This week the GMO cookies started to bounce back fast an hard from the leaf strip. At the start of the week all 3 girls got 1tsp of grow an bloom from roots organic dry amendments along with a feed of elemental at every watering at 1/4tsp per gallon of RO water. Add half 1/4tsp of dynomyco to the water also for some of that extra root support. Other then that slight adjustment on the tie downs an just letting the one on the right side just do her thing. Thanks for viewing an happy growing mates!

hi all. Here we are finally here with some of the ladies out and hanging to dry. It had been a fun week with trimming and hanging the Girl Scout cookie ladies. They finished so perfectly with a beautiful colour and terpenes oozing off them. Everytime I go up to the room , their sweet smell hits me before I get to see the other ladies. With about 6 days for #2 and 4 for #1 , I expect a few more days before they are even close to jar ready for a cure. Thankfully as they are organic and not needing to deal with leftover sodium based nutes, the terpenes should remain fairly intact with the very low 8°c and plenty of airflow keeping them rotating slowly. Rh is around 50% but not a mould risk thanks to the draughty eaves. The remaining Amnesia Haze ladies are like wound springs now. They are still 2 weeks from their supposed harvest time but look ready now. If I didn't know that there is a second flush about to pop them wide open and swell them even more , it would be easy to pull them before their true ending . Still very smokable at this stage now but i am confident that they will have a second flush of fresh pistils any day now. There are signs of it starting on a couple of the mains so i will be using the Dragon force to support this for about 7 days , which is designed to boost them at their finishing stages. I rate this product and use it every grow. Well worth a look. The natural fading and the temperature drops at lights off are creating some amazing colours throughout the canopy now too. Thankfully experience allows me to enjoy this kaleidoscope of autumnal colours and not panic that I have a major deficiency going down. There are some nicely cannabalising leaves in the canopy too which is also a good sign that they are performing just as nature intended and gorging on the stored goodness from the big fans left on. They are a multi purpose leaf for the whole process from veg to finish , they change their role as the grow progresses and as soon as she notices that they are taking more to keep alive and become a sink instead of a gain , she will cannabalising the stores built up and shed the leaf herself. This is why I get stuck with the whole defoliation debate. With that said , I hope your weeks has been as much fun as mine and that you will be joining me in the upcoming tester strain runs of Fast Buds new 2022 unreleased strains to see what's in the pipeline for the autoflower world. Be lucky folks.

Harvest pics. In the glass jar is pineapple gummy. Same breeder as the lilt. I forgot that I popped one of these seeds it was the last from the pack. The hanging dry pic is the rest of the pineapple gummy it was close to the gavita light and was very hairy. The big top next to it is the top of the lilt plant grown under the mars hydro 150w led light. When the feds choped it all down the lilt was given an extra week than the top which was cut off im absolutely pissed about that I didnt use a carbon filter I think the smell got a bit too strong will be back soon live and learn

Weekly update on these absolutely gorgeous girls. I was gone for the beginning of the week and came back today and I swear the flowers have doubled in size. They're smelling super strong and gassy. The flowers are dense as rocks so I hope with the summer heats they'll stay that way and not become airy. All in all Happy Growing.

Been brewing my ewc tea with as many other ingredients including ewc, kelp, fishbone meal, oyster shell, crab meal, glb fish, and makos. Fed them the tea in the morning and they loved it. That being said fourth node was developing so I topped. After doing some research I may have topped to early but they seem to be bouncing back just fine actually. I did six of the seven. Last one has been slow from the start so probably won’t have much of a yield. Plan on using tea often

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/16- Week Six is here and the Papaya Sherbet from FastBuds is beginning to finally take off! Our weather is beautiful now with daytime high temp's in the 80's F without a lot of rain so I am watering her daily at sundown with approximately 5-7g of well water. 6/18- I gave the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. 6/20- I watered today and also did a little canopy maintenance, removing some leaves down low, along with some small shoots that would only sap energy better used elsewhere on the plant in the future. 6/22- Six weeks from seed and I have a sneaking suspicion that the FastBuds PApaya Sherbet photoperiod is getting ready to take off in a big way! I could be wrong, but we'll have to wait and see! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏

Turned amber shockingly fast. Kinda happened unexpectedly! Swapped to water flushing this week to help my baby burn off the last of her nutrients. Plan to harvest in the next two weeks. Gonna let her guide me. Happy growing.

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Week 5 and PK deficiency has been corrected. Buds are building and feeds have been consistent at the high end of the maxi-bloom ratio - 2.5tsp/10L. Hopefully the higher pk strength doesn’t create any burn issues with the other, healthy plants. Some very light pruning but generally leaving them all alone. Current choice cuts are plants 1,3,4 in terms of overall resilience and moderated nute reqs. This is an all-important consideration before we also start looking at overall aesthetic pheno traits. At least for running the F3s when the time comes. This strain is proving a little more challenging to grow than expected.

In the end : 20 g of dried weight but had a really nice high even when I harvested it 2 weeks ago. First grow and one of the best bud I grew in last few months. Learned a lot from this, also started with another plant of the same strain a month ago indoor.
