Another excellent easy to grow strain. Early on she developed what appeared to be rust spots on the bottom half fan leaves. I implemented calmag into her feeding. It didn't appear to reverse the impact but did delay it or slow it down. Not to mention the last month she and the others have been neglected due to my schedule. She has been very resilient throughout. She is in the drying phase currently so I will definitely update when I take her for a test drive.

First trichomes are getting milky. Getting very sticky as well I love the nice and sweet, fruity smell of her. Can’t believe it made it to this point. Even if it’s not much…extremely happy to look towards my first harvest Update: Decided to cut her next week. Going for high thc-level, just testing it...maybe too early:). Sending her to 48 hours of darkness next Monday

La planta sigue ramificando e inicia la pre floración, se prepara para dar el último estiron. Mientras tanto yo le cambié el fotoperiodo a 20/4 y le agregué un foco de sodio de 400w a los 200w de cfl que ya tenía en vegetación. Volví a ajustar el lst creo que por última vez antes de dejarlas ser hasta el final. Riego cada 4 días aproximadamente con 2L de agua estacionada con ph entre 6.2 y 6.4. Ayer le tocó agua pura y en cuanto me pida más le daré un poquito de extracto de algas de top crop. Big one y top auto en muy bajas dosis, pues la planta no ha mostrado signos de deficiencia alguna.. Hice un riego foliar con aceite de Neem, extracto de canela y jabón potásico a modo preventivo. Ha respondido bien a la nueva luz, la distancia entre el sodio y la copa es de 60cm, iré acortando más adelante 10cm más si la temperatura me lo permite, La sigo!

Another week and another update in this adventure! :D So far I think things have been going well with Puff, the buds are getting fatter (or that's what I think!) and every day she's getting more and more "frosty" and smelly! 👽 Not everything was great this week tho, I think my plant is going thru something and I'm not quite sure what's the cause. I check/adjust the pH and I try to use water with low ppm... so my only option is that I underfed her when she was growing (or maybe what's happening is just normal and I'm overreacting) and these are the results! Anyway, there are all the photos! Thanks everyone! Any kind of comment would be awesome! 😻

Still spraying with Monterey BT. Minimal moth larvae damage. Flowers are increasing in size as well as scent. All plants are at different stages of flower within a week or two of progress. I will add more plant support next week as the branches are increasing in weight now. Most plants are taller than me now with many tops. It will be quite the effort to roll out the support poles and accompanying twine.

The two Red Hot cookies were by far the fastest strains in this run. And also simply beautiful. Bag appeal: 10/10 Yield: 8/10 Pheno #1 47 gram dry Taste:? High: ? Once I did a smoke test. I will add the missing information! Pheno number #2 has significantly more yield than Pheno #1. Pheno #2 smells like bubble gum, I've never had that smell with a strain before. If I had room for a mother tent, pheno#2 would have gotten a spot there. I'm looking forward to the next harvests !:)

Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.10-0.15. I added 1ML of Regenaroot Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Flores Until EC measured 0.7. I then used the mighty bloom enhancer by the ml until my EC measured 1.3 Always Give A Little Sprinkle Of Great White Into The Mix Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp (21c) and continued to feed. 😎

🌿 Lava Cake – Week 5 (First Week Flower) | Pre-Bloom & Heat Talk 🌿 The Lava Cakes have officially stepped into their flowering tent… though, to be fair, they’re still enjoying a little extra veg time before showing pistils. Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load. It is a very strong plant. It's just a monster. The branches are pretty big, it's still growing.... fuck... stop please :)) Still watering just water and some stimulants. Sugars are showing up and I think it's a very good result of the blooming time. Touching the flower with my hand, the smell is amazing, as my "perfumer" says - "I want a perfume like that".

Dear Grow community, The three RG automatic have grown very well and have so far no complaints. They love the temperature and dont need much water. They have grown very fast and already have a light smell.

She is running at an exceptionally fast pace.. Weather is great rain and all... Wind helps build thicker stems also.. Rain brings H20..oxygen.. hydrogen..and water cant beat nature.. I just have to help ensure her safety a bit.. I love the reward Have fun Stay safe Growers❤️💯💯

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

Start week 6! Looking nice and starting to fatten out! Can’t wait for harvest time! PATIENCE! Very happy so far with how they are all doing!

They are super bushy.... I hope they will reach the height of the pot..
