Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.

She's getting tall! I'm excited to watch the colors she hopefully picks up during her grow. That is the main reason I picked this strain for her purple genetics. I hope to make future colorful crosses using her and the purple Zkittlez phenotype I already have.

Día 70. 30 días de floración. Siguen las Bajas temperaturas, principalmente cuando es de noche y cuando amanece. He regado con 1lt de agua destilada con los siguientes + abonos detallados más arriba. Claramente la floración se tardó,las condiciones climáticas de invierno han afectado. Creo que Instalaré foco HPS junto al COB para tener mayor temperatura en la carpa. Saludos!

She popped up first flowered first and is now forming fat frosty flavour filled batons. The smell is a dream, getting some tropical scents flowing off her! Opening my tent is like opening the doors to Willy wonka factory! I’ll begin to lower the humidity in the final few weeks! Loving how all my anxiety in the past had me keep it at 50% but now I see I can be comfortable with a little more as I’ve seen some people at 83% near the end but I won’t be doing that! Not much going on yet. Added some 3d printed supports to make sure they don't start flopping over. Not sure if it's the strain, or my idiocy, but these bastards are soooo leggy. Grr. Watering daily to 15% runoff with MegaCrop 2 part in RO at 0.6EC and 5.6pH. Found Mega Crop gives very stable pH on the right range without any pH up or down needed. Took one day off (3/18) watering to water with Silica Boost at 6ml/gal concentration pHed to 5.4. PPFD 300 at canopy for DLI of 20. PPFD was about 20 for first week while I was prepping and sanitizing the grow room, which might explain the leggyness. If they don't look better after topping, I might pull them and try a different strain. 3/20 - this grow is inspired by the techniques of Bruce Bugbee (PPFD, nutrition, EC monitoring, substrate, environment, etc) and the concept of VPD control, both of which served me very well in the past. The grow room has dual PID controls in my PLC regulating the temperature and humidity to lock in the VPD based on plant age. In later veg and flower, I had CO2 injection on a PID, but that ultimately failed because I couldn't get the humidity down as it got huge. Had too many vent cycles. This year, hope to source or kludge an in-line dehumidifier so I can keep the sealed chamber where it needs to be without wasting CO2. 3/22 no more vertical growth, thank god, leaves and roots are slowly catching up. Patience. EC to 0.7

Shitty week. Fan fell down and broke a few branches on 2 plants. Overall they have recovered well and I hope the yield is not affected. Humidity has gone down. I bought a small dehumidifier - but somehow it's not doing what I'd hoped. I've defoliated a bit as the leaves are overlapping and moisture is accumulating there. NYC Sour D #1: Lost 2 lower branches. No drama, but I felt bad. #2: Still slow growth and very compact. Royal Cookies Auto #1: Still the best strain. The first pistins can be seen. #2: Also good plant. As well first pistins Royal Haze Auto #1: So far ok. No pistins to be seen yet. #2: Has lost a side branch. But it was a somewhat smaller plant anyway. Let's see how it continues. Light settings 50% dimmer at 50 cm distance Between 650and 970 ppfd. Small yellow leaf tips. I think this has more to do with the nutrients than with light stress. I don't add any fertilizer, but I don't have to water much either. I'll be on vacation for 11 days from next Wednesday on - I'll water 2 liters per plant before vacation so that the neighbor doesn't have too much to do. He'd better take care of the ventilation and humidity.

Turned today, got impatient to wait another 2 weeks 🤦🏻 Seen some discoloring heading to nutrient burn so ive corrected it all in this new top up (from today) Didnt take too much notice of the room this week, have removed one foam base from the bottom although i maybe should have left them a little closer to the light. Added CYCO Ryzofuel 0-0-0.2 Added Advanced Nute Rhinoskin 0-0-0.4 Does this literally have the same fuel?😂 Cyco runs for first 2 weeks of bloom Rhinoskin runs for 6 weeks. To add overdrive at 6 weeks to week 7 then flush week 8! Im guessing the overall BigBud is 6 to 8 weeks. I will stretch her to 8 weeks. Any tips from here onwards is appreciated 👌 Added a net but im hopeless and with big hands am prone at breaking main stems at this point once LST is applied so i might just leave it as it is until the knuckles form stronger and see how we go!

Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on the furthest along. She's ready! I'll start flushing her tomorrow or Wednesday.👍 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there throughout the garden, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because a couple of these hybrids are already in the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I flushed one of them and watered the rest today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was possibly their last dose of any nutes...but a couple might get one more dose... THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess...
