Did some light pruning also.

Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. Good week 👍🏾, overwatered them a tad but they coming along nicely !! Bud sites are looking good plants are thriving nicely can’t wait to see the buds start to form in the later weeks. Got 4-5 weeks left on them so almost there 🙌🏾.

1x topping and still waiting for a new place.. a new place for my fast-flowering Forbidden Mochi flower Pre-fertilized with cow manure and chicken manure, a large pile of shells and old used substrate on a former compost pile. I'm still waiting for it to warm up. At the end of the week, I will do a radical topping cut of the entire flower, it will go outside in a week. Spraying Biobizz Fishmix 1ml/l

Well we thought something was wrong with our white widow being that from one day to the other she was crooked and looking Ill.. so we cut her way before time.. BUT (bud hehe) after closer inspection it was a block of in the autopot.. so she prolly could have bounced back..

The seed was immersed for 12 hours in water with three drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide 11.01. Then it was immersed in a peat tablet. After throwing off the helmet, the tablet was placed in a 1 L cloth bag. Cloth bag about 15 liters Earth will be used in its own assembly: sour peat, sphagnum peat, Biohumus, perlite, vermiculite, GUANOKALONG, krill meal, bone meal, fish meal, dolomite flour, ash, sapropel, English salt. I also use trichoderma, mycorrhiza, some bacteria and organic stimulants Italian company Valagro. 80% is super soil, and 20% on top is soil for seedlings. The main pot watered Trichoderma lignorum before planting the seedling. I used the method of sprouting in a peat pad for the first time - did not like it. Better in a napkin. The first cloth pot of 1 liter is also a bad option. Next time I will take a 0.3-0.5 l paper cup for drinks.

Tied them down overnight, then decided to try topping technique instead of LST. Will wait to top jack until she has another node, can’t wait to see how they react.

She is now streatch and is getting in flowring stage. Lets see what buds will come out from this strain. First time growing Seeds Mafia strain

Day 42-49: I had some growth this week primarily on the R3 and some on the CbDream. Very slow on the R2. I’m wondering if it’s just sub par phenotypes. Idk anymore haha. Just waiting to see what happens here. Don’t think I’ll pack it right full next time. And try to concentrate more on 8-12 tops on a manifold rather than 30 smaller ones. Live and learn. I bought an Inkbird heat and cooling controller, seems to be holding my temps and 77 in the day and 69 at night. I decided to go back to week 4 ratios to see if that helps, they aren’t overly different so we’ll see. Runoff for Cali Kush and R2 which are closer to the heater is 5.75 1000 and R3 and CbDream is 6.05-1.2 1400, so plain water for the next couple waterings.

I'm cutting away squares to allow the new growth this week to pass through, the net will only be used them as support to allow her to fully express her flowers 💚 Day 107 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Picture and video update ✌️ 💚 Day 109 19/08/24 MONDAY Another feed today, she is recovering well from the move, Scrog, LST. This week I'll be keeping her within the net as she stretches.
