Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. amnesia autoflower is the best strain. I and my friends love this strain. amnesia plant was very strong and beautiful and got much THC and have less smell. I think amnesia is best for indoors and I love amnesia

Dec. 13 - start of week 11 and all's well into the flip to flower. Clipped 'er out real good twice but there's no stopping these girls. Probably looking at some serious pruning over the next 2 weeks. We'll keep it light but regular and with luck, it'll be a perfect mix between max photo synth. and energy allocation. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). plants take their time or is my bulb wrecked ?

Hey guys and welcome to start of Week 8! 🌻 Today is day 21 of flower so i went ahead and cut most of the plats Fanleaves off. It took a while but now the Airmovement is improved and the humidity should also be lower. I also hope I didn‘t stress them too much. From now on they will be reseaving less and less Nitrogen going forward. I hope the colours come through as well 🤞🏻 Thanks for following along and I will keep updating the progress. Happy growing 🍀

Week 3 of flower complete and an interesting week to re-count. Let's jump right in.... Day 37 - I feel like I should be reporting more the fact is the Candy Kush is happy and very healthy and notch to do but keep the environment steady and stay out of her way. So that's what I did. Day 38 - on this day I watered my lovely lady. She's adapted so well to the LST and just took off. She is the Candy of my eye. I was preparing to go to Vancouver for surgery so I gave a healthy top/bottom watering to cover for my time away. Day 39 - This day was travel day so before we left I checked environment and raised my light to 20" to allow room to grow. She grows an inch to 1.5" a day during stretch. And we're off. Day 40 - surgery day Day 41 - travel day Day 42 - after sleeping in my own bed I got up to water this morning. After 3 days she was just starting to drop her leaves. After watering she perked right back up again. I feel like my timing was good and suffered no issues. I also did some defoliation to clean up the bottom skirt. Day 43 - Today all is good. Environment is spot on, and she's a happy girl. Took off a few LG fan leaves blocking sites that cannot be tucked. So all in all a relatively easy week and a simple one for the Cabbage Farm. Looking yummy

51 Days in flower have passed. This week i got myself an upgrade, new light the FC-E3000 and a 120x60 grow tent so i can grow some bigger and better medicine. I love the specs on the light, the price was right and so i have high expectations from looking at other peoples reviews of the light. We will see if im able to hit the jackpot with this! 🤠 The girls are looking great! Cheese left, Gorilla Girl right. the pictures and videos are self explanatory, its looking awesome!!! If you ever wondered where i stashed the Runtz and Bruce Banner; i took them out of the grow tent and just put them in the corner of my house without light only surviving off the light in the shadow from the sun, they have been neglected for a while but they still went on super strong, they started flowering 3 weeks ago so i had to put them into reveg so they look a little odd now but its all good. it was either that or i would have to throw them in the trash, and im not gonna waste some nice strains like that. Im impressed how they have survived with almost no light and water. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

Ok, as i enter week 4 I'm a little nervous about the growth of these unknown strains. I'm a day away from week 4, one of the plants is very stunted, looks like its having an issue with a nitrogen deficiency? Otherwise I've topped the other two which seem to be doing moderately better, but one of them looks like its about to follow suit of the other plant. UPDATE; I have replaced the previous pictures posted of the plants with these. As you can tell I have varying deficiency peaking through, especially #2 my wife's plant, if anyone can shed some light, please do so as it is progressing quickly. Right now they're just drinking ph'd water and that is all.
