🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, daily photos of the plant will be posted! 📸🌱 Day 62 - Last-Minute Decisions with Urgent Changes 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. Eai família um ótimo final de semana a todos! Estou muito feliz com o resultado que estou tendo neste início de floração, a planta duplicou de tamanho dês de o último vídeo. Estou dando 19 horas de luz e 5 horas de escuridão total e acredito que estou tendo um ótimo início, as folhas estão bem verdes com o aspecto bem saudável. Essa semana diminui a quantidade do fertilizante Grow, mas vou manter a mesma dosagem dos outros. Saíram vários galhos laterais que estão crescendo a cada dia e enchendo de pestilos, os Buds estão começando a se formar em toda planta o cheiro já está maravilhoso, estou super ansioso pra carburar essa Banana Purple punch, obrigado Fast Buds 🙏

Week 2 —— Wednesday: Day 8 —- Started blues main nutrient feeding. She seem to be loving life at the moment. Getting bigger by the day. Run off:30% Run off ph: 6.1 Run off EC 2.4 I believe the run off ec is so high is because the coco mix I used is pre blended with charge. The reason I think this is today feed was the highest EC I’ve done and that was 1.5 EC. —- Day 9 —- Increased her base nutrients by .5ml/l it added an extra 0.3 ec that yesterday feed, but the sound of the medium Snap crackle and popping it quite relaxing. Is this the zen water at work? Final EC: 1.8 Run Off: 27% Run Off PH: 6.0 Run Off EC: Still way over what it mean to be but it’s going down, I still believe it’s too do with Ecothrive Charge being in the coco already. Blue looking very healthy even tho the high ec run off. —- Day 10 —- Feed: 900ml PH: 5.8 EC: 2.0 Run Off: 275ml Run Off %: 27 NOTES: Looking healthy as usual. —- Day 11 — Feed: 900ml PH: 5.7 EC: 1.8 - Run Off Amount: 220ml %: 24 Ph 6.4 Notes: All is well in the garden this morning. Still trying to bring the run off ph down to 5.8 during veg. Still the ec of the run off is still stupid, read somewhere re top dress on week 4, which I’m not as not using charge. So touchwood it would of sorted itself out. Blue look like she enjoying the feed mind. —- Day 12 —- Just the same as yesterday just bigger. Today going to start to research how to lst etc and to see if can find out what EC charge is at. —- Day 13 — Feed: 1l PH: 5.7 EC: 2.0 Note: Thought today was the best time to start to use my base nutrients at full dose. Not much new to report but starting to enjoy waking up just to see how much she has grow. She has started to lean one side so I have proped her up with a plant label stick. —- Day 14 — Water: 2L PH: 5.8 EC: 2.0 Notes: Seem to be enjoying the nutrients. She looks very healthy. 09/10: I did some topping over the last couple of days and will be doing some more over the next week or so. I’ve done 8 and 16 main top mainlining in the past. And for this one I have decided to take a similar but less aggressive approach. Essentially training at the 2nd and 3rd nodes with a goal to bush out 8 mains, maybe 16 - but that might be a bit to bushing for 4 plants in this tent. They are growing fine and healthy, but i am stressing them out like crazy at the moment, and so they are not as happy as they could be, but they will bounce back trained up within a couple weeks.

Gold Sativa has been growing good. Been focused on root pruning the last week. Something I should of been doing from the beginning. I increased her nutrition slightly. Likely 2 weeks till I change light schedule. Depending on how fast the roots recover. I am in no hurry really. Klima durchweg sehr gut. Aufgrund von dem Umtopfen nur 2 mal reines Regenwasser und 1 mal Zusätze von Green Buzz. Den Ladies geht es auch ohne Dünger in dieser Phase hervorragend. Den Haupstamm HST um die Seitenteilen zu puschen. Lichtstärke auf 35 % erhöht bei gleichem Abstand von rd. 40 cm. Heute Licht auf 40 % erhöht. Ventilator im Zelt umgebaut um mehr Fläche zu generieren. In den nächsten Tagen wird das erste mal etwas grober entlaubt.

Esta semana empieza con sol y termina nublado. Parece que ya dejaron de crecer 172 ctms la nº1 y 152 la nº4. A partir de ya deberian ser los cogollos que empezarian a engordar. Esta semana iniciamos con el Bud para mirar de potenciar un poco más los cogollos.

Hi buddies im back to the diary Everything is going well, the girls drink a lot 3 to 5 liters of feed per day, the Ph and EC remain stable. I see new roots and buds continue to bloom💣 so I think they are fine and healthy. Sensi Seeds indicates Skunk#1 with 8 weeks flowering now i am at the beginning of week 7 bloom but I still don't see milky or amber trichomes and not even so many brown pistils, so i will repeat the week 5 feed as AN advice... maybe from the next one I'll start with overdrive .. who knows? 😁 I made some macro videos of the trichomes, in the next few days I will update the diary with photos. Was having quite a bit of difficulty with leaves yellowing, turning brown, and dying off. Couldn’t figure out what the deal was. Finally I ended up getting the ph up/down kit with the wide range PH tester. Learned that lesson the hard way. Mid way through the week when it was delivered, I put a bit of water through and tested the run off… 4.5 🤦‍♂️ Can’t believe I overlooked this. Used fox farms sledgehammer and added ph up, put water in at about 7.5/8.0 and tested the run off again and ideal ph was attained. Hopefully smooth sailing from here on out.

Pulled the smallest plant out. It’s been under no light for 36 hours now. Will chop down in a day or two

Hi there :o) Leaves are shading and start to feed the flower. I reduce all the nutriens in the tank and now it will grow for 5 days only on Dragon force and atazyme with chcking outcome. My point is to flush all the nutriens from the ground. Last five days (next week) I will mix only fresh water with Ph 6,2 and Ec as low as posible and start to flush the substrrate with Canna Flush for last 4 days, then 2 days dark and the harvest ! This plant was an absolute dream to. Grow, no issues at all with health of plant, just struggled to tame her as she was a a thick strong climber 💪💪. I'm so impressed with how this turned out, I could have flushed for another 3 days to make it 12days but I needed the space. After The 2 days of dark I was recommended I can definitely say it has vastly boosted her trichomes and the smell when I opened the tent blew my head away 😍😋 Aiming for a 10-14 day hang dry, The 10-12 weeks curing in jars with humidity packs. I will update with a dry bud weight and smoke test 👌 Bud wet weight is just 500g+ Final bud dry weight is 298g. Of juicy resinous purple and orange buds 😍 smells like sherbert and hang dry smoke test revealed a candy sherbert, no banana yet but hoping like the grow it matures with cure process now. Hits eyes straight away, sandy bottom kids, giggles, munchies, fun time with Mrs, bed.
