Week 5 Spring temperatures and puberty at the gates. Day 29: Changed photo perspective,and decided to take plant B out of the picture.Plant watered yesterday.No nutes for first time. Day 30: Growth has slowed doen.Top new leaves have brown tips.Almost every leaf has "the claw" and some of them are curling up.All these are signs of problems* Day 31: I took her under light for inspection.Plant probably suffered a watering stress combined excessive nitrogen.Leaves have some darker strips with a leathery feel.i'll water with 1/3 water amount and 0 nutes next time. Day 32: She's back on track!RH increased plant started to breath again. Its a victory day here in Belarus [9/5] Day 33: Feeding day.She's 26cm. Week 12 for Black Lebanon by SSSC She's really filling out nicely compared to last week I've had to bend some of the tops that were getting taller than the rest but nothing crazy. I went through a period of barely feeding her... well this week she's been fed 5-7L of water plus heavy heavy sprays every night😂 so a bit of a change up she doesn't seem phased either way. Currently having issues with crickets... keep eating my leaves not sure what to do about it if anyone can suggest anything? 😎

New week new updates smell is strong,they look great and in the best shape, even if they are growing slow a bit I don't mind it. As long they look healthy. Ghe rippin time.

Plant growing phenomenally really filled out the entire net and ready to let her grow up for the next week or two. Making tea as of today May 31st. Tea is made of worm castings, a little craft blend, a little big 6, and some blackstrap molasses. I plan on watering her with this tea starting June 1st. I added some European night crawlers today. They looked dead when I got them but I added them to the pot and everyone disappeared so evidentially they are still kicking. Pot already has red wigglers for topsoil aeration these guys will help aerate deeper in the root zone It’s been 7 days since flip. It needs a defoliation but I always wait at least 14 days especially in living soil. I’ll do a heavy defoliation at day 14 and likely another smaller one on day 42. Really looking forward to see how this thing flowers. Really interesting strain. Picked it up from a really legit lab in Michigan. They have tissue cultures for most cannabis cup winners; this strain is a bit of a no namer though. Seems like it was bred by a gentlemen known as kick flip genetics, looking at his cuts he clearly has access to high quality genomes, must be a reason this lab decided this was worth producing. I’ll find out God bless Edit June 1st: Noticed what could be some PM on a singular lower leaf likely due to humidity in the 70s so decided to do a pretty heavy defoliation. Did a lollipop for the first time ever. With lower leaf mass being removed the humidity is sitting around 55 now. Interested to see if the lollipop actually pushes energy to those top buds. I hate to do a defoliation at this point in flower(7 days into stretch) but she’s got plenty of leaves left and should recover quick God bless

Flushed one for a week and now into darkness. The last two that started flower under the cheap LEDs need a bit longer. They will need another three weeks. The one plant looks really pretty and smells great. The upside is I don't have to trim them all up at the same time. Looking forward the the cure. Cheers

So in the last couple of weeks I tried to make the night time temperature go down enough for them to turn color and they did - the sugar leaves turned a deep bluish green, really nice coloring! I harvested over a 2-day period. Day 1 I hand-plucked the sugar leaves off plants # 1, 2, & 3. Day 2 I hand-plucked plants 4 & 5, trimmed all of them and cut them down whole. I hung them to dry in my closet/former grow room with a boot tray of water with a towel for evaporation. My last grow was a disappointment in the end due to me not realizing how dry it is in the house (here in the living room it's 19% RH due to it being January in Canada and the hot water heating radiators are going full time). When they were dry enough, I did the final trimming, removing all the waste and dividing the buds into 2 classes: Top tier which are the nice tops of the big colas, and 2nd tier, which are the rest. I think I'll learn to make hash with the 223 grams of wet sugar leaves. I'll be adding more to this final entry in the coming days - this has been really tiring! Final numbers for 5 ShishkaBerry plants: Top tier buds (dried not cured) 372g 2nd tier buds (dried not cured) 150g Hand plucked sugar leaves (wet) 223g Waste (Sticks, stems, burnt leaf tips) 128g I'm basing my comments on the taste by the glove-hash I smoked - wow it's really good! I'm looking forward to next month when these buds will be ready to enjoy 😁 I'd like to thank all my new friends here and the other growers that have helped me along the way 😚 Finally, I left you with an outtake video from one of the defoliation sessions 😺 Stay tuned for updates... UPDATE 1: Today I might have made some tincture or something, not sure. I slow-roasted the dried but not cured previously hand plucked sugar leaves and crumbled them up and put them in a mason jar (51 grams 100% dry weight) and added a little bottle of Absolut Vodka (375 ml). I shook the mixture vigorously for a couple of minutes then placed it in a cool area of the house to sit for a few weeks before a first test - not totally sure what I'm doing here). UPDATE 2: Possibly made Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) out of the Alsolut vodka - ShishkaBerry mixture: I strained it so that there was no plant material, reduced it in a double boiler style, not sure what to do with the gooey stuff that's left as a result.

Week 1 of flower: just flipped them today. A second veg compost tea watering was applied, along with some light LST using plant benders to open up the canopy and shape a better SOG structure.

So week 6 is Live now and it looks like she’s ready for blooming
