I crossed 2 trains Pineapple express and platinum Tangi I crossed it with itself 4 times had put out over 30 seeds all of them popped I’m trying to get the best out of my plant this should be fun

This is actually week 1 of flower I don't count the 2 week transition stage

kind of a dud It might be a dwarf gene or it might be harder to grow than I has the ability to I have 5 seeds left I will try these again and see if I have the skills to get a better yield out of them.

i freed her from her LST and now just let her grow. it has become a really freaky grow. she is a good 100 cm tall and you can already see that she will get some juicy buds. the smell is also getting more intense.

** A tip if you like trichomes have the patience to scroll down to the micro photos, they are scary. Black Runtz is a crazy beauty, a black isolate phenotype of the very famous Zamnesia Runtz. In the last week before this one you will find the white phenotype with a green apple flavor, but here is the spectacle of nature that manifests itself in the form of a stunning red/purple plant with spectacular trichomes and buds. **Remember that for all the varieties we have at least two plants, one left to grow straight and one worked with the techniques. Late update for this week 4 of flower... Went on a quick trip, a couple days away from the ladies. They did get thirsty but didn't droop much, and perked up after watering. To start the week, earthworm topdress per the uprising bloom feed chart. 1/2c per pot. Finished off the tea and have watered a few more times with just calmag and bloom boost. The trichomes are finally coming in, things are looking beautiful as the buds fatten and the leaves frost over. The smell is getting stronger every day. Speaking of smell, I've fallen in love with every strain all over, because I can finally touch and smell the sticky resin. From worst to best so far: Blueberry Muffin does not have a strong smell yet. It smells like sweet syrup spilled in a cedar cabinet. Chocolate Mint OG is complex. Rubber, roasted chocolate, fresh damp earth, dank, and more... Permanent Marker smells very much like one of my favorite strains, Chemdog. Pungent gassy chemical funk, backed by a bit of citrus, with hints of mossy earth. Orangecello is the star of the show. It has a strong smell I've found in strains like Forbidden Runtz and other high terpinolene strains. It smells like a sweet candy paint. I've heard it described as rotten fruit. It also smells a bit like sunscreen, like nail polish remover and fake chemical tropical coconut scent. Things are really getting close to the home stretch. I think the plants are done stretching and are ready to fatten up those buds and frost over. I can't wait to taste!

Beginning of week 2(Bloom): This girl has exploded! She is getting huge fast. I’m really happy with the progress of this girl. Pictures this week are taken 1 week after 12/12 light started. A few of my leaves were looking somewhat waterlogged, that’s the best way I can describe it. I’m thinking I’m over watering her, but then again the growth has been great. I’m going to cut the water to half of what I’ve been giving and see how she looks in a few days. This girl looks like she will be quite a big bigger than my last grow. I did some defoliating to her last night. I’m trying to stay on top of the new growth under the canopy. I’m not sure how many times I should be removing the growth. But If I notice something decent sized under the canopy that will just leech I’ll clip it. Hope it’ s not too hard on her. Thanks for checking out my grow!😊

Day22, Tuesday Week 3 Both are growing quick now. Might have to clip some of the big fan leaves blocking light to the lower bud sites. Day27, Sunday, End of the week both getting bigger an bushier and drinking a lot more. Hulkberry started going into flower, so I expect it to stretch during next week.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Deepforest auto has sprouted. She is getting acclimated. I am worried I made the solution too strong. I will find out when she finds it. She stretched a lot as I didn't remove her dome as soon as she broke ground. She should strengthen up in the next few day.
