Howdy growfessors 👽, chopped down two LSD, what a great strain! One of these two ladies performed way better than the other and I'm excited to see just how much more weight and bud she packed on. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚 July 11 update, one LSD plant 92 grams, the second plant 95 grams, 187 total. Plants have a great fruity, berry taste and great heady high.

Transplanted to 5gal to see what happens! Flipping within the week for sure ! Mixed 50/50 444 and 284 Gaia green dry amendments. Will cut a bunch of clones, trim the fan leaves and flip 🔜 soon!

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Day 47 ( 10 days flowering): Another week passes and these girls take full advantage of the available resources. #1 in the e ecothrive soil is killing it for size , bud sites and general health . Their is a clear difference between them all in the Los compared to the coco , mc fed plants. I do suspect 3 different phenos of the smoothie and others in this run but they are all 3 different. #2 is now under the TSL-2000 with her sister as she outgrew the light height in the middle. I have not out too much on her as she still looks very odd with discolouring and a cabbage look to her leaves. she is nowhere near as big overall but is straight up with no lst so should still give some decent bud. #3 Is the little lady of the three and looks like a totally different plant than the other two. very stout and robust and will no doubt produce some fatties judging by her branch sizes. I am glad I have the sp250 for the smaller ones or they would be pain to keep level canopy wise. The 20L pots could have been a mistake and bigger could have been better. I wont be sure it it was pot size or medium that gave the LOS the edge.lol I am loving the #1 girl and her size is huge. she could use a light of her own !! peace and love folks. green days.

I swear every time I LST, within a few hours, they are right back covering the spots I tied down and opened up. I haven't had to give them nutes just yet because of the FoxFarm soil. I try to wait about a month before starting to give nutes after transferring them to this soil bc this soil already has so many nutes in it already. At the rate they're growing, they're likely going to be in need of a feeding very soon. Plan to top GDP2 again in a few days. GDP1 and BK I may top a 3rd time but I haven't decided. I don't want them to get so bushy that the tent becomes too small. And yes I decided I'm not going to LST GDP2. I may tie her down some for light exposure but no bending and tying down like with GDP1 and BK. More updates to come as the week goes. 6/29: I topped GDP2 one more time. I made sure I didn't FIM this time lolol. I topped all 3 new stalks which should give me 6 more, I believe. BK, I defoliated her lightly yesterday, took off a lot of the really large fan leaves. You can't even tell I didn't anything now lolol They're growing big and beautiful especially GDP2 since I've decided not to LST. I did tie down one of her branches though to give more light to other lil potential bud sites. 😍😘😌 6/30: I tested the PPM of the run off water and it's still pretty high even though I haven't added any nutes at all to any of the water I've watered them with. Only pH'ed the water and that's it. I'll be holding off a little longer before feeding them. That FoxFarm Happy Frog soil is no joke... hot hot hot...

DAY 63 / 9 weeks of flowering. Last pictures of these sativa's. Ready to harvest 😛 Not all plants are equally ripe.. Some plants have hard ripen buds. But some plants could use one or more extra weeks of flowering, 😶 The fragrance varies widely. From fruity candies to strong diesel scent. 😊 The size and appearance of the plants also varies greatly. Not really suitable for SOG. 😪 This week only water. 😨 Low RH% 40-45 --------------------------------------------- Plant size and description : #1 89cm Promising in the first weeks, but ultimately only a small plant with a low yield.😥 #2 144cm Monster-tall beautiful large sativa-like plant, with beautiful fat buds. I love her. 😍 #3 144cm By far the most typical sativa plant. Enormous length with loose foxtail buds. Could use a few more weeks of flowering. 😵 #4 129cm Tall plant with fewer buds. Maybe because this girl is in the corner of the growing room where she doesn't get that much light. Nice and ripe anyway.😳 #5 117cm Beautiful semi-tall plant. The buds may not be as fat, but they are nicely ripe. 😉 #6 92cm Very photogenic rather small plant. The buds seem to spiral up to a fat top. 😃 #7 123cm Large plant with many sativa influences. Pointed hard top studded with trichomes. 😛 #8 124cm Like # 7, a nice big plant but with leaf greenery woven into the buds. 😋 #9 102cm Half to rather high plant endowed with one of the most beautiful buds. Estoy contento de como se están desarollando estas nuevas fem de 42 fast buds una nueva línea muy resinosa, flores densas y llenas de resina, algunas tiene un olor realmente increíble, lemon mandarin es espectacular como huele a mandarina, gorilla melon huele como a melón recién cortado en una tarde calurosa de verano... reinbow melon tiene un olor dulce terroso y gaseoso, paya sherbet uele a una mezcla dulce de papaya... veremos que tal los terps al fumar.

Nov.8 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.9 - Moved these girls into Vivosun tent under Phlizon 1200w light from a Marz Hydro tent 5x5 with Marz Hydro ts 1000 light. We needed to move these girls to this tent and have our DWC in the bigger tent so the DWC plants don’t get too hot at the bottom *once girls were transported to new tent the leaves turned to curl and lift upwards, the light is on veg and is 24” high Nov.10 - Watered girls 250mL each, 0.25mL of each nutrient for each plant Nov.10 - Decided we don’t like the blurple light and took one of our Mars Hydro lights from our big tent and switched it Nov.11 - Watered each plant, 500mL, 1mL of each nutrient. Our girls drank soo fast so we are bumping it up a bit Nov.12 - Our girl #1’s leaves are a little droopy and are looking a bit weird in some spots (darker green and almost wrinkled). Our girl #2 though is going great and we started some LST training on her today. Let her growww Nov.14 - Started our girl #1 on LST her leaves are much happier now! Ohhh boy #2 is sprouting so nice she’s starting to fill out so well and she just blossomed once we started LST, she was facing upwards in less than 24h!! Nov.15 - Our girls are thriving so I wanted to FIM #2 and my boyfriend wanted to Top girl #1 Let’s see how these girls groooww Nov.15 - Watered each girl 250mL and 0.25 mL of each nutrient we are going to water them just enough to soak into the ground every day for them to soak up as much nutrients and drink as possible without over watering.

Harvested after 3 days flush and two days night after recommended 9 weeks. Got 2 phenos. One better and more representative of the strain description which i kept a clone of to S1 and stabilize. As usual uploading here is a pita it didnt upload my videos again really annoying, but pics show the better strain is stronger bramches, stretchier, and better buds. I cut them in the video so no one cries i didnt harvest lol. Smell is from sourish sweet to sweet and mossy like a green slurpy or something. 6 week testers were potent and frosty already so i cant imagine after proper harvest and cure.

First colors are showing up as we are going into week 7. Plant is looking great so far!

12 weeks / 84 days old today. So my first grow journey is coming to an end! Not a lot to report this week. Been using my jewellers loupe daily to keep an eye on the trichomes and can definitely see a big difference. (Sorry, pictures are crap - don’t have enough hands to get a good one!) Still watering with plain water but they’re taking a lot less and only been watered every 4 days or so. Sticky orange has lots of cloudy trichomes and starting to get a few Amber. Her leaves are drying off so she is getting harvested before the weekend. Purple skunk is a bit behind so I think I will wait and see how she goes for another week or so. I always thought she’d be the one to finish first too. I think I will be drying in the garage. We are consistently getting 18 degrees outside now but with the temperature drops at night, I am not sure whether to bring the buds inside overnight. I’ll be drying in a hanging ‘herb’ dryer and I have my curing jars all labelled and ready to go. Thinking of wet trimming roughly then going in for a final dry trim later once dry to neaten them up. Drying advice welcome! I did think I’d have to harvest in stages and chop the lower buds later on. But even the bottom buds look like they’ve caught up this week. I have honestly enjoyed every second of this grow and I’m almost disappointed it’s nearly finished. But at the same time, I can not wait to see (and taste) the final result!

I will be growing this strain again. It took off from the start never had not one issue besides changing the light cycle in mid flower which was my fault due to I had to flower my photos witch caused the bud's to not be as dense as it could have been but I'm still satisfied and will grow only auto's or time it differently if growing with photos
