This week, we had a lot of filling out. Violet doesn't seem to grow as tall as wide! The leaves are so pretty, it's heartbreaking to cut them. 9/13 day 37 I thought I started noticing yesterday, but today, Violet quite obviously has red hairs! Hard to notice at a distance, up close, most of the buds have definite red hairs that match my own. Happy about her recent feeding, her luster is returning, and she's more and more full every day. 9/15 day 39 Every day is crazy hair day around this camp, and Violet always shows out with her long, white pistils. Over the last couple of days, the red hairs have been drowned out by more long whites, though I don't know why the back and forth. She is still getting very droopy kind of early, and no light adjustment seems to alleviate this. I've been reluctant to turn the light up to a proper level for flower so far because of it. Can not enough light cause similar symptoms? Every couple of days, I remove a leaf or two, do some tucking to uncover bud tops, and add or adjust LST. Getting wider than taller, she's really started to fill up the cabinet! 9/17 day 41 I take Violet out of the cabinet for what will probably be one of the last times, if not the very last. One fault of our cabinet is the narrow doorway, which we probably need to widen out at some point. Her layers are so well-defined and even, it is easy to see the separate tiers when looking at her straight on. I take off four big, sexy leaves, two of them the remaining original big fan leaves from the first nodes. There are still a couple more that need to come off the very top, but I can do those later, and I don't want to shock her too much at once. I also water 1gal today, enough to barely run out to preserve those nutes from last week's feeding. She looks very tired and sad as I tuck her back into the cabinet. Hopefully she will recover for morning pics. 9/18 day 42 Violet is slow to wake today. I have to detangle all her little leaves every morning, and today is extra. I'm going to adjust her light today. I've been waiting for her to not be so droopy at night, but we're going to see if it maybe helps instead of hurts. I do a moderate raise to 750 PPFD, about 45 DLI, to see how it goes. I also notice the return of the red hairs this morning! Unfortunately, there is no smell whatsoever yet, other than plant. Everyone who sees her says how healthy she looks. Anything that was appearing as light tips has filled out with color, and the beautiful blue-green leaves are full and lush. If everything I've read about this strain is true, we should only have a few weeks left with this plant, and the buds look like they're going to be nicely formed if we stay on course. I have so much hope for Violet's harvest!

Everything fine. She likes to eat what she get and she is on the way to build up many flowers. I‘m really waiting for this one. Wanted to buy this strain in my cannabis pharmacy, but it was always sold out. I grow up Tropicana Cookies Auto, too. Tropicana Cookies I could buy one time in the pharmacy and this was one of the best strains I ever vaped, perfect balance between body and head feeling. So let’s see if I can grow my own quality medicine.

Week 5 Day 28 to 35 Faster and faster they happily grow! Only the black berry showed me coupe of spots on some couple of leafs but nothing serious.

Topped this girl this week, she’s growing pretty good. Very nice looking plant to my eye.

Week start PAR 540 PPFD Week end PAR 570 PPFD After week 3 of flower the plants don't need to grow more roots, so therefor I stopped giving them Plagron Power Roots and Plagron Pure Zym since there is no use for it anymore; but they did their jobs very well.. my plants flourished on it and I didn't even had one dead leaf. I also defoliated again and lollypopped everything from the ScrOG net down to the AirPot's. Did some supercropping on about eight flowers to keep stretching under control and the canopy more even. Also placed a 2nd ScrOG net to arrange the branches and to support them later in flower.

Week 10, Week 10 has been fun. The buds are becoming denser and starting to almost look like a finished product. I am planning on harvesting the plant the first week of next month, so three weeks or so and counting! I am adjusting the tie downs twice a week trying to get the buds as much sunlight as possible. I am watering every 3 days with 6.0 ph water. I have been putting a teaspoon of FloraNova in the water with a tablespoon of molasses mixed in but it appears she received a little nutrient burn. I'm not to worried about it because I wanted to make sure the flower sites received enough nutrients to make some dense dank buds. It isn't a huge burn but a little. As a result I started mixing only half a teaspoon of FloraNova in the water to make sure any future burn doesn't happen. I am excited about the plant, she is starting to look like a thiccy ha I am probably going to starting flushing in three weeks. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns/comments. Day 78 - The start of week 12 and from looking at her and the trichs, she probably won’t be getting chopped this weekend. Gave her a good flush with the sledgehammer yesterday so hopefully the depletion of nutes will push her to the end sooner rather than later. Day 79 - Still just waiting but her leaves are starting to yellow a bit so she seems to be sucking whatever she can out of them to finish up. Can’t wait for her to be done to get a taste. Day 80 - Leaves are starting to fade pretty good now and almost certain I’ll be chopping her this week or this coming weekend at the latest. Trying to push some more amber trichs into her. Day 81 - No real updates, she’ll be getting the chop no later than this weekend. Most likely on Saturday.

Another easy week for the chibans. I feel bad i did not include little chiban 2 in the diary. She was topped a while back and is much much smaller then her sister but her structure and growth i am pleased with. Glad i kept her now.. Number 1 is just a monster!! i cut her i have snapped and bent her but each time i come out the next day and she has just repaired whatever i have done and im sure if she could she would be holding her middle finger up at me as i walked in!! She is huge (relative to the space i have) I have never spent so much effort on past grows maintaing the perfect enviroment as i have on this grow and what it has shown me is huge.. Get this right and it seems they just do their thing.. Now she is flipped and in pre flower i am a little scared of what she will become.. Good job my tiny grow space is over 2M tall. Feeding is strange as they dont want too much. At the start of potting i mixed in ecothrive charge into the substrate and i have to say this stuff is amazing. I gave the first feed of nutes to these i think a week ago and it was a weak mix of grow and it gave them talons on the leaf tips which i took as a sign of N toxicity. So i think i could have stretched another week out of just water and beneficials. I will remember for next run. thats it really, i will be keeping an eye this week on the enviroment again as previous weeks and watching for any changes in requirements. I set up the tent, even though the space was small, I didn’t give up until the end, with these, I don’t know if from now on I will continue this beautiful work, things became difficult. More in the meantime 😁 let's go for another week. They are doing well, the best of what I imagined is a great genetics that has been dealing as a veteran, great strong smell, wide and thin leaves already creating the famous, THC terpenes, a robust plant. Lower leaves are yellowing , not sure if it’s due to low light penetration or a nitrogen deficiency so I have slightly upped canna a & b hoping it will solve the problem , if it still carries on I will add nitrogen I think . Raised the light today as I seen a brown spot and leaves curling up the way , the affected cola looks significantly stressed and lagged in growth
