperatura y la humedad. Cuando tenemos las semas recubiertas del papel y colocadas en el tupper podemos cerrar este y dejarlo en un sitio con una temperatura entre 20 y 26 grados y a oscuras. A los tres días han germinado todas las semas perfectamente y confirmamos la efectividad de este banco 6/6. Aunque nosotros nos vamos a centrar como habíamos dicho en la Gelato. Decir que solamente nos hemos encargado de mantener el papel húmedo pulverizando cuando era necesario, y de colocar el tupper en un sitio cálido en total oscuridad. De lo demás se ha encargado el método del papel que nunca falla y la calidad de la genética... El último paso de esta semana lo hemos finalizado con el trasplante de las semas a los jiffys. Hay que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de manipular las semas, intentad tocar lo menos posible la radícula o raíz, ya que estas son muy delicadas y pueden coger cualquier infección o ser dañadas. Una vez colocadas en los jiffys hemos regado un poquito y a esperar con paciencia que salga... it's extremely hot 106 this week out here California any tips to keep theese growing bigger??

As I said in the review this was a tough challenge. I'm hopeful that my second attempt at this strain will be successful. Growers Choice Seeds sent me a few more to give it another go. Alex from their customer service department was very helpful and asked to be kept updated on the progress of the CBD. I'm not sure if GCS will ever see this but here's a big thanks <3 Thank you guys (GD) for all the love and support! It was so awesome seeing the get well messages when I was well enough to sit down and check my computer. Seriously, I didn't expect all of that. I am better, still have a few open wound areas but the healing is happening! :) Much love you guys! Meus <3

Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield!
