easy to grow and comes with n amazing nose 👃... i could not believe the candy type smell that this lady is putting out, i'm kind of in love.... smooth amazing high with a stress and pain relief you wouldn't believe! it takes anxiety away like nothing and tastes overall amazing, big and kind of dense buds! 2nd place in bud structure ✅

My god she is getting chunky, I've stepped up the bio Diesel to fatten her up this week. Plenty of trichomes forming now and she has started to put out a very sweet but chemical smell. I have had issues with humidity this week due to constant rain, I will purchase an air-con to dry out the air next week if I can't keep it under control.

Not a good week unfortunately. Fed them too much and burnt them slightly. Fixed my mistake so back on the mend. One week or so left I think so only plain water

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Really happy to harvest this girl. Made sure I pushed her to the max. Just about 70 days. She was done around 65. 14hrs into pre fower and beyond. I find that with High ppf with less hrs. Makes for much better phenos. Really happy to say. This is SUCH A 100% TOP strain. And it'll be 500% a auto that I'll repeat Mind you I've hardly ever repeated any strains. Except mimosa X orange punch auto and super lemon haze. And a few CBDs. So, if anything that should speak volumes to me saying this is a tip top strain. Going to run her with one of their new autos, apple strudel is meant to have very high terps. All about the taste. And this Apricot Auto from Fastbuds has this in spades.

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Week 8 Looking absolutely huge😂 They’re so tall and wide . Lots of healthy green leaves and strong roots. I was worrying a lot about sex issues as when I did my research I found out they’re quite common to hermaphrodite. Was really worrying but all calyx’s have female signs (so far🙏🏻) so pray for me brothers&sisters.

I made a few big mistakes. most notably not flipping early enough. I vegged til 13 inches hoping theyd stretch to 26-30 inches and have adequate space away from light, well I underestimate them way too much! despite stretching a ton, these girls were both amazing to grow. bounced back to every training, with a lot of lst and topping and defol, they never stayed down long. they eat a lot, and once i got my feed dialed in they grew healthy and strong thru harvest. i chopped at all milky trichs, decided to harvest all in one go. so lowers have a tiny clear trich but mostly milky, tops are fully milky and after dry have a tiny touch of yellow or amber at tips. effects are ranging from 70-30 sativa (on lowers with clearer trichs) its high energy. very distinct feeling of relaxation all thru body from neck down feel loose in joints and relaxed. in mind i feel very sharp, focused and productive. at the same time i noticed i was more creative. i teach tennis classes and i was better able to describe what I was trying to convey to my student who is a teen, creativity helps. both our games improved, definitely a nice productive smoke, tastey as hell in vape or bowl. grinds up and smells like blueberries soaked in gasoline, topped with a big squeeze of lemon and dash of spicey red chili peppers! ooooh eeee! this stuff is amazing, and the bubble hash i spun looks like its going to be top quality once it dries! will post more pictures of buds once they cure up a bit more. should mention as a hash / rso maker, i also pulled over 1,000 grams of wet fan leaf, and a few hundred grams of trim which yields great medicine not accounted for in harvest #s00

So this is the start of the fourth week with me. I find this very engulfing. I like spending an hour with them a day and move the little ones out of the bigger fan leaves shadow by tucking the larger ones away giving the little ones a chance to get more light and flourish. I’m noticing more the strain my one girl went through compared to the others, her leaves being smaller than the other girls. I’ve tried to give them the best environment I can and realize I still play a huge role in their life. This is my first grow and I love it. I hope they grow up well and flourish. They were fed last week and had a bit of nutrient burn so this week I gave them just water. I’m not sure how much longer I should veg but I hear in the scrog game the longer you veg the better. Hoping for the best for everyone on GrowDiaries and their grows!

They weren't kidding about the preflower growth, they are absolutely exploding!

I am disappointed. Not in the genetics but in my growing. But....I've learned a lot this grow. I know there is still tons to figure out. That comes next season. The girls dried out sitting in front of an AC unit. I failed to realize it until it had done its damage. Early in the grow, we lost 6 seedlings. That hurt, so did the heat.
