This was my first autoflower seed to grow. First time grow with molasses and the buds are rock hard. I mean real. while cleaning my hands collected some hash and the smoke was top quality. Exactly the same with the ones i smoked in himalayas years ago. Great indica.

I am gonna lean on a ph out of line in substrate due to plant is absorbing lots of potassium and phosphorus. Raising ph as it eats. Now causing first signs of lock out for both those nutrients. I don't feel it's cal mag all in your case.

what do you think is this? it was going well for the plant then this happened suddenly. nothing really changed. light is not even close.

High ganzigunnu,

I am 100% sure that this is a calcium dificiency. The cause of this deficiency could be pH issues or overfeeding. They both cause nutrient lockout but it doesn't really matter what the cause is.

But it does matter that you can fix both of these problems with a good flush of your soil and I will explain you how you can do that the best.

You can do this flushing by slowly pour water pH 6.2 onto the top of the soil, allowing it to drain freely from the bottom of the pot. Pour slowly, so the water doesn't overflow from the top of the pot. Use approximately four times the pot's volume in water to flush the soil. For example, use 1 gallon of water for a 1 quart pot.

After the flushing you need to let the soil (almost) dry out completely.

From there you can start giving water with pH 6.2 and nutrients but do not exceed EC 1.8 to make sure that you don't overfeed them in their last weeks working hard making those buds bigger, fatter and juicy!

Happy Growing! :yum:

It looks like over-fertilization. The plants roll and form eagle claws
How did you continue to feed after flushing, or did you stop?
What basically amazes me is that organic farming doesn't flush whenever possible.
You are using the Biobizz range. Put simply, you don't use it to feed the plant directly, but microorganisms in the soil. What they excrete in turn feeds your plant.
When you flush the soil, you remove most of these microorganisms and leave behind relatively dead soil. The organisms are washed out and the chlorine in the tap water gives them the rest.
Therefore, you can only continue afterwards with mineral fertilizers. That would explain the overfeeding
So if this was too high a dose.
