Hi all Well here we are at their stated 11 weeks flowering and I can see how ripe and ready they are looking . They all have a fairly nice trichrome build up now and I had hoped they would pistil flush again but it doesn't look likely now so i am thinking is harvest time any day now. I am now just giving them water to signal theor end coming . I am hoping the plants respond with a panic burst of thc to protect her buds. Not as substantial as I had hoped but as mentioned in previous entries , it has been a simple, lazy grow. Until the next one. Be Happy

Potted the plants up in final pots mid week and removed the smallest plant from the grow. Had trouble with temps dropping to below 15c this week and had PH levels going up to 7, both all sorted now and look to be growing well since making adjustments.

Smells and tastes awesome. The 3 week veg + 1 gal pots resulted in small yield. Otherwise great first try.

Week 6 flower. Not much to report with this one. Growing very slow, little buds, smell musky and not very nice but improving, very frosty and getting frostier. Watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Day 36 flower I turned off Blumat drip and will water with the watering wand from here on out. Just another potential runaway dripper so I eliminated the risk. I will just build another reliable system with a timer and use the Blumat outside. Thanks for the view! Have a great week!

This plant was an absolute joy to trim. This plant consisted of buds and stems only, so I am actually curious what the dry weight will be.

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. What can I say this thunder fuck is so smooth to smoke, I just can't stop growing it! I am in uncharted waters here because I've gone full organic no till. This will be my first time using grassroots living soil pots and first time using this brand new soil mix. Also to help with costs I decided to make a 5 gal tea reactor, to grow out the EM1 which will save me about 75% on all microbe products, and also save on feralization when used in conjunction with foliar sprays. Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Hi! A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. Pretty lady.... Little bushy just checked by Christmas she is done but I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts. The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December.... Only flushing and no more nutritient used. I feel the end I am proud of this little lady really nice easy growing strain. Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off.... The last 4 days she will get 4 days darkness only ventilation will be working and no more water ;)

Fully into flower. Filling in well, smell coming along nicely (some are like lemon candy, some are a little more skunky). I had a Mars Hydro TSW2000 sitting around so I added that in between the two lights/beds which really helped to even out the PAR. Dead nuts in the middle of the beds is about 1000, the edges are about 700. Super cropped a few that were just reaching too much. Put up some trellis, I think I'm going to need the supports, and helped to spread out some of the stacks that were going to be a little too close. Did a little more defoliation. It's really just maintenance at this point (and standing there admiring and smelling over and over) Been mixing up a little organic nutrient cocktail to supplement with, using BuildASoil BuildABloom (soy protein hydrolysate, rock phosphate, gypsum, magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate), Fermented Plant Extracts: Liquid Pumpkin Extract (Probiotically Grown Pumpkins, Clean Mountain Water, EM-1, Home Made LABS (Lactobacillus Serum), Super Cera Powder, and Molasses), BuildASoil Aloe and the Quillaja extract. I'll do a foliar spray first thing in the morning and replace the first fertigation of the day with this same mix (at the normal EC and PH level). They seem to love it and respond really well. I really want to switch over completely to organic living soil, I'm probably going to after this run, so it's fun to experiment with some of the ingredients.

July 9th - fish poop applied for breakfast - with all the rain, i applied Kelp Meal to the surface area - fed 2 gallons of Nutes/water -Weather can do what it wants now June 10th, - looking at the leaf formations on the end of the Branches, and I’m sure there will be Pistiles showing in about a week. The bud sites are starting to take shape and cluster. I’ll grab some shots in 4 days and see where its going - foliar spray for breakfast, thats a good feeding in the last 24 hrs - next meal posted above - 2 weeks past the Solstice, the plants will start moving into Flower very shortly, if not already. Days are Shorter, lets grow some Buds July 11th, - another whole day of Rain, so 1-2” (~ 1.5 gal) of Compost was added to the entire Soil surface. A first for me, thats for sure… all in the name of the science in the soil - before adding compost, I stood on the tomato cage, to fully re-sink it into the ground; top rim is 29” legit July 13th - foliar spray in the late afternoon - plant is becoming a Bush - yep, in a moment of weakness lol, I took a few leaves off, clones were gone, had to make it right… call it LST - you can see the branches are making use of the Cage, for support of the lower Topped branches.

What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous girls. They're showing preflowers now which I'm definitely happy as that means the stretch is almost over. I did add a 2nd scrog net its 6ft high. Over all I couldn't be happier with how they've grown. Happy Growing.

Hello! Northern Lights from Sensi Seeds is a great strain to grow. It is easy and resistant to most things except my stupidity (*) . I grew them in Central Europe, in pots of 17L on a basic windows growth, with decent soil with additional mycorrhizas. Generic multi fertilizer like Nitrophoska was added in beginning as granules + I added some poo from rabbits. Plants grew nicely also with the light from the large windows, but I felt they preferred a warmer and sunnier climate. (next time you can try cool or continental climate strains). After 25 weeks, I harvested 2 of them (one was harvested couple weeks before, read below for details) and I got 573g of material before drying. I will try to update the value when it is dried. Now they are drying like in the video I uploaded. Thanks for reading my diary. *) Once I opened the windows and I bent the central stem of the third plant, the smallest since beginning. I put a stick to keep it up and it still survived until flowering. I had to harvest it couple weeks before the others 2 plants, because after this "injury" the plant started to have some mites that were spreading in the plant. In this country, you cannot buy BIO products against parasites, so I preferred to harvest sooner. For the numbers of this last harvest report, I counted only the 2 that I harvested together and 573g is the wet weight of these other 2.

My 2 permanent marker plants they are loving the light being turned up they are praying constantly there internodes are so close together they have not stretched out very far yet. I'm thinking they are going to be on the short end but who knows some plants do complete opposite when they hit the flower strech. I still have not gotten the nutrients down for the one plant I'm thinking when I flip to flower it will it will turn around nicely I love the shaoe and look of it's leaves. The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.
