🌱 Skywalker OG — Week 5 From Seed (12/12 Run) Hello everyone, welcome to another update, and a big thank you to everyone following along, newcomers, longtime readers, sponsors, platform, and of course the breeders and creators behind these genetics. It truly means a lot to share this journey together. For those just joining: this is a 12/12 from seed run, approached gently and observationally. No rush, no aggression, just letting the plants express themselves while we listen closely. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Room Conditions • Temperature: 21°C • Relative Humidity: ~58% • Outside conditions: 4–5°C with 90–98% RH Given what’s happening outside, I’m actually very happy with how stable the room is staying. The plants seem to agree, posture, color, and overall vigor are excellent. • CO₂: ~666 ppm For now, this is perfectly fine. No need to push or supplement — steady and natural. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy (Top + Under Canopy) At the start of the week: • Only top lights are running • Power: 100% • PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size) As the plants stretch and rise above the under-canopy fixtures, we’re now introducing under-canopy lighting: • Lumiflora under-canopy lights • Starting at 30% power This is very intentional. The goal isn’t to blast the plants, but to teach them that light and photons will be arriving from more than one direction. We want a gentle adaptation — letting the plant reorganize how it uses light rather than forcing it. Power will be increased later, but right now it’s all about adjustment, not intensity. ⸻ 🌿 Training Approach (or lack of it) Because this is a 12/12 from seed run, we are being extremely conservative. • No topping • No hard training • No defoliation The only work being done: • Leaf tucking • Gentle leaf bending And the response has been incredible. These girls are reacting with: • Tight internodes • Bushy structure • Calm, confident growth Sometimes, truly, less touch = better performance. ⸻ 🌱 The Triple-Branching Lady (Main Focus of the Week) This week’s highlight is one very special plant showing clear triple branching. At each node, instead of the usual two shoots, she’s producing three distinct branches, stacking from the bottom all the way up. The structure almost looks like she’s tucking herself naturally, creating a dense but elegant framework. This is not something we forced. It’s purely genetic expression meeting the right conditions. She looks happy. She looks calm. And she looks like she’s planning something special. We’ll be doing a dedicated report on her by the end of the week, because this kind of morphology deserves proper documentation. ⸻ 💧 Watering & Nutrition Strategy Water Source We’re using a mix of: • Rainwater • Dehumidifier-collected water This water is extremely soft, so this week we introduced something new: ➕ CalMag Pro Not because the plants were asking — but thinking ahead. Before adding nutrition, we want a proper mineral foundation. This helps stabilize uptake and prevents issues before they even show up. Aside from that: • No changes to the main recipe • Everything remains steady and predictable ⸻

Back with a new week, the beginning of week 6 and wow, the girls are really starting to show off their fall colours and frosty colourful buds. EC has been slightly lowered and I have dropped cal-mag to ensure a good flush later on in the grow. PK has been increased and the girls are fattening up. pH has been drifting so trying to keep a close eye on this to enable the correct uptake of essential nutrients at this critical stage. Everything is going great. The dative plant in the center of the scrog is stretching a lot. Buds coming in hard and heavy. Especially the purple kush which looks amazing.

So these Cream Cookies were really easy to grow! Almost too easy that I neglected them for a week or so and then found two of them covered in Aphids. We tried everything we could to save #1 & #2 but It was a battle that we eventual lost. They are in a bag in the freezer getting ready to be bubble hash. #3 to my awe and surprise has survived through thick and thin. Good and Bad. And will be my only smokeable "flower" from this run. That said I will run these again but inside in a controlled environment as it seems my FastBud Girls were prone to the aphids and caterpillars. Reguardless I'm super impressed with the structure and just look of the plant overall. Can't wait to smoke #3!!! The frozen bag of hash weighs in at 203g and includes the mutant #3 smoothie auto from my other diary which also was overrun with aphids. *Will update with dry numbers*

Welcome to the Sweet Seeds Cup 🏆 Hi everyone 🤗. Today is day 30 of flowering (day 38 since the time has been changed to 12/12). It just looks great 😍👍. @SweetSeeds that's what I call masterful genetics what you conjure up 🤗👍. It just grows perfectly, the lower shoots have grown to the upper level and have beautiful, steady stems. They are so robust that I don't have to support them yet 😃. I increased the Canna Bio Flores food from 3 ml / l to 4 ml / l a week because it now puts all its power into the buds 👍. It already smells so good that you don't want to wait until it's fermented 🙈. Of course I took cuttings from this fabulous genetic, and I am already happy to have saved them 🙏🏻. I'm very excited to see what a taste will develop with these two super genetics by Kosher Kush and OG Kush . I will go down about 5 cm with the lamp again for a week before I put it a little higher than it is now :-). Que pasa familia, vamos con la octava semana de floración de estas Papayton feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, el ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 25/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. De momento van engordando y marcándose unos aromas bastante dulces y afrutados. Hello growers day 83 the buds are in the jar what can I say it’s been a joy growing the Zkittlez a nice little producer didn’t give me no jip through out the grow and my o my she has given some fat dank buds nice and crystaly I also made some bho wax check out the pics it’s 🔥 so so happy with the hole turnout I gave her water from my tap for the first ten days then gave her bio grow/bloom until I see her first pistols then gave them bio grow/bloom/top max/bio heaven up to day 61 then flushed her until day 75 then gave her the chop they had a 20/4 light cycle from the start definitely recommend this strain look after her with a bit of feed and she will look after you I only used the dry trim for the Zkittlez to make the bho and the return was incredible could not believe how much wax I got just from trim until next time be safe and happy growing 👌🏻✌️

Purtroppo per montare il filtro a Carboni mi è caduta una fascetta sulla Limonata Viola e ha tagliato una foglia a ventaglio del nodo più grande facendo un piccolo danno, ora dopo 5 giorni sembra essersi comunque ripresa, metterò altre foto appena torno a casa, queste sono di 4 giorni fa…comunque sono veramente super vigorose queste FF di Fast Buds!!!

Great nurtients

High humidity and high temperature variation can cause mold and mildew. Healthy plant and high ventilation prevent the problem!

The second week wasn't too problematic for Super Skunk #1. The seedling is steadily growing and I went forward with only feeding it distilled water. I recently came across some growing information and heard about the magic of bokashi so I figured I would incorporate it into my grow this time around to see the effects. I also decided that based on my experience last grow, I would switch over to a more kelp based nutrient during flower. What I came to realize (amongst other things) was that I had most likely underfed my plants during flower, and although my "no bottled nutrients" challenge got me through veg. without a problem, it appeared that my plants could have used a bit of a boost during flower. This time around I plan on sticking to: -rice water -coconut water -banana peel water -onion/garlic peel water during veg. and once I decide to flip to flower I will go back to using my trusty Green Plant "Medi-one" bottled organic nutrients. *the second plant that I replanted is looking pretty strange so I'm thinking I might need to germinate another seed*😑

Week 5 was a low stress week with great results. Managed to squeeze in a couple feedings and a couple training sessions. The sweet tooth is responding very well to training sessions, which is allowing me to manipulate the canopy with great ease. I use a small tent, so it's important to be diligent early, or it will just get out of control with leaves and wasted space. Day 31 - removed milkcrate, put pot on the floor and adjusted the light accordingly. Day 35 - fed 2 cups of nutrient solution. PH: 6.04. PPM: 423. T: 19.6°c Not a whole lot to report this week. She's looking great. The yellowing on the tips doesn't seem to be getting worse and now I'm just waiting to see how much she stretches. On to week 6. Thanks for stopping by! 🥦
