Hey everyone at week 4 know and wow have these girls grown early this week I applied some LST and all took really well to say it was my first time trying this

Background: This is a small grow in a 20" x 36"x 63" tent. Growing 2 sour diesel from seed in coco/perlite medium using General Hydroponic nutrients and primarily following feeding schedule as listed here http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf . I'll be substituting "h3ad formula," i.e. 6 ml GH FloraMicro : 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon, for the first 3 rows in the pdf and also be skipping Diamond Nectar, FloraBlend, and FloraNectar. See pic above for nutrient list. Note: Second time attempting to grow this strain. Bud rot destroyed majority of previous grow so this is a redemption grow, hopefully. Lesson learned from previous failure - two circulation fans do not counter high humidity especially for the big buds over 3" wide. On chop day, after vegging for 3 months and flowering for 100 days, the insides of the buds closest to the stems were full of white cotton candy. Couldn't spot it from the outside at all. So lesson learned, and this time end of flower will coincide with low-humidity winter as opposed to the summer. Week 1 - Nutrient regimen: 6 ml GH FloraMicro + 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon. Used at 1/3 strength diluted with dechlorinated water. Solution ph'd to 5.8. 9/5/2019 (V1) - Sprouted yesterday and moved under 273 watts of vero 29 LED today, dimmed to lowest setting. Used rapid rooters for germination but would have preferred peat pellets since they stay can stay upright without support. 9/10/2019 (V6) - Fungus gnat larvae infestation! Transplanted to solo cups on 9/6 (V2) using ready mix bag of coco and perlite. Using 1/3 strength "h3ad formula" for first week and fed every other day. Growth appears stunted compared to previous grows and stems needed additional support to stay upright with circulation fan on. Feeding until runoff showed major infestation (see video #1). Can only guess coco mix bag was contaminated, since no adult gnats are visible in tent and yellow sticky card is empty. This has got to be my record for early fuckups! Attempting to treat with neem extract mix (dosed used 5 ml neem oil extract : 500 ml water) and a layer of diatomaceous earth on top (see V6 pic). Hopefully this treatment is better than not doing anything and letting those squirmy baby bastards take over. For a plant this young and without adequate root support this is a gamble. Also bumped up light a bit to 13000 lux as read on Light Meter v3.1 app by Trajkovski Labs using Samsung S6.

06/04: Début 3ème semaine jusqu'à présent je suis content de moi, c'est ma deuxième culture. La première a été assez mouvementée et cette fois-ci je me sent plus à l'aise par rapport aux arrosages par exemple. J'ai choisi de ne pas utiliser du allmix par exemple pour pas risquer de brûler mon plant lors de l'engraissâge etc. 06/05: Aujourd'hui "tie down" des branches les plus basses. (LST j 0) + Arrosage à l'eau clair 400ml ainsi que toping des branches basses. 06/06: j'aperçois les premiers pistils la phase de pré-flo est sur le points de débuter je vais augmenter la luminosité petit à petit dans les jours qui viennent pour arriver autour des 70,000Lux en phase de flo. 06/07: je vais revoir mon planing d'engraissage et ajouter un engrais de flo. et du CalMag agent toutes les deux semaines, quand au GHE essential une fois par semaine en foliaire. 06/08: le filet est placé depuis ce matin, maintenant on attends l'étirement floral pour le remplir. 06/09: arrosage +/-500ml avec engrais, j'ai tenté de descendre le filet pour palliser le plant et commencer à diriger le branche dans les trous du filet mais j'ai changé d'avis car je le sentais pas, je préfère attendre le stretch et utiliser le filet quand les branches l'atteindront naturellement. 06/10: finalement j'ai fait un topping hiers soir car le fiming ne semblait pas prendre et le cola continuais a monter et a chaque nouveau noeud j'avais chaque fois que deux branche donc j'ai préferer le topping certaine branche latérale on déjà rejoint la hauteur de deux branche obtenue grâce au topping. je suis étonnée par la vigueur de cette variété qui se remet rapidement de tout stress!

Hard to believe it's been another week. These beautiful girls are growing great. They're definitely swelling amazing especially at the top colas. Starting to see some faded leaves so I think I'll back down my nutes from 1050 to around 800. All in all Happy Growing.

Week 9 - both gorilla ladies growing healthy and getting fat 9L Pot the bud is getting fat and frosty 12 Pot buds are now stretching and getting some frost

This is a test-grow of Barbarian, a cross of AK-47 from Serious Seeds with Barbara Bud from from House of the Great Gardener (HotGG) made by Mat, the head-breeder of HotGG, in Canada. I had the honor of getting three test seeds at the Cultiva-Tradeshow in Austria and could not wait to start them after I got home. The two test-plants were grown on soil under HPS and alongside my normal grow of AK-47 plants inside a big Secret Jardin tent and fed with Advanced nutrients.

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and looks like her stretching has just about stopped and hopefully now she’ll really start packing on the flowers. She’s getting fairly dry already so she’ll get another round of plain water tomorrow then the feeding after that, she’ll get some nutes. She’s got a couple of burnt tips from the nutes but not many so I’ll continue at the dosage I’m using. Day 52 - Didn’t get the chance to update yesterday but she got two gallons of water and nutes. I’m seeing a few leaves starting to lighten up a bit so thinking she’s gonna need higher doses of nutes so next feeding I’ll up the dosage. Other than that, just trying to keep everything tucked nicely in the tent and the flowers are really starting to stack up nicely. Day 54 - Overall she’s looking good and really starting to pack on the flowers. I am a little worried because she’s got a little yellowing going on with some of the upper to middle leaves but not too bad. Hoping I fixed the issue with a nutrient feeding the other day cause pH and everything are all good, right in mid to upper 6’s. Just gonna keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn’t get worse. As long as she’s packing on flower, she should be ok. Day 55 - All still looking good and not noticing any new leaves yellowing so hoping I caught the deficiency early enough. Other than that, flowers are really filling in nicely. She’s got another day or two before she needs some water.

Hey Friends, end of week 11 from seed ☺️ Not much has changed this week in the growth of plant #2. I noticed some orange on the leaf tips. This can be due to overfeeding nutrients or because I recently ran into a problem with my Ph meter, it broke so I had to purchase one at a local Hydroponics store, different model so it was giving me different readings. For example, after adding nutrients to the water, ph would read 4.5 - 5.0, with the old ph meter I would add 10 drops of ph up and it would rise to 6.0 - 6.2, with the new ph meter it goes down to 4.2 when adding nutrients and I need around 20-30 drops to bring the ph up to 6.0 +. The old ph meter was less expensive I purchased it for $15, and the new ph meter cost me about $60. I guess the new one gives me the correct reading. The plant was used to the old feeding dosage now it just needs to adapt to the new feeding. Noticed some of the top leaves had curls so I lowered light intensity. An increase in red stems so ill keep lowering the light to avoid too much strees Colas are growing in width Smell is slowly getting stronger, not sure what strain it could be but it looks and smells like cookies and og. No amber trichomes yet, maybe there is some already but its not very noticeable yet QUESTIONS How long before flushing?

This girl took very well to LST and defoliating. Didn’t notice any sort of stunting from the defoliating, she chugged on as if nothing happened to her.

El crecimiento no se ha visto afectado de momento Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 40 (11/07) Paso a regar con 500 ml / día, ya que hace mucho calor (30 ºC) y efectivamente las plantas ya han copado la maceta de raíces Las ramas de nodo inferior se han quedado enanas tras el entrenamiento, de modo que las elimino y aplico canela en polvo en los cortes Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 41 (12/07) Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Clones! Mi experimento vuelve a demostrar que NO necesitas complejos productos de clonación ni sistemas para obtener clones! Hace 15 días puse 2 clones con el tallo sumergido en miel durante 5 minutos en una maceta de 400 ml con PRO-MIX HP BACILLUS + MYCORRHIZAE He mantenido la humedad alta con una cúpula de humedad casera hecha con una botella de agua PET de 5 litros cortada por la mitad y pulverizando a diario. Han estado los 15 días en mi terraza con luz indirecta, y temperaturas que rondan los 30 - 32ºC durante las horas centrales del día Hoy los he trasplantado a una maceta de 1 litro porque ya habían formado raíces y empezaban a formar nuevas hojas! 🐥🐥🚀🐥🐥 Día 42 (13/07) Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 43 (14/07) Trasplante a maceta definitiva de 21 litros de ROOTPLUS Pot de GSKOREA GLOBAL! Estas macetas son una maravilla! Proceso de trasplante: Se prepara con 17,85 Litros (85%) de sustrato PRO-MIX HP BACILLUS+MYCORRHIZAE + 1,05 Litros de Humus de Lombriz (5%) + 2,01 Litros de Insect Frass (10%) + 210 gramos de Earth Vibes Super Soil (10 g/L substrato) Se llena la maceta de sustrato con las manos (limpias) y rompiendo los trozos más gruesos, para que el sustrato esté aireado y esponjoso, sin presionar Se coloca una maceta vacía de 6,5L para que quede la forma perfecta de la maceta donde están actualmente Se espolvorea la parte proporcional de la probeta de microorganismos sobre el agujero de trasplante Se saca la planta de su maceta actual (bonitas raíces 😍) y se coloca en la maceta final Se riega muy lentamente hasta percolación profunda con H2O EC 0,5 pH 6,5 Una vez asentada, complemento con un riego de 500 ml con 25 ml/L de Humus de Lombriz Liquido Se coloca mulch (acolchado) de paja para evitar traspiración excesiva y cuidar a los microorganismos del suelo A ver como reacciona al trasplante! First defoliation this week, took off all the lower leaves as they weren't getting much light and there's plenty of green leaves around the buds, looks nice at the base now. I discovered that the ppm runoff was 3500 so I've been pouring the nutrients solution into the top by the litre and letting it drain back to my reservoir, I'm using the flowering res from my other grow, which is 1:2:2 and 1500ppm. She appeared to be growing really slowly with small buds, but I had a look at a two week old photo and I must have lost track of time, as she had only just begun to flower. Feels more like four weeks! So now I'm wondering what more she can do. Stay tuned this could be exciting. I'm excited anyway. Nothing like what I expected. Updated some more shots, I only now just realised that I can hold the plant upside down or at any angle under the lights to get the type of bud shots that are normally impossible.

Started one seed of Cherry Bomb popped in 48 hours. The seedling took off from there. I just used tap water and paper towel to germinate. We are at 7 days today, and she is looking good. Picked up a 32x32x63 tent for this grow. Currently I have her in my aero garden which has done wonders for me, and my hydro set up. As she grows I will move her into a 5 gal bucket for hydro. We will use a 450w viparspectra LED for this grow. I am using a small amount of nutes in the reservoir, as always I am using general hrdroponics flora trio cal mag, and silica.

As you see I’m getting carried away way too soon. I’m enjoying the learning process though! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
