I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

26/07/20 (Sunday) Plants were starting to exhibit signs of light burn so I switched back to the 75W bulb. SVG never seemed to recover from having it's cotyledon damaged so I decided to take a risk and fed all of the seedlings 20-20-20 nutrients except the D.R. which I thought would've suffered shock, so I just watered it. 27/07/20 Decided to mist the plants with a homemade pesticide mix today because they're readying to be introduced as full time outdoor plants in a week or two so their sun basks are getting longer. 28/07/20 Noticed what looks like new growth from the first true leaves of the SVG, fingers crossed it's making progress. 29/07/20 The new growth from the SVG has split into two on both sides leading me to theorize that it's abandoned it's main stem (for now at least) and started two new stems. All other plants are working on new nodes and are showing a steady growth of .5cm a day. I've decided to revert to the 100W bulb because I believe I've misdiagnosed the light burn. 30/07/20 Today I left them outside for their longest sunbask to this point; 7 of their 18 total hours was provided by sunlight. The SVG now has two new 3-leaf true leaves on each new stem confirming my theory. Also starting to see signs of a minor mite problem on one of the leaves of my TT plant (Though it's new growth that wasn't sprayed with my homemade concoction.) 31/07/20 New growth has already begun sprouting from between the new true leaves of the SVG with no visible progress on the 'abandoned' main stem. Also had a power outage for 2 of the plants 18 hours. 01/08/20 Today the plants again stayed out in the sun for longer than previously making 8 hours in direct sunlight. I've decided to keep them in the grow tent for a further week because when I went to retrieve them the Jam was blown down flat by winds and had started to grow bent towards the light, so I doubt it's stem is ready for that daily beating. I raised the soil level and massaged it back into shape and it seems to be back on track. The D.R. is slowly beginning to bounce back from being stunted in the seedling tray and from it's third node (from the bottom up) of 3 leaf true leaves has turned into 5 leaf leaves. The SVG has made a major recovery and seems to be on it's way to even surpassing the others by the end of the week. The TT is officially the sturdiest of the younger seedlings and it's growing right behind the Jam in terms of node development. All in all this week was an overall success growth wise and I'm looking forward even more to week 3.

Start of week three looks like everything is good so far Topped one ( less leafy one on the left) today feb17th first time topping might do the other one in few days not sure yet if I want to just let it grow nat Day 19 Feb 19 I topped the other one on the right bushy one

1/23 - Beginning of week 11 for Crystal Candy. Will start to give plain water only starting tomorrow 1/25 - Still week 10 for the Fog Dog but the leaves have started to get a nice little fade to them. Buds are getting plump and dense. I have a few weeks left before I chop so there’s plenty more time to fatten up 1/27 - Week 11 for Fog Dog finally began and the buds on both are looking nice and frosty and smelling up the tent 1/30 - Noticed some spider mites on the fog dog a few days ago. I trimmed the top of the infested buds and cleaned the mites and webs off several times a day and raised the humidity back up. They seem to be gone for now so I will probably finish out this grow with a slightly higher humidity than normal. I have heavy airflow so it shouldn’t be an issue.

Day 49 of flower. The cookies is doing well, the smell is very fruity, lights now are set 11 on 13 off. Next week maybe i will start the flush.

I was just expecting seeds and a lighter with their nutrients, but instead a roundup of very interesting stuff arrived. Hemp papers, normal, clipper signed royal queen seed, a magazine I can't wait to read, nutrients, stickers, a complete catalog with the new genetics, a Zamnesia booklet, 5 seeds Honey Cream fast flowering, a door joint (which I have photographed several times, I already love it, my walking joint will no longer suffer from the long walks in my pocket waiting to be consumed), grinder, fabric vase that I really like at the sight, and the starter kit for germination. Due to the current lack of space to germinate, I dipped 2 seeds in water, (I started with one but it seemed to suffer from loneliness: D). I can't wait for them to start growing, I'm very excited to be able to participate in a contest. I put it directly in the jar covering it with plastic wrap hoping it will grow anyway. The one in the jar doesn't seem to have caught, too bad :( the sprout is about 3 centimeters high. I added 1l of corrected water to the new pot, away from where I put the seedling. Unfortunately, the broken seed didn't make it. ➡️12/10 Everything is OK. I will try to take 2 photos every day, horizontal and vertical, then I will see the results: D ➡️13/10 Wet with 0.4 of fertilized water vegetative pattern, today is the first 12/12 light day. Perfectly healthy not a single sign of defficiency or burning / overfeeding. First day of week 2 of flowering, next feeding i will add flowering nutes.

It has been another slow week for growth. I've been working to optimize the environment. This is my first indoor grow in Europe during winter and with this equipment. There are a lot of variables that I have to figure out. I've added an oil heater on a temperature controller and have been gradually raising temps over the last few days. I also think I underestimated how much moisture my soil mix retains and maybe I've had humidity in the tent a bit too high. Both seedlings look a bit waterlogged. To try and fix this I'll keep RH at 50% for the next few days and let the soil get properly dry before watering again. Hopefully this gets things back on track and there's some strong growth this week! 💪

Coming to the end of this journey. This week was about checking trichomes and waiting till the best opportunity to harvest. Very resinous buds. F73.. Chop Day.
