Welcome to week 8 of my Strawberry Cheesecake diary from seedsman! At this phase in her growth there really isn't much left for me to do but water her and maintain the soil a bit for the next month. I ended giving her some good homemade sprouted barley and LABS, so I'm sure she's lovin life right now and her flowers are looking amazing! She smells strong of fruity skunk facts, so thats interesting 😆. I love it. We can see a bunch of trichomes coming in and some of her pistols are turning a very nice neon orange color. The only thing that concerns me is some spots on her leaves that could possibly be rust, so I gave her a very light foliar spray of baking soda just in case. I've also started adding quillaja to her water to help with saponin content.

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Just been feeding her water once a week..she continues to swell I will give her some molasses one for the road and just water until week 8.

Shorter plants 13”, larger is 18”. Beneficial nematodes and the sticky trap seem to have handled the gnat issue. I’m continuing to use nematodes after watering, and the traps will remain. I did a little trimming but probably won’t do much more defoliation until the stretch is over. This will probably be my last shower grow. I think it makes more sense to get a bigger space like a tent or build one and some more lights. It’s getting cramped in there. It’s also starting to reek. I water about every 2-3 days using a 1/2 gallon jug to mix my nutes. I’m keeping ph close to 6.5 and ppms between 600-800. I don’t use nutes in every watering—it depends on how the plants look. BHB has stretched from 20 cm to 70 cm in 3 weeks. DinaMed is at 50 cm. DinaMed's deficiency seems much better since flipping to flower. EC of BHB 1.3, DinaMed is 1.1, New air pump is shooting 396 Gal/h per bucket compared to just 58 last grow. Root mass has doubled. No sign of rot or root problems. Check out the video for more.

High temperatures and nutrient burn. At this point i have no idea what i am doing. Every now and then SD2 and SD3 release typical weed smell but apart from that no other smell. The stems upon rubbing and touching smell like cinammon,cloves and orange zest.It reminds me of fanta drink.

GrowDiary Verslag: The Bird × Red Wine – Feminized F1 Pheno-Hunt (Week 6 Bloei) Kweker: Xpie77 Datum: 11 januari 2026 Strain: The Bird (Sensi Seeds) × Red Wine (Seeds Genetics) – zelfgemaakte feminized F1-zaadjes Aantal planten: 16 stuks Huidige fase: Week 6 bloei Foto-update (Week 6) Hier een close-up van één van de buds in week 6 – kijk die insane trichome-laag! De hele top is bedekt met een dikke laag frost, alles glinstert onder het licht. Nog steeds voornamelijk groen, maar de pistillen worden dikker en donkerder, en er zit al een lichte paarse gloed in de calyxen bij sommige pheno’s. De echte paarse/blackout kleuren laten nog even op zich wachten, maar de resin-productie is nu al next level. De bud ziet er super gezond en harsachtig uit – precies wat je wilt zien in week 6 van een indica-dominante kruising zoals deze. Stand van zaken in Week 6 De 16 planten zijn in volle ontwikkeling en de bloei versnelt echt: Bud-ontwikkeling: Buds zwellen flink op, calyxen worden groter en dikker. De toppen beginnen compact te worden. Trichome-productie: Mega frost overal! Sugar leaves en buds zitten onder de hars – veel pheno’s lijken nu al harvest-ready qua trichomes (maar nog niet qua kleur/rijpheid). Kleur: Nog grotendeels groen, met lichte paarse hints bij een paar planten. Ik hou de nachttemperatuur laag om de anthocyaninen te boosten – verwacht meer paars in week 7-8. Aroma: Wordt steeds intenser in de tent: zoete druiven/bessen (Red Wine) met een gassy/funky punch (The Bird). Ruikt nu al als een premium strain. Gezondheid: Topconditie. Bladeren donkergroen, geen tekorten, goede stretch voorbij, alles gelijkmatig. Wat te verwachten de komende weken Nog 2-4 weken bloei (afhankelijk per pheno: 8-10 weken totaal). Buds harden verder op en trichomes gaan van helder → milky → amber (tijd om te checken met loep!). Hopelijk meer kleurverkleuring bij de Red Wine-dominante pheno’s. Beginnen met lichte flush richting het einde. Conclusie Week 6 is waar het echt spannend wordt – de frost is insane en de potentie schreeuwt eruit. Deze The Bird × Red Wine F1’s ontwikkelen zich prachtig, en met zoveel variatie in de 16 planten ga ik zeker een paar absolute killers vinden. Nog geen paars spektakel, maar de resin-laag maakt het al de moeite waard! Gemiddelde hoogte: 45–60 cm. Eerste bloeiharen zichtbaar op de hoofdtoppen en oksels. Structuur blijft open en luchtig door eerdere LST – ideaal voor deze LED. Bladeren ogen donkergroen en gezond, geen zichtbare tekorten. --- 💧 Water & Voeding Watergift om de 2 dagen; potten zijn vlot leeggetrokken. Bloeivoeding gestart (NPK 2-4-6) op 75% sterkte. Extra CalMag toegevoegd om calciumtekort vóór te zijn. Geen tekenen van overvoeding of verbranding. --- 🌿 Training & Verzorging Extra LST toegepast om canopy gelijk te houden. Officially 2 weeks into flower.. The wedding cheese cake is looking faster than the guava jelly

Que pasa familia, esta semana hemos lavado las raíces de un ejemplar, el otro ejemplar se le sigue echando nutrientes. Ph controlado, intentaremos aguantar esa planta alguna semana más, las otra por lo menos aún le quedan un par de semanas. Ph controlado bajamos humedad a 35% y la temperatura la mantenemos por debajo de 27. Estas flores están cogiendo unas tonalidades increíbles, y empieza a desprender unos aromas brutales como a ácido.

unbelievable, the performance of her in the still mixed weather in germany is awesome. the buds are starting to smell and are getting thicker. i'm a bit afraid that if the weather continues like this, mould will form. fingerscrossed that it doesn't happen. i give her a mix of biobizz root, grow and bloom every two days. I have removed the LST. from time to time I cut off the large leaves.

Such a pleasure to grow her, she came from an auto m8 and she ended up being Photoperiod, apart from that I'm glad I've discovered her, because her buds have one of the most special and sweetest fragrance I've ever smelled in a cannabis flower, super sweet and tropical guys, such a cool strain, I definitely want to fill a lot of jars of this for my personal stash, everytime I smell her flowers makes me remember the Caribbean Islands.

Bonsais are being made😅😉 All good I have changed the soil so now they grow rapidly especially CBD Blue Shark. :) I had no choice realised that using the same soil over and over is mitake. Big one. Now it is okaz Purple Punches are in the 3rd week of flowering and Blue Shark is in veg i am not sure how long I will keep her like that. Fertilization continues with the mix above on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday. Day 39: I keep doing LST on CBD Blue Shark spreading her.

Today being the 6/2/25 i can say happily that's she has recovered well from last week. From the stem snapping but as you can see she is doing amazingly well for what I have put her through, it was a bag seed and from what I can see it's got good genetics. And smells like lemon haze to me but time will tell. I have released her from her shackles and now I will just let her grow free till crop I may introduce a net not too sure yet

New setup, SMS controller and a few other goodies.
