8/16 Watered before feeding two gallons to the garden. Defoliated a bit and noticed an open folded leaf that inchworms must've crawled out of. Also found another japanese beetle today. They are in the area but this far I've only found four. Up the road they've skeletonized plants so I'm crossing my fingers. Next year that's one thing I'm doing for sure. Bird netting. No pillars and no japanese beetles. Can't be that expensive. I may need to do another treatment. Of Spinosid or BT to be safe. I haven't seen much fresh damage like I had before on lower branches. Plants seem to go more into flower everyday. Dreamcatcher furthest along followed by a seedling in a 5 gallon then blueberry and ice cream cake is bringing up the rear. This is when the fun starts. I've put a lot of time and money in since March. Temps are lower today seems like it's going to be a great day. 8/17 didn't water. I figured I'd let things dry out. Defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves. Every day plants seem to be flowering at a rapid pace. I plan to apply another treatment of BT as a saw another inchworm nest. Also found a japanese beetle that I think is responsible for some of the damage I've seen. 8/18 Soil was dry so I gave it a good watering. Buds are developing extremely fast. I can't believe the changes I see on a daily basis. Still damage. At least it's not destroyed by the japanese beetles like some of the neighboring plants. I did have to defoliate a lot of yellow leaves after this last feed. I know about sensenece and I had the same issue last year. It still seems worrisome to see leaves die. Temps swing thirty degrees here so that might be a contributing factor. I hope it's not some kind of nutrient lockout. Don't know how to tell but I know I don't feed much or often to try to avoid that. I haven't flushed and I really don't want to. Next year super soil. I need to do another preventative spray and go over during the dark. Will update as I go. 8/19 Hurried morning and plants were wet so I didn't water. Looks like it's going to rain. Plants went through a huge growth spurt and buds are developing at a rapid rate but I haven't gotten to the reason why the old big fans turn yellow and drop. Especially since it's after a growth spurt. I probably need to flush. It started at the bottom at first but it's moved up a little. I'll update further today. UPDATE: Went back over and fed two gallons to the garden. Replaced 1tbsp tiger bloom with 1/2 Kool bloom and no microbe brew. Plants seem like they need nitrogen. After finding three sets of leaves with moth eggs and finding what looks like septoria or another fungal infection on the plant outside the cage in the 30 gallon tote. I almost put the ax to it but for now it's just isolated. Stalk is bigger than the ax handle so I'll let it do its thing but not with my other girls. I need to spray BT but I also need to treat WPM. I'll check maybe I have some lost coast plant therapy left. 8/20 No water. Plants were wet. Lost another shit ton of yellow leaves. May be WPM that has progressed. Treated the garden early am with lost coast plant therapy. Will update further today. UPDATE: Took a short video I'll upload tomorrow. Made the decision to water as plants were dry. Probably should've waited but it's been so hot. Humidity is ridiculous. Plants look cleaner after LCPT. Buds developing fast. Looking back on my old journals and seeing the same questions pop up from last year is reassuring. I need to order more LCPT and I also need to get in and prune any shoot that has dead stuff on it. There is some more on the interior I should take as well. I spent a good deal of time (twice) today defoliating and making sure everything yellow was gone in case of a fungal infection. 8/21 Didn't water. Looks overcast. Plants are transitioning to flower. They seemed to like the last feeding. I think I may have been underfeeding. I defoliated what needed it and the dead stuff but there wasn't as much. I can still see WPM this morning. It's just so humid here and it's been raining EVERY night. I'll probably use vinegar or h2o2 tonight. With all the moths and moth eggs I've been finding it wouldn't hurt to do an application of BT. I also need to keep an eye on my ice cream cake. Plant is enormous and it's only in a 20 or 30 gallon bag. I can't remember which. Anyway maybe it's just the lighting but it doesn't seem as rich green as it was. I'll keep an eye on them. 8/22 No water as it's raining. That hurricane Henri is supposed to around here today or tomorrow. I'll have to check but I think I'm fine. My supports are sturdy. I'll do a double check but things seem fine. Flowering nicely. It's kind of discouraging that it's been raining every night and the rh is always ridiculous as of late. The fog this morning was horrendous. It's like I could cut it with a knife. Let's see if it is going to rain tonight. If not I'll spray.

Day 42. Huge disaster !!!! I got stucked at my summer time house and was with the girls after 7 days, normally i water them every 4-5 ... Happy Growing !!!

Dense nuggets, identical plants. Pretty easy to trim. Don't think this species is really fungus prone,small buds but very dense. Will update smoke report later. Need to cure now at least 4 weeks. Will post and update in september.

Day 78- Flowering day 26- These OG girls are gettin thirstier by the day, I had to feed them yesterday because the soil is starting to dry out every 2-3 days now. I gave them what I've been giving them normally, about 1.5L for the big OG girls and about 1L for the small seed producer. I also put the clone in the back bathroom and tried my hand at pollinating it, we'll see how that turns out and I'll definitely wait to put this one back in the flowering tent because I'm not sure if the pollen was fully thawed but I got a lot of it on the pistils so I don't want to take any chances. I fed the BD about 2L of nutrient solution and she's only showing a very slight sign of overwatering but I'm sure she'll be recovered by the end of the day. All the plants in the tent have stopped stretching, I'm gonna have to remember how to train future plants like OG 1 because those buds are lookin absolutely fantastic. I made a mistake with OG 2 and didn't train it exactly the same so it stretched a bit too much and I doubt it's gonna yield as much as OG 1. Day 81- Flowering day 29- Well I think I’ve figured out what’s going on with OG 2 but we’ll see if I’m right. I think, aside from the heat stress it was under, there may be a slight nitrogen toxicity. OG 1 and BD have sucked up everything I’ve thrown at em without complaint but OG 2 still has some curled up leaves even though a lot of them have gotten better. I think it’s nitrogen toxicity because the leaf tips on my Green Crack just started curling downward and I know its not heat stress. The only thing that makes sense is too much nitrogen because I have been using more cal/mag than usual so today I just watered all the plants with molasses water and I’ll keep checking in on them. Also had to tie up some of the branches on OG 2, I’ve definitely gotta make sure to train plants in the future to not stretch so much cap that the branches will grow thicker and stronger.

Cruise control baby! Nothing wrong. No issues. All growing extremely well. Keeping to my EC and my pH and all is well. Let's see what the next week is going to give us.

Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins. Hi, everybody. Today my plants 55 days. They look very good, cheerful. I had a problem with the lamp today. I don't know what's wrong with her after the photo shoot, but she did not turn on even after it cooled down, had to be replaced by a spare, though it has a slightly different spectrum. 😟 I found that the smell was very strong, air filtration fails, the stench goes through a little passive blowing and smells of the whole apartment. When my greenhouse is closed the smell is, but not strong, but when I work in it, it is necessary to ventilate the room for a long time. And for me this dangerously. But, there is good news, the postman gave me a great fertilizer that will help me get a good and delicious harvest. 💪 Bubblelicious Auto - these plants show a very strong smell, for 4 days it has increased several times, the smell is very strong, but pleasant.
