What the hell happened this week? Last week she was 70cm, this week 120cm!!!!!!!! She must be very happy!!! 😍 Incredible growth. I hope she slows down soon or I'm going to have to bend her main cola over 😐

Aug 24: biggest of the four plants this year, and seems to be doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: have been watering in the morning with warmed water and that seems to help. Small kettle takes a while to boil but 2 L in a 5 gallon pail will warm up pretty cold water left out overnight. Lazy compost tea again today. I’ve held off for a couple weeks on the tea thinking that I didn’t want to over do N, but now’s the time for a little tea tuneup. Aug 27: all four plants look happier the day after another lazy compost tea. The yellow on the new growth has been pretty persistent on the Gelato throughout this grow, but she’s notably greener today. Now down to 14 h daylight, and still using the 730 nm far red light every night at dusk. Aug 28: still growing taller. Aug 30: this plant is get quite big for her intentionally smallish 5 gallon pot which will hopefully encourage her to finish faster.

Buying nutrients can get so expensive so I have decided to use tried and true miracle grow. I had some left over from last summer and I am going to use it for this grow. I actually have never tried growing cannabis with miracle grow, so this is a first for me. Miss Gorilla grew a lot this week and produced a lot of new growth. It makes me think this plant may be a bushy plant. According to FB website: "This lady grows stout and bushy, reaching around 150cm while displaying a compact yet robust appearance with wide inter-nodal spacing. She will develop a thick main cola with fat side branches all around while not requiring much maintenance. She can produce up to 650 gr/m2 in around 10 weeks, putting her among the highest-yielding strains we’ve ever created."

Well it’s been 2 weeks now and the girls are doing nicely, they have been lightly fed twice a day and have outgrown their Solo cups. I flushed the Coco 3 times to a reading of 10ppm out the bottom. It took 2.5 gallons of pH’d RO water.. I transferred them to 5.7 litre smart pots tonight and gave them about 500ml of nutes. I also prepped the CoCo with Myko before transplanting. So far I’m liking the CoCo and so are the girls. Wish me luck on this grow. Any comments and suggestions welcome.

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! Getting closer to the finish line. Smelling amazing and fruity. More than half the hairs are red. Waiting for a good bit of amber before harvesting. Could still have a week or two judging from other similar diaries. Leveled out on height a week or two ago.

Week 8 Day 1: how did we get here?! Northern Lights is looking beautiful (the only plant in a 5 gal pot outside). No major issues. Kids were fed liquid nutrients for the second time 9/8, and will be recieving them once a week moving forward (hopefully every other watering). Gotta find a way to make watering a smoother process tho, might invest in a home RO filter 😂 Big dreams being discussed, this could be the start of the only cultivation, breeding, and distribution center that has a primary focus on re-entry and subsequent business development.. That’s how you do socially responsible business and policy. You heard me?

Weather is fucked up again, i hope i don’t run into any issues with mold once they gain some weight :(

Just fine. Lots of growth. Started to think we vegged for too long and decided to go into flower for week 8. Watering every two to three days at PH of 6 and once a week with a tea.

D71. I think I'll be putting her into darkness with a a few days to a week. She still getting fatter. Lovely smell. D63. Into darkened room 36 hours. D74. Chopped. Wet trimmed

This week was no less stressful, but the previous week prepared us. More and more snow turns white. The microscope is ready. Nutrient solution at the maximum recommended parameters. But there is a problem with the tips of the leaves, they turn yellow first and then dry up and turn brown. I think this is the consequence of the maximum ppm. direct sunlight, a running giant fan at a distance of 20 cm, and an unstable ph lvl. There were significant changes in temperature from 16 at night to 31 during the day. The funnest is when it rains after a hot day. and they turn off the electricity at night. A humid environment of 65-70% without a fan is my nightmare in reality. So a piece of cardboard and energetic hand movements created the wind and the impression that I crazy But there are often good times, when the temperature is 26-27 degrees and the humidity is 45% without a humidifier. The girls smell amazing.😋😋😋

Pretty fast growing strain. Responds to training well. Spent about half the time training the other half flowering. Can’t wait till this is ready!

Completing their first week of bloom. They’ll be measured again on Sunday but going into flower they sat at 42”. There was a runt and I was able to hoist up the xxl autopot to even out the canopy before flipping. I did a heavy defoliation but you’d never know. I’ll wait until stretch is over and really get in there to open up the airflow. Super healthy and very vibrant. Constantly praying and up taking Lotus extremely well. I expect a 10-11 week bloom. Noticing a little purple tinge to all plants at top , I’m thinking it’s the led , never had it with hps before
