8/17 - Fed the ladies with liquid nutrients today. Also did some selective defoliation. The soil looks really healthy. You can see how happy my worms are. The two are coming along nicely and just starting to bud. 8/19 - Top fed all the ladies today with Uprising Grow, Uprising Bloom, and Elemental. 8/21 - They are in bloom! They are beginning to flower and looking lovely. In between feedings I water with RO water and molasses. They seem to love it. 8/24 - Blooming along nicely! Watering just about every day now. Added some mulch to the tops that I made from the dried leaves I take during defoliation. Hoping to keep the tops a little more moist.

Pour l'instant, je ne remarque pas de ralentissement significatif par rapport au LST. Cependant, lors de mon premier arrosage avec des nutriments, j'ai mis un 8e de la dose recommandée, ce qui a entraîné l'apparition de griffes sur les feuilles... Vraiment déconcertant, je cherche encore à comprendre cette réaction... Topping au 16 ème jour, 5eme noeuds. Left around 4 top fan leaves On every branch. 19.11 Plants recovered perfectly, light is back to 100% . Unfortunately my Bluetooth app for mars hydro stopped working. Light cannot pair anymore with the app. Also irrigation is changed to vegetative crop steering.

This was my first time using plagron. I dropped the ball on it. I had lots of issues with getting the right amount of nutrition with the level of irrigation I use. The yield will be low but it should still have some kick. In week 10 I have some plants, which have grown taller than the rest (canopy is appr. 80 cm high now). In order to not have to raise my lamp, I rather correct their height by 'supercropping' them. Supercropping is a technique developed by SOMA from SOMA_seeds and works VERY WELL. Instead of topping your plants (=cutting off the main stem) it is better to take the main stem between your fingers (appr. 15-20 cm form the top) and brake the fibers inside and then bend it downwords. This way the stem will stay intact and heal itself and you dont loose the main buds growing on it later. In the video above I show and explain how I supercrop a plant. The plants are now getting more and more into flowering and therefore I switch the dimmer on my SANlight EVO4-120 plants to 100% now (see in video above). The BIO NOVA nutrients are increased as well a little bit, so the plants can build big buds.

She smells incredible! Same as last time. She’s starting to bulk up. I’m probably going to harvest this one a week earlier than last time, for more of a rush/energetic high. I’ll start flushing after the next ful week of flower.

The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are growing good. They got a solution change today. The colas are bulking and getting a lot of frost on and around them. She has not started smelling strong yet. That is comming I am sure. Everything is looking really good. Nothing more to report at the moment. Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

This week didn't quite go as planned on autopilot. The main bonus is when I got back the Green Crack is shooting pistils out everywhere. This plant has really fought hard and gained it self some space, she is a bit tall but I'll just bend the branches 90deg. We started preflower this week. She filled out since the last defoliation and is looking really healthy. There is a bit of damage on a few of the leaves, but it's from where I was a little rough with the tiedowns around the growth tips. She has some damn tight spacing, making it hard to get the wires in there. She has a nice aroma. I wouldn't say it smells like cheese exactly, but has a pleasant sour note to it. I am going to be adding some VMC and ground Malted Barley this week, along with some Ful-Power. Probably another defoliation, too. I will try to take before and after pics. Update: When I added the VMC and Barley, I discovered that both pots in my tent were extremely light weight. I had been underwatering big time, slowing growth and causing some deficiencies. Since then things seem to be correcting themselves rapidly.
