New start of a week FLOWERING
From 120cm to 55 cm i gots it all 🤣
It's my 3rd full grow and can definitely see the extra nutrients doing there job they are at beginning of week 3 and the hedgehog 🦔🦔🦔🦔 are exploding and the pineapple dream edition and the banana punch are already giving a light aroma
I definitely got more of the lower Bud side gone there still some there but hey i say in every diaries i am here to learn to fuck up and to understand and only get better in understanding all aspects of the growing this beautiful plant . And what like and what i don't like .

Just about up to normal feeding, some leaves are starting to get green back some not so much!
tricombs are start to turn milky in allot of the chocolate marhsmellow and actually a couple of the DD i might me able to harvest both at the same time
Smell is absolutely insane i can smell it around the corner from my apartment 😅

Nov 13: Hash washing using fresh frozen plant material. This Gorilla Cookies had nice yield with most of the trichome recovery being on the first two washes. Later washes were still very high quality.
Bag sizes used are 160/120/45/45 which means the 120 fraction is still very decent for immediate use and what is caught on the first 45 micron screen has a nice range (full spectrum). That’s how Frenchy Cannoli said he did it, so fine by me.
Washed for 3 minutes, then 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 minutes. A+ grade on first three washes and then only slightly worse on later pulls.
I tried fresh frozen before and it was a disaster with way too much green in the extract. This time I avoided trimming sugar leaves by leaving them intact or removing them whole and that seemed to work.
Will confirm hash yield after freeze drying but seems good. Extracted resin is the perfect sandy colour and is now in freezer. The freeze dryer should be wired in and ready to go later this week.

I think the pictures pretty much speak for themselves, I owe you guys some nice pictures and videos for your patience.
The stretch is looking good and structure is nice juat from LST. I have managed to achieve somewhat of a decent canopy. Phase 2.. grow some beautiful fruits ;)

The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew.
I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours.
My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle.
The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants.
I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size.
This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit.
Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush.
The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant.
The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

I had some difficulties in the vegetative phase with this passarello strain so even if late I applied a series of techniques to maximize the harvest. I applied a late topping, I did LST on the lower branches and I elegantly widened them and topped x 8 in the center. By doing so the center came out a bit weakened because the power went to all the branches below (that's why the main lining is better), but by eliminating some branches that would not have reached the top I obtained an excellent result, there are really many buds and a result that will exceed 100 grams by a lot I think going closer to 150 grams.
The flowers are very beautiful, nice mature pistils, large calyxes, this plant has really large calyxes that make it a bit difficult to clean or rather it is easy to cut some calyxes here and there. But the grass is so much you can easily make sense of it.
The smell is wonderful I still have to go into more detail but it seems something strawberry, sweet, I'm still trying to understand what it reminds me of and I have to study the terpenes and terpene profiles better.
The trichomes are mostly milky but we honestly have little amber still and a bit of transparency, it could have been another week probably but that's fine.

Very happy this week as my friend gave me a female Mac x Purple Punch he was using as a mother plant. That is in an 18 litre soil pot. The 3 Rado Z are now in 15 l autopots fitted with airdomes. A soil mix was made with dutch vega bio soil , Bio grow and silicium flash. The MacPunch I have stripped the lowers and trained it using easy bend clips.

Day 36: I bend the branches even more, cut off the top leaf that covered 2 buds, one of them is very small, I hope to give it at least a little chance to grow. This is a victim of a broken branch.

Grow area updates:
Nothing major far as area is concerned added Some yoyo’s to the net so it can be raised and lowered easily now. I also noticed I had been following ghp feeding schedule for a recirculating system when mine is drain to waste. Didn’t have in adverse effects on the plants at all actually think they loved it tbh. But I’ll notice the ppm difference on these future updates. I was using way more nutrients then what was needed. Now I get to save money lol.
Blue dream auto:
Def has the faint smell of flowering cannabis now. The branching power from the mixing blue dream and already branchy plant with the ruderalis is def perfect for a scrog set up when you trying to maximize the your yield off one plant. I had to visit the tent 3 times this week to re tuck her down. Did the last tuck Thursday so what you are seeing from the pics today is three days of growth. Crazy!!!! She sitting at about 900 ppm And that’s with cutting the the grow solution some.

She popped through the net mid this week and hit her first tuck under today. With how well she reacted to the femm job. I went ahead and topped on the new growth on each branch. Her branch structure is way more sturdy then autos for sure. Leaves are bigger as well. One is the size of my palm lol I have big hands so that’s awesome. She sitting at about 800 ppm and getting less bloom solution.
I’d also like to add I appreciate everyone’s advice far as set up and temp control. It was above 100°F the last couple days. And tent never got over 85 and as soon as the hotter part of the day was over we where back in the 70’s. Ima smoke one for y’all! 🤘🏾 Until next time #StayKited
