The bud trimming suggested by Silky Smooth has worked a treat this week (Thank you Silky ) The buds are looking a little fatter than they would have been without a doubt. I am still considering making Hash from her to avoud a nightmare trim jail sentence from her but will see once she is out of the Dark period. She smells great up close and is sticky with resin too. The tips i smoked hit me harder than i realised they would too.lol roll on harvest time

Weekly update. Sorry it was a late update this week I was out of town (Bizcon2024). Wow have they grown, I'd say doubling in size. I've upped the watering to 1000ml daily, this week I'll do a major defoliation and lollipoping. All in all Happy Growing

Week 5 looking good! Easy going so far. No problems at all and still growing strong. Put on another few inches of height and signs of flowering have burst through. Starting to get a lovely sweet smell now

The beginning of flowering was worrying us, we had yellowing and weakness of the leaves, but after a defoliation the plant seems to have re-balanced and seems to be going great again.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/13- Week Two of flower is here for the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake FF, and I must say how thoroughly impressed I am so far with this strain! It has withstood attacks by insects (leaf hoppers and Japanese Beatles), intense heat and humidity (110℉ heat indexes with 90+% RH) and multiple splits of two of her main branches at the trunk, and yet has grown into the 'Beast from the East' reaching over EIGHT feet in height and spreading her branches out to an enormous SIX foot diameter! Our weather has cooled off after last weeks tropical system passed and it's nice to have a much needed break from the heat and humidity! 8/15- I am continuing to water daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. Today, I top dressed the Wedding Cheesecake FF with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. While I was under the canopy I also removed a bunch of scraggly small, thin branches that were anywhere from 12" to 20" long and would never had amounted to anything worthwhile. 8/17- We had a couple of passing light rain showers today which didn't provide a lot of rain so I went ahead and watered the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower with approximately 5g of well water just to make sure that she didn't get thirsty. 8/19- Thunderstorms yesterday and today have taken care of my watering duties and all I really had to do today is to remove some yellowed and dead leaves throughout the canopy. Hello Canna Fam, So day 49 of 12/12 has come to an end and the ladies are fattening up😁 roughly 2 weeks to go🤞🏼 Happy growing🤙🏼

They just starting week 5. I've been busy and haven't had a chance to transplant them yet. So they are still in the 1 gallon nursery pots. I will be uppotting them tomorrow and getting them ready to flip in a week or so. They have been super easy to manage. I really like the structure on these two. No crowding, each node has enough space and light allowing them to grow at a good rate. Relative to the rest of the plant. Once they get transplanted and I turn the light up they are going to take off. 😁

This week they’re starting to drink a bit more. I missed the last watering by a day. Drought resistance is amazing with these but a couple of them yellowed. A couple are getting getting calcium spots, already adjusted ph to see if that would help so fingers crossed. But some very strong genetics for sure. Happy with results so far, they all smell fantastic

Seems all good. Not using any growth technique, just letting the bushes to take form (yield not the biggest objective here). Also not adding nutrients as so far the growth is ok. Added a dehumidifier as the grow room was mad humid. Now stabilizing to 50% RH. Looking forward for the auto to starting flower so I can enjoy some nice high in a 4 weeks!
