Every 4 hrs poke the seed down in the water. ( Wanna make sure she takes it.) 1-19 Approximately 24 hrs later. Shells are slightly cracked, just enough to see the white. But not quite a tail yet. This is where I like it. Grabbed my hand 6 inch pot and filled it with Hp promix. Added 1/8th tsp Mammoth mykos. Added 1 ounce of water in the center of the pot only. Around 1/4 inch hole, sprinkled with Mammoth ( just a dusting ). Seeds planted. Dome placed. See you on day 1 Lets GO!

Hello Growmies, Two weeks into vegetation, our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is striking a fine figure in the grow tent. I harvested on the last day of week 13. I didn't water for 3 days before harvesting and hung the branches to dry without trimming. I let them hang for 5 days, then trimmed them and am now curing the buds for another 4 weeks.

As I stated I wasnt that impressed early in the grow. However the wait was worth it. Didnt really smell until the last 2 weeks. Lots of crystals and very nice fruity taste. Nice strong body hit from this one.

Tropicana flowers 🌞☀️🌤️🌦️🌧️ Plant is 15 cm high because of low stress training. The length is 31 cm. Day 36: Sun is shining, 15-23 degrees, high humidity. Tropicana gets two liters of pure rainwater. Spend the day in my veggie garden working. In the evening I brought some 🐞for Tropicana because I spottet a few lice. My mood changes drastically as I find spider mites eggs, first and second stadium. Don‘t overthink that and decide to defoliate the plant immediately. I prepare a tee out of the leaves which brings fast relaxation. My mood is much better now. Day 37 In the morning with better light I find more spider mites and decide to wash the plant with rainwater. Can‘t find after any more of these little killer dwarfs. I decide to bring more beetles and check the leafs more often. Temperature is felling under 20 degrees, it‘s raining and the humidity is 87%. Day 38 In the early morning I couldn‘t find any mites on Tropicana. Got to continue controlling this in the next weeks regular. I‘m sure they are still there somewhere hidden in a dark spot. 🌦️ 13 - 21 degrees and humidity is around 60-70%. Day 39 🌦️🌧️ Very rainy day. Just let Tropicana enjoy life and tie down the top one more time. 🐞 stay since some days. One on every plant. I think the mites are a result of their start inside and no hygiene at all. Have the same with my peppers some years. 14 - 21 degrees, humidity around 84% Day 40 🌧️☁️🌤️☀️15 degrees, humidity 83% We listen to Roots Reggae, Tropicana is happy and quite busy with producing new roots, I guess. Don‘t understand when to stop low stress training. I think it’s enough now. She needs a rest. Day 41 🌧️⛈️🌧️🌧️ 15 - 19 degrees, humidity up to 89% We had rainfall today around 65 liters of water. I collected enough of it for the next weeks. Day 42 ☀️ 6 - 23 degrees. Humidity is falling. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while she drinks and drinks and drinks…. Coffee. 😅

📆 Semana 5: La planta sigue con su ritmo firme y constante. Los cogollos siguen engordando, ahora con más densidad y compactación. La resina se vuelve aún más abundante, cubriendo prácticamente toda la parte superior y algunas hojas vecinas. El aroma se intensifica y se vuelve más complejo, con notas dulces y un toque terroso que empieza a destacar. La planta mantiene un consumo estable y adecuado de agua y nutrientes, sin mostrar estrés ni señales negativas. La estructura aguanta bien el peso, gracias a una ramificación sólida y entrenudos aún cortos para lo que suele ser una auto XL. La floración sigue en pleno apogeo, y se ve que la calidad apunta alto. Todo sigue marchando como debe, y la cosecha promete ser muy buena. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Starting to see a few tiny hairs coming through, I imagine next week we will be hitting early stages of flower. Noticed a few of the bigger fan leaves were starting to shade the new nodes, so a defoliation was in order. I put the ScrOG net in yesterday, that has really helped the light get to the new growth. She is 3 feds into having nutrients, and so far no issues.. touch wood it stays that way!

According to the website, it takes 8 to 9 weeks to flower, and we’re now entering the eighth week, so I’m already counting down the days until I can chop this girl! From now on, I’m only watering with plain water until the finish. 💚

Not going to say I expected more as I did but I can also say wow they’re doing amazing and forming big ole buds! And the aromas are crazy coming from all of them! And I have NEWSSSSSS… so mystery revealed! On 2 big ones solo still forming! But bottom left is FASTBUDS purple punch and top left is FASTBUDS forbidden runtz and I’m so glad of it as I wanted them to be the fastbuds to get another finish or a better one on these and it seems I may not with the forbidden runtz but I will with the purple punch! My next run I will hold back as best as I can to do nothing but open them up and not defoliate or trim one set and visa versa on the others back to back to see the difference alongside each other! Be great too as I have more fastbuds to run and new Zamnesia to do on this so will be equal in timing! Plus I get to do some solos so will be a great grow!

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

She is off to a great start. I sprouted her right in the rockwool in the DWC. Looking forward to see what we can make this lady do for us. My tent seems to work best with mature plants in the 36” range although my setup can handle 60” in height the width becomes an issue. I plan to flower her when she is about 16” tall.

Not really packing on as much as hoped, probably because of the genetics, or she'll only start stacking on the final weeks For the rest I didn't really change anything just letting her do her thing She seems happy, thanks for having a look

Week 9 started with having to bring down tent once again it was only for one day it did happen to rain lightly that night honestly plants are resilient af they have been thrown a lil bit of everything an they bounce back no problem all deficiencies it had in Earlier weeks seem to go away right away buds are just stacking up nice.. I do notice the plant in 7 gal fabric pot is bigger than 5 gal pot.. also all my training to keep it spread out kinda goes out the window everytime I have to remove scrog net..we are about halfway there..gonna flower for about 8-10 weeks

This week was all about letting her recover from the cloning. Sadly most clones I took did not made it. Just 2 survived my inexperience hands. The good news is that miss Daisy it's doing so well I may be able to give it another try before flipping to flower. I have no rush for this harvest so will probably give it a try. After the cloning and some extra pruning she recovered in no time. Thursday, July16th. Solocup Challenge 2020. @Silky_smooth asked me to Participate. and well why not Iam always open to new Challenges, And I think It will be challengeing. Never grown in a Solocup Before So Iwas thinking a While wich Strains i should take, And i decided to take good growers and resiliant ones. I´ve chosen 3 Strains , 1 Photoperiod and 2 Automatics "Honey Cream" From RQS.... its a vigor Grower, resilant.... maybe toooo bulky.. we will see I started like always in soaking the Seed I took a little Teapot ( around 400 ml) and let them soak. I am thinking about tzthe Drainage Material i should take Claypebbles? Claygranules? Mesh? Perlite=? So Pls tell me what you prefer,,,, thy Friday The Seeds went under a wet Kitchensponge Saturday Nice long Taproot, so tomorrow it will get Planted Sunday Seed was planted. It had a nice long Taproot I took Claypebbles and let them soak and wash them a little then into the Jug and some additional Perlite Filled uo with my Soilmix and " Living Organics" Some drips of water.... done Friday I totally forgot to update... lool,,,,, she is showing up yaaay

I think I'm off to a good start. This is the roughest part of a grow for me so far. One thing that I learned from my past killings was to not get obsessive and that's the approach. I've got a way better understanding of feeding now. I was confused about feeding charts, thinking that it was mix and feed. Even though I checked the PH and PPM (incorrectly a few times) I'd consistently fry my plants to near death, bring them back with plain, proper ph'd water and then re-fry the next feeding. It hadn't dawned on me that the nutrient mix while being in the optimal PH range, mixed in right order and correct measurements, my PPM/EC was way too high for the stage of the plant. Yikes, I was feeding a toddler 3 double Whoppers with extra everything. And XL fries. You burn and learn I guess. The little girl was starting to look hungry so I took a shot and fed light nutrients with some hydrogen peroxide (will update the chart soon getting sleepy). I also punched a lot more holes in the bottom of the solo cup. Few hours later her leaves perked up like she was giving me a high five. Leaves are looking good too with a PPM of about 211. It's going to be a warmer weekend so I figure I'll crack another seed and put my 5 gallon pot to use. Possibly a photoperiod?
