I harvested this plant about a week ago. Gd was suffering some update issues still, but appears to be resolved. The plant grew great. I am impressed with the results myself. Nice big colas of frosty goodness. She bounced around a bit in growing under different lights. The results were great. I was even running the flowering light lower since she stretched a little too close to it. That was probably my biggest issue during the grow. I am anxious to try it once I get it processed. Esta semana las molesté bastante, estuvieron afuera dos dias mientras limpiaba toda la carpa pero ya quedo todo instalado y controlado. La black domm quemada se recuperó, la daikiri sigue estancada.. puse a germinar la ultima q quedaba y no salió asiq supongo fue falla del pack. They have settled in good after last weeks transplant. Of the 2 plants #1 might be 1/2" taller. Keep in mind I am very new to this and dont yet have a trained Eye, but I would have to say these to are near identical. Idk the filial generation this crop, but the things ate growing like clones! Really uniform. One noteworthy item; they aren't really fans of extreme heat. Right now I have them in my seedling tent which is currently running at 85° give or take. Sho the other strains love it. Choc mint OG is showing very mild heat stress tho

She's growing well. Maybe 1 more week in this pot then I intend to repot into a 20L airpot.

Day 82. Sprayed Monterey BT as a precaution, I'll keep that up weekly or so. I've sprayed neem oil a handful of times over the grow. No pest issues aside from the cat.The bigger the plant gets the harder it is to keep it in this cage so the cat has taken more chunks out of it...including one of the budsites. Lost my TDS meter the last couple months but got it back. Probably gonna go thru and cut the really yellow leaves. I need more bulk on the buds!!

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Yeah, there is a bonus pic. a DIY rosin press, i haven't done any concentrates before :D it's name is "QUICK DAB" This lil monster can press 250kgs (550 lbs) 😳 Waiting for WhiteChem, she looks OK for pressing 😛 Damn she looks so frosty see you on next update guys Peace!!

- Day 45 Time to water again. I used 2.2 liters of water @ 6.4ph containing silica force, calmag, bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, alg-a-mic, acti-vera & bio-heaven. Not much to report otherwise. I am mainly just trying to keep the top of that main branch in check and growing horizontally. Day 47 I raised the light a bit down to 44cm high, wanted to increase PPFD a bit, she is getting ~810 PPFD at the top now. Those buds are getting a lot thicker already than my previous grow at this stage. Day 48 Watering day used 2.2 liters again @ 6.4ph, containing bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, alg-a-mic & bio-heaven. Day 49 The buds are really starting to fatten up now, and it's smelling great 😊. Day 51 Watered again today she is drinking A LOT right now. Gave her 2.3L @ 6.4 ph, containing bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, bio-heaven, alg-a-mic & acti-vera.

Well kind of a shitty week. The weather has been garbage, it snowed twice... yeah snowed. There is not a whole lot of growth to report on due to the weather. The Grand Daddy Purple has a lot of space between it's nodes this week, to what I can only attribute to the poor lighting with it being over casted, cold and snowing all week. The other 2 photo's are doing just as well as you can see, again not a whole lot of growth after the topping, but I'm assuming the environment for them has not been as favorable as needed, so they are just focusing all their energy on not dying. Which I'm totally cool with lol. The mephisto's are growing well, I'm still training them around the pot trying to get more tops out of them. The ChemDawg is doing significantly better than the Sweet N Sour, I haven't had to do hardly any watering this week as the soil is still damp, temps are cold and humidity is high. I did water and feed them today though as we are expecting temps and weather to reach mid 70 s this week. The Girl Scout Cookies is still in her seedling phase, not sure why this strain is giving me so much trouble, but she's not dead, and first true leaves are just starting to poke out, I've got her in the indoor tent with my Auto grow soaking up some light and hoping that gets her hardy enough to bring her outdoors.

Day 44: Starting to see some preflower signs and man guys this girl is stunning.. Everything is growing perfect 👌 😌. Leaves and color are beautiful and she takes feedings like a beast. I'm really impressed so far 👏. It is almost 19 inches tall now and I'm thinking shes got another foot to go lol. Will keep everyone posted and thanks to everyone that checks out and likes my grows please comment with your input as I always like constructive criticism.

This week has went well for one of the plants. the mainlined plant "plant #1" has exploded in size and now dwarfs the single cola plant "plant #2". I also defoliated #2 plant to try and increase how fat it gets. One weird thing with plant #1 is one of its main colas split on its own, and I did not top it. this can been seen in the video. Don't know why this happened, not angry that it did. Have also been noticing that plant #2 is very indica like with how compact the plant is. even its nodes are compact vs plant #1 that is more airy and spaced out.
