Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Looking ok stretched alot so had to add some caines to support the buds. Done quite alot of defolatin as ther were just many leaves covering bud sites and only using 1 600w so have spaced closer together for more light. Still feeding them doff tomatoe feed and had no signs stress. Goin to add some pk next feed.Had some fkin heat so plants have alittle heat burn so had to higher light alittle also alittle wind burn Owell updates to follow

UPDATE - sat 6th March Doing good for first week. The change of light made all the difference. One is a hempy that I am going to add some worm castings and I’m already adding loads of microbes so it should buffer the ph for me. UPDATE - Monday I ordered some worm castings so I can mix it with my coco and perlite, as well as a few other goodies so I can treat a hempy more like a soil grow but get the benefits of the passive hydro system. I’ll probably use around 10%. I’m still waiting for my fan and my microbial product that is made by the same people as charge. It looks great. Loads of ph buffering microbes to munch on the vermicompost and enable me to get away without spending 60-70 on a ph meter.

We just build +1 Room, about 9Sq meter with 2000w HPS. We decide, cos we see a lot more of potence by this genetic i have to tell now, ~less is more~ ..if i talk about ammount pro sqM... As well we gonna change all small 6L pots for 11L. Really great week for these girls! I'm very happy with the amount of early flower stretch I got out of the 2 larger girls. While the 'Little One' won't amount to much, the other 2 I'm really excited for the finish. I made a short video this morning to give ya'll a closer look. They got one feeding consisting of the Hydrolyzed Fish/Rose&Flowering/Molasses and then another feeding of just the Fish/Flowering this week.

Harvested on 11/6. I let them cure for a month, and if I can keep my paws off them a while longer, I suspect they'll taste even better...gets more dank every day. Plant A: 52g - the frostiest of the 3 plants, and also has the best flavor.. She had a few nanners that i left to do their thing. Hopefully I get some cool hybrids out of the closet. Plant B: 73g - She seemed like the biggest plant but was a little less dense than the other bigger one. A little less pungent smelling than the others, but still tastes great. Plant C: 73g - very dense and sticky buds...aroma is outstanding Of the strains I grew this run, the SP comes in a close second to Wedding Cheesecake. Not only WILL I grow it again, I already have another one growing in my tent right now....good shit.👍 Final thoughts: Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 10/10 Potency: 8/10 Yield: 7/10 Bag-appeal: 8/10 Bud density: 7/10

8 week harvest this run

Roots started to show at the base of the pots so I've moved her into her penultimate pot now. Next stop the smart pot. Her stem is firming up lovely and she's starting to show some lateral growth. Overall she looks really healthy. Once the other seedlings catch up a bit ill start to ramp up the light. LST will start soon!

Remove a lot of the lower branches this week . Everything looking pretty good at the moment

This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 finally got the 3 of them in the hps tent!!!!
