Fed compost tea on Wednesday without added Bio Pk. Plain water all following feedings. Did a light defoliation of some older fan leaves which has let more light in around the main stem. I have used soft ties to stake her into the ground, this helps to prevent her from poking back out of the substrate once I bury the stem. I have buried her up to the first node. I’m so far very happy with how she has been growing. She is very healthy looking currently.

So like at the end of last week can be seen she started flowering. I defoliated her because she was bushy, LST and a little super cropping. I see the tips of the leafs turned down so i didn't gave her any more BioGrow since last week. All is going smooth and kinda fast :D. The humidity in my tent is going up because the wedding cakes are in full flower :D but no problem, I did put 2 small dehumidifiers in the tent and turned the Mars Hydro oscillating fans on almost all of the time. The fans are also new to me because i had cheap ones in the past , must keep an eye out not to give them wind burn :) . In just 12 hours i reduced the humidity from at it's peak 64% to 50% and at times a little lower then that. It is also pretty stable, except like the day i water. I am pretty pleased with that for now 😊. 1/10/25 Because I see a lot of clawing and here and there burnt tips i did a little flush. At the end of flush runoff at PH 6,0 ppm 1050. I like how I can play with the lights up and down to try and create the perfect amount of light for each plant. RH in tent at 48 % and stable. Must keep and eye on because of the flush :D 1/11/25 So 24 h after the flush and she is reaching for the sky. I also see very little improvements or it is a placebo effect :)) Tent temp 23C and RH 44%- 48% . New photos added :D. 1/12/25 After 48h she is reaching and preaching with her branches to the sky :D Happy and growing, developing very nicely. Little Purple calyxes can also be seen at the bases of developing flowers. End of week, in tent RH 50% temp 22 avg. Doing LST once every 2 days or so. Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.
