🌱 Week 14 Update (Veg) The girls are holding strong 🌿💪 with steady, lush growth 🍃✨. Canopy is filling in more each day 🌳🕸️ and they’re responding well to training ✂️

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Tag 14 - Beginn der 3 Woche. Die Pflanze wird nicht mehr besprüht und die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird niedriger gehalten. An Tag 9 der letzten Woche wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - Voodoo Juice Advanced Nutrients. 0,5 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A 0,5 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part B Davon hat die Pflanze 250ml an Tag 9 erhalten.

Day 57 and that's a 33.8oz spring water bottle for size reference. Video's are day 58. I'm going to ice water her tonight and then keep her in straight darkness for 72hrs and then harvest. She's a beast for sure. You can definitely see an increase in trichromes in the 4 days of total darkness started with it's 1st and final ice water flush abd no more water for 3 days or untill I harvest.

Was a good productive week. I did give them a 30hr dark period before switching to 12/12 to really try to take advantage of the red spectrum on my light. (I read this somewhere so giving it a shot!) Also waiting to install second scrog, waiting for them to fill out a little more to help me guide the canopy as even as possible. The insides of both plants have new tops to fill in the gaps. The defoliation last week was the right move. The slower of the two up to this point is the front runner now so let's see how they continue to fill out. Temp finally dipped here so able to keep a more regulated temp. The 77-79 range seems to be what the girls are liking the most so I added a second fan to try and keep the night time humidity lower as well. Any comments or tips are much appreciated! Day 99 09/10/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron PK13-14 today to give her the extra boost they need. I will continue flush at end of week and next week. Day 101 11/10/24 Friday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today. Day 103 13/10/24 Sunday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today again. Day 104 14/10/24 Monday Picture update 😎💚 Day 105 15/10/24 Tuesday (End of week) Gave them all another 0.5L of de-chlorinated tap water with Plagron PK13-14 PhD to 6.3. Update on strains: DS- Auto Kabul is a robust, hardy little plant. Not many lateral sides bud it has bid sites climbing throughout main colar and it has a heavy top 🙌💚 Light green in colour and smelling like a zesty gas. DG/GF- Auto XXL Ammo - She is such a tall, stretchy plant, with alot of leaf to bud ratio! I won't do this one again as she requires alot of height space I don't have. She has a garlic, ammonia pungent smell to her. DG/GF- Auto lemon zkittles 🍋- This is A typical Christmas 🎄 tree shape plant, beautiful strong structure, resilient to pest. And has nice lateral sides with a bit of LST it would Unlock her true potential. She has a heavy main colar. Light green in colour dripping in trichomes, and smells like candy/ Z terps.

She hasn't stopped growing yet, that's another 10cm this week. Really really visible for my top to neighbors.. 😂 Now I'm just at a point where it's like fuck it, whatever happens happens. She's not stacking as good as I hope on the top four colas. For my taste there's too much space between each node. The bottom growth isn't getting that much light anymore but there's some little bud sites.. No smell yet but I'm guessing that'll kick in next week. That's it for this week. 3 seeds from barneys farm : zkittlez Og auto. Diary : Day 1: I dug a pit and cleaned my dirt with metal grid and a wheelbarrow & Installed the greenhouse. Day 2 : I rotated my dirt and added universal soil. 4 x 70l to area of 6m2 . I also planted seeds in universal soil without sprouting first. Day 3 : I gave water and checked for sprouts. Bought moist meter and dripping hose. Installed those and making the greenhouse more moisty now. Putted seeds in small sprout basket for now. Feeling : Verry happy for my first time. Lots to learn.. . Excited

Nice week for the lady runtz, many many bud sights, the smell is getting there, had to give a little extra pk warrior but other than that she's doing well 😀 👍 happy growing and stay green ✌️ 💚 👌 peace

Malgré les erreurs commises la culture suit son cours, cependant je pensais commencer mes deux semaines de rinçage mais étant ma première culture, j’ai préféré observer l’avancer des trichomes à l’aide de microscope et lentille macro se fixant sur son smartphone, la prise en main étant plus aisé, j’ai pu me rendre compte que la majorité était translucide, j’ai donc décidé de faire une semaine d’engrais supplémentaires. Ce qui est plaisant, c’est de travailler près de ces filles, on plaque de partout et l’odeur, je vous raconte pas...

One more week is now finished, let's have a look as what happened during this last 7 days and nights Used the weekend to make a nice cleaning again - I like to take all from the tent and clean on Sundays. Gives a good feeling. The plant is still full flowering, finally some yellowing and browning pistils. The color of the bud is gorgeous. Flush has started officially, 2l water every second day for a week, and then probably should be ready a few days after. It's a great smell coming from this plant, so sweet. Is amazing! Temps and RH are very stable, which is great. 27c day 60%Rh 24c night ~70%RH That's all for now, next week there'll be more. Have a nice week, happy grows to all, and better smoke :D

Starting flush tomorrow. Everything looks very frosty but the buds haven’t begun to swell just yet I’m hoping they pack on some weight in the last two weeks.
