This week there was a substantial amount of rain and it was very muggy and humid...We are about to have a potential 2-week heatwave of over 90 degrees so I'm expecting some retarded growth since growth slows down in intense heat. But I must also say that I am curious to see what the unknown is because it is outperforming the rest of the plants and it was one of the smaller ones from the beginning..🤷 we shall see!!

SUNDAY - Day 24 13 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - She doesn’t seem too bothered by yesterday’s training. - She’s got a few days now to recover. - All is moving along according to plan. THURSDAY - Day 28 17 October 24 - Ahhhhhh I tweaked a branch manipulating it with my gorilla hands. - It not completely broke off so hopefully she can repair it and recover. - Going to give her a bit more time to recover before restarting LST. - Just a day under the lights today. Well this is the end of week four. It was a busy week with the transplant, all planned toppings are completed and now it should just be some LST from here on out. The gelato 45 is becoming enough big 🤓💚

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Welcome back at the beggining of the 3rd week of flowering. They seem to be stopped streching and now concentrating on buds. All of them are gorgeous..... The 2 Zamnesia genetics Gelato and Kalini Asia are pretty and buds are forming nicely. Kalini Asia might strech a bit more but not long. The Sweet Seed ones are really nice and I am so happy because Red Hot Cookies is already getting red.... pistils and around the leaves.. I hope the same happens to the Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison also. They are so gorgeous. They calmed down I don't expect more strech. Fertilization still the same every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. Some lollipopping (Defoliation) is also done. I removed all the LST the plant remains in the same shape from now. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

I used both a paper towel and shot glass to germinate.

Starting to see the buds really start to bulk up in size over the last few days. Light is set at %100 power for the final phase. Have done a good bit more defoliation again this week and am also continuing to back off with the feeds as I begin to flush out the medium. It’s looking like possibly lights out next week depending on the trichome development. ☺️🤞🏻☘️✌️ 🍧🍪🍧

Coming at you guys with my second grow here. I started late this diary, vegging is boring anyway. These guys should be done within the next week or two. I’ve honestly never smelled anything like the strawberry currently in my tent. I’ve been growing for a while and have been skeptical with the naming choices these breeders make. My last run I grew a strawberry crinkle. It didn’t have the slightest smell of sweetness. This girl is packing some unique Turpines and I can’t wait to try it.

Plant ran low on nitrogen during stretch. This was cause by the potassium and phosphorus out competing the nitrogen. I solved the issue with a 3 day dry back.

Heeeere we go! Sorry for the late update! This is when I start the flush! I believe the plants are pretty much ready at this point and doing this will just improve the final product! Doing this took me a good chunk of time, mostly because I didn't know exactly how much of water I was going to need (it was a loooot 😫) and how hard/tiring it was to pH it as well. In the end my calculations were off, as I needed far more water than what I had (lol) so I didn't manage to do a full flush... but I still managed to lower the amount of salts and residues to a "decent" level (around 850 to 1500 ppm). I also used flawless finish so I suppose than even when I didn't use enough water that solution alone was enough to help! Besides that the rest of the week was quite calm and relaxing. Holy Lst. Getting crazy now for just a few weeks from seed. No stopping it now.

The seed was immersed for 12 hours in water with three drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide 11.01. Then it was immersed in a peat tablet. After throwing off the helmet, the tablet was placed in a 1 L cloth bag. Cloth bag about 15 liters Earth will be used in its own assembly: sour peat, sphagnum peat, Biohumus, perlite, vermiculite, GUANOKALONG, krill meal, bone meal, fish meal, dolomite flour, ash, sapropel, English salt. I also use trichoderma, mycorrhiza, some bacteria and organic stimulants Italian company Valagro. 80% is super soil, and 20% on top is soil for seedlings. The main pot watered Trichoderma lignorum before planting the seedling. I used the method of sprouting in a peat pad for the first time - did not like it. Better in a napkin. The first cloth pot of 1 liter is also a bad option. Next time I will take a 0.3-0.5 l paper cup for drinks.

This lovely lady is on the mend from a little bit of light burn. Adjusted the light with my digital watt meter (easily picked up off Amazon for 20$ ) and she is bouncing back. RH has been steady at 65% this week with temps hitting 78-79 degrees before my in-line fan takes care of it. Increased watering amount to about 350 ml per feed, while also adding 1 more ml of the Sensi cal mag to the mix. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
