Tangie'matic showed me that she was in it for the long haul right from the start. This was my first time topping an autoflower and I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out - but each time she took on stress, she pushed back even stronger. I topped her once at the 5th node, and then used some low stress training to create this beautiful canopy. She really grew like a dream! Partway through flower I had to move my grow tent from my second-floor bedroom to my not quite warm enough basement. I had assumed that the heat from the grow lights would have compensated, but it didn't take me long to realize how wrong I was. This poor plant had her reservoir and atmospheric temperatures dropped with no warning. She held in there while I figured out how to get the environment closer to desirable and less feeling like a frozen tundra. In the mish mash of environmental flux, some of her buds began to foxtail. This was my first time seeing this happen; so despite the fact that it's not desirable, seeing foxtailing happen with my own buds for the first time was actually kind of cool. After the environmental woes were corrected, she stacked even more. Her buds nice and dense with a citrus fragrance complimented by some subtle skunky undertones. Before harvest I changed out her reservoir and gave her a 4 day flush along with 48 hours of darkness. When I opened the tent on harvest day I was punched in the face with a beautiful fragrance of mandarin that instantly lifted the corners of my mouth into a sweet smile of satisfaction. I cut her down and hung her to dry in my climate controlled closet holding a perfect 69.8°F and 55% RH. Six days later her buds were ready for the jars. Her dry buds gave me 8.8oz/250g of quality bud and an additional 2.9oz/82g of popcorn buds. Just being in jars for 24 hours has REALLY brought out even a stronger citrus aroma that is just a true pleasure to take in. Will update with more after the cure and first smoke experience. ✌️💜🌱0000

Plants are too dark green, dropped nutes back to 6ml a gallon. 18 is too close to the light so I'm about to tie down my largest branches. Grow is looking good! Auto flowers is where it's at!

W11F7 8/17-23 HARVEST 8/19 This past week has been rainy and overcast from a tropical storm with temperatures mostly in the upper 80s. We had Hurricane Erin with wind gusts of 30-40 MPH. While we won’t be directly hit by the storm, we will get the outer bands of heavy winds and rain. To protect my plants, I brought all the girls inside on Tuesday in preps for the storm. I inspected each one for bugs, rot or anything unusual. I did not find any bugs or bud rot on AK47. The leaves have some wind burn but that doesn’t affect the plant in any way. Auto AK-47XL is 59 days from germination. Divine Seeds indicates it is ready for harvest from the end of August to early September. 8/19 AK-47XL Auto grew outside until harvest today. I put her in the 3x3 in the dark for 3 days and cut her and hung her on August 23rd. Trichomes were mostly milky with only a few amber so it was time to harvest since AK47 is sativa and I don’t want a sedative effect. The smell is woody and piney with only a hint of citrus. From what I see and smell AK47XL should be a nice wake and bake vape. I can’t wait.

Wow in der Zeit ist sie extrem gros geworden, hat aber wenige Triebe. Ich bin extrem zu Frieden und denke, dass sie nich gut wachsen wird. Durch ihre höre ist sie zwar ein bisschen wackelig, aber ich werde sie bald ganz raus stellen und sie ein bisschen Wind aussetzen 👌🏽👌🏽

Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. Day 76 (4/22) Day 77 (4/23) Day 78 (4/24) Day 79 (4/25): just fed plain water. 5 more days and this one is coming down assuming all the trichomes are looking right. Day 80 (4/26) Day 81 (4/27) Day 82 (4/28) hung to dry around 10pm.

This week nothing changed except for growth. This is the last week in Veg.

I think she's bulked up a bit this week. Just waiting on trichomes, this week they have just started to go milky.

AH1 About 38 inches starting to slow down in height and really pack on the hairs. Starting to develop an earthy almost chocolate smell. AH2 35 inches tall. Starting to develop nugs all over and hairs are fattening up. Has more of a skunky earthy aroma.

Seeds went into water on 1/20/22 and now an inch tall on 1/27/22. I'm super excited for this one because of the Black Widow!!! All the girls have names: Basha, Stefa, and Wandzia ❤️ I definitely like this new 5x5x6 tent that is not barn style, I won't worry about room come stretch time like I did last run! That's about it for now and as always, HAPPY GROWING EVERYONE ✌️🍀✌️
