I’ve been LST into a spiral so I defoliated pretty heavily to get more light to the lower buds. CBD Star is well on its way with many buds developing. I’ve been keeping it outside during the day and bringing it in to my new space bucket at night. I outfitted the bucket with an 8 inch fan, DIY carbon filter and a 250W Amazon Commercial PAR38 LED bulb. The filter is doing a great job removing the smell. Link for the bulb at the bottom. Cheese is stretching like crazy with some pistils forming. Vamos familia, actualizamos la tercera semana de floración de estas Terp & Tonic de Seedstockers. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Se nota que los nutrientes de la marca Agrobeta hacen sus funciones. * Starting this week as the others, watering everyday, no deficiencies. * We put out the net and start to filling the canopy with light LST. * Raised the lights higher from 30cm --> 45cm. * Nuts : Gemma crystalize NPK 1 feed per week, rest of waterings with the other formulations.☝️ * In the half of this week, all looks normal. * Some pistils (starting from the previous week) on canopy turning amber, maybe a little earlier so we raised the lights (25k - 43k lux) to avoid any light/heat stress.

Wow!! It was sunny and hot all week! You can see that they almost doubled their size and are looking pretty much more healthy. That is also because I followed @MadeInGermany 's advice and decided to wait more until I had to water. They seem to have liked that, beacuse there is no more sign of Ca blocking in the leaves. And they grew very nicely, no need of everything. Also following his advice I will use Cal/Mag in the next watering. But, you know, I'm making it cheap... so I will use another home-made recipe: wood ash fertilizer, which include those nutrients and some that are needed in flowering stage -which seems to be starting, so next week will have the flowering label-. It also degrades the N in the soil that could be still causing a little overfeeding (leaves' tips are a bit burnt). However, I admit that my mistake was overwatering from the beggining. Lesson learned! No watering for the whole week and the plnat didn't seem to worry about it. Man! If only it had been this sunny all the time! Plants look very healthier and are way bigger, with huge new leaves. A little amount of pistils showed up in the last days, so I guess it is the moment for stretching. Knowing that, I decided to do a little training on Sweet, as it is the one a bit behind. You can see in the last picture how I took a couple leaves that were blocking light from side branches-future bud sites- and taped them, so they didn't. If results are good I might do the same with Rebel, but I have a feeling that she'll do good without it. Sadly, next week will be all rainy and cloudy... Nothing to do tho. Any commentary will be thanked, even if it is about how cheesy the videos are! 😂

The plant was tied extremely low and the net was stretched. The plant was also repotted in an air pot.

On day 56 the girls were 70/30 cloudy to amber trichomes (my preference) they were ready for harvest. I took clones from pheno 3 and pheno 5. I will be monster cropping these clones to preserve their genetics. the girls went into 48 hours of darkness right after. On day 58 the girls were chopped. The tent was cleaned top to bottom and we started our drying process. We will be shooting for 60-65 percent RH with a temp of 60 degrees. I expect this dry to go 10-14 days. I will update a final dry weight, pics, and smoke test in a few weeks after the cure. I’ll also be posting my last seed to harvest episode of this series on my YouTube channel that can be found in my profile link or “probation2propagation” on YouTube. Stay tuned.

Now is the time for beginning the lst. Everybody looks great, there's only orange sherbet FF that is too small in my opinion to be bondaged. I gave a bit too much of fishmix last week so it will be only water for this week. Still 2 to 4 weeks under neons, got to keep them as low as possible so they can have light on each leave

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)

Day 76 she got the chop. Shes hanging in the dark drying. She smells divine blueberry and sweetness. I cant wait till she dries and i can give her a test smoke. She had 5 days in the dark and a flush. Cant wait to taste her.

11/13 Was the last night I kept the dome in the tent, started getting too crowded! But here on 11/15....lol i got bored and wanted to give it some more nutes! 😏 So I made a gallon up of some warm tap water PH'd down to 6.1, 8ml of FoxFarms Big Bloom, 5ml Boomerang, 5ml Wholly Mackerel, and 2ml of Power Si followed up with a very low dosed foliar spray of Xtreme Gardening's CalCarb before it was lights out. 11/17 I did some topping including the main stem. In the video (its off my Instagram story @SoilBGood) there's one that I'm not too happy about, the taller one with the stretched out spacing. But I don't doubt that its gonna give me some dank buds 👊 11/20 The plants are looking sharp....I foliar fed them with some Calmag / Power Si and they blew up over night lol B: Is a shot of the node growth NOTE: I ALWAYS DEFOLIATE EVEN IF I FORGET TO MENTION IT. Getting there,glad to see the one pheno seems to be side branching decently.Will just carry on tieing down side branches and main.Weathers been great but definitely getting cooler.Looking foward to their first fully saturated fertigation to runoff during the week if the good weather persists.

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%.
