Heading into the final week (for some) and we have some real beauties coming through, honestly, there’s not 1 bad plant in this batch... some are definitely slightly longer flowering, so they’ll carry on a week or two longer. The smells I’m getting from these girls range from sweet tropical funk, to grape fizz pop, with the gassier smelling girls carrying citrus undertones... the gassier smelling bunch all needing the extra week or two, with the tropical fruit funks and grape fizz pop all aiming to do it in around 60days. I am super amped about this run, I'm struggling to find ones that I don't want to keep 😅 so I'll do another full run of the crop just to make extra sure I'm not getting rid of anything just yet.

The lil Big Bud is still growing really well😎. I started to add master grower massive bloom from hydropassion since day 45.(0.3gr/L). She really starts to smell good😊.

At the end of the 6 week of bloom the blackberry cake feminised is holding up. Her bloom is not that fruit full as was lacking the essential nutrients to achieve that. Although the lady is blooming nicely. Her leaves have faded due to the lack of nutrients. week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

Closing thoughts. Damn easy plant to grow responds well to training have fairly uniformed plants only on kept the purple trait but that's ok we can selection breed for that. I am happy I decided to go this route with the breeding the girl scout diesel really complemented the mother plant

I spend less time with them my friend usually look after them. She went on holiday so I will be with them lucky ones. They are okay big plants flowering nicely I constantly removing old yellow leafs. All the same they do well :).

this plant got so stressed out. shes had a wonky light schedule alot of her life. i had just gotten her used to the indoor light schedule and i increased the light intensity. when doing so, it reset the timer on the app. i still prefer mechanical lol. anyways she them got blasted for like 20 hours and then i changed fhe light schedule so her lights on is at night, which then again stretched her schedule weird. i did happen to take a nice cutting though. 7/20 yesterday i noticed a few smaller bugs in fhe top soil. Then today, a damn wolf spider crawled out of the flower pot. I didnt end up killing them because theyre probs there for the other bugs 👍🤷🏽‍♂️

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Hello. It's been hot this week. I'm about 4 days from flush and I'll try to flush for 2 weeks. I've seen some fungus gnats, but I try to run a very healthy greenhouse. I've seen 3 different types of spiders helping me out this year. 2 different types of jumping spiders, several harvesters (Daddy long legs) and a bunch of small web spiders. I think a nest of web spiders hatched near by, their webs are about the size of your palm. And of course Paper Wasps. I allow to live in the greenhouse. (check out week 5 for more on that). >I going to make my own seeds this year. I want my females to be about 3 weeks ahead of the male on flowering. The male is under lights and checked every couple of days for flower sacks, NO preflowers sacks too. As i have said before that's a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights. Going to be crossed with my Amnesia Lemon, Burmberry and Skunkberry. What I want is the Burmberry to have more solid buds. > Amnesia lemon has not had any powdery mildew this year nor has her sister had any. I've gotten some on the other 2 strains. I'm trying frequency changed water " White Wash" works great, knocks the pm right out. I'll see if I'll use it again I'll be able to tell on the smoke and taste test when it done. That's all for now.
