Pretty satisfied with this week as it was a very easy one. Not too hard to just balance some h2o and give the girls a drink. I’ve noticed they are slowing down a little bit on water though. Still about 80% trichomes are cloudy. About 40-50% of the hairs have gone brown. I gotta say these girls haven’t produced a lot of stigmas and I’m perfectly ok with that. The terpenes and THC coverage is perfect for what I’m looking for out of this strain. Think I might pay for the bud to be tested lol

Starting off week 8 and the girls are looking great. Switched over to a 1-4-3-6 of the CaliMag and Gen Hydro Trio for feeding. The clones are looking better too. May have lost one but time will tell. Taking a trip out of town for a week so I’m hoping the girls won’t miss me too much. The dehumidifier has been doing good at keeping RH down when lights are off. Clones have officially been transplanted at the end of week 8. That will be the end of their discussion moving forward in this diary as I will be making a new diary for them.

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it at our best to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Black Runtz was worked with a topping x16 buds but unfortunately I got stupid one day and after having vaporized something strong while doing a defoliation, I also cut a branch, our x16 buds became like this x14, story of a bullshit done. I hate doing bullshit and I expose them to public shame to remind myself not to do it again any normal human being would have hidden the fact. But we are not here to comb the dolls so we always tell the truth. It happens and the plant will be super beautiful anyway. Another thing that gives the plant the signal to start flowering are flowering stimulators, we friends at Plagron use Power Buds. The start of the flowering program includes the same additives as the vegetative phase Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is Alga Bloom specific for flowering. Green Sensation will arrive as the hero of the end of flowering and at the same time it will be time to remove Power Roots and a week later the Pure Zym enzymes. 🌱 Week 2 Report: The Journey Evolves 🌱 Grow Fam, the adventure is in full swing! 🌟 The Gorilla Melon from Fast Buds is out and shining its light, and the Papaya Zoap has made its debut in the Cannakan, bringing with it a story that adds even more depth to this incredible run. When the universe speaks, we listen. 🍈✨ I didn’t plan on popping Papaya Zoap from Sweet Seeds just yet, but sometimes things just have a way of aligning. After a few other seeds didn’t germinate, I felt an inner pull toward this special strain. As it turns out, the universe had something beautiful in mind! Just days later, my brother @daggadna also began germinating the same genetics—gifted to us during Spannabis. Was it a coincidence? I don’t think so. 🌱 This is more than just a grow now—it’s a journey with purpose, guided by synchronicity and connection. I can already feel the magic building up with this one, and I can’t wait to see where this road takes us! Having that accurate readout and control allows me to maintain optimal levels for each stage of growth. It’s like magic—you plug it in, set the desired ranges, and let it do its thing! 🌡️ By monitoring and adjusting humidity levels on-the-fly through the TrolMaster app, I can ensure the environment remains stable, and that means happier plants and healthier growth! No more guessing games. From anywhere—whether I’m working in the garden or chilling out—I can track and tweak it all. Heck, I could be on the toilet and still have complete control over my room! 😂 The AMP-3 Precision Meter has been running 24/7 in my water solution, giving me real-time updates so I can make any corrections when needed, right from my phone. This tech has taken my grow to another level. ✨ Nutrition Update: Keeping It Balanced 🍃 As for feeding, we’re sticking with the basics to give the plants what they need, without overloading. Right now, I’m running: • Regulator: 0.15ml/l • Startbooster: 0.25ml/l For now, I feel like this is the sweet spot—just enough to encourage root development and early growth without overloading them. -------------------------------------------- Week 14 // Dec 4 - Dec 10 -------------------------------------------- - Dec 10th puts us at day 96 from seed and everything is going smoothly for the most part - but they still need to mature a bit more. - i'm definitely seeing the difference in the phenos; one plant going yellow and another is going purple. - Sage #2, the smaller plant, really hasn't shown me any issues and is fading out to purple and still looks great today. - Still running beneficials and enzymes: Microbial mass every two weeks and Orca twice a week and Z9 once a week. ​- Plants are eating and drinking as top off is dropping daily and PPMs dropping as a result. - I'm still alternating Overdrive (15ml) and AN Coco Bloom (10ml) and shooting for a high target of 750ppm each dose. - I'm giving a dose at about the 690ppm mark. The dose brings ppm back up to 750ppm. I've been doing this daily with a top-off bucket with plain RO maintaing the water level. ​- I'm checking trichomes daily, just getting milky now on the calyxes (bracts). But, I'm still not seeing much amber yet and still lots of clear trichomes on the lower growth. - Sage #3 leaves are getting pretty brittle. The RH is way too dry for a rust fungus issue and would have spread by now to the other plant (Sage #2) I'd imagine. I don't know if it was salt build-up or calmag deficiency in early flower with a combination of nute burn, but now I'm leaning toward nutrient burn and CMH light burn even though it was the bigger plant of the two. Sage #2 doesnt have any issues. Balancing the needs of two phenos in RDWC can be challenging. - I'll admit I did push the ppms for a bit of tip burn, but it is weird why the bigger plant would burn if that is the case. - Either way, the upper sugar leaves have on Sage #3 are rusty, breaking off, and brittle on the top of the flowers. I need to figure it out so I can correct it next time. Plenty of PK between overdrive and bloom, calmag really isn't needed in late flower so the deficiency shouldn't have progressed if it was a calcium or magnesium issue in the early flower. - RH is dry enough I'm not too worried about any rot and trying to clean up any dead leaf matter when i see it. - I'm not rushing anything for the sake of harvest, but I do need these plants need to finish up... I'm worried I may in trim jail on Christmas after a 10 day dry. - Expecting to harvest any day, but who knows at this point could be another 10 days until mostly milky and I feel the THC content is optimal. Another week of training down. Leaves are starting to smell skunky now and no signs of deficiencies or struggle. Environment has been steady and the Kush has been loving it. Starting the transition to flower (flip is in 2 weeks) so she's been fed a bloom mix and some all purpose to get her ready. Figure it'll be about a week before the slow release is available for the plant and in her system by flip. Fingers crossed, but I'm hoping for explosive growth soon. She's relatively modest in size right now, but getting nice and wide.

As this will be the last time I defoliate I took away quite a few of the leaves. Maybe a little too many as most guides reccomend not taking more then 30% of the leaves in a single defoliation

During the third week of vegetation I started practicing Mainling's technique. To do this, I patched the plant at the third node and cut all the underlying shoots. ✂️🌱 I tied the two main branches with string to keep them down. The plant appears to be responding well and shows no signs of excessive stress. ✔️

Still just plodding on slowly. Topped this week. Have also installed a CO2 bag.

Great easy grow, took well to led grow and nutrients never needed to step back. Needed support fairly early on in grow. Heavy flowers not massive but I guess loaded with oils and good stuff. No apple smell or taste with these two phenos at all. Both super heavy chem affairs. One however tastes a lot like gorilla glue, it is one of the parents. This cultivar has shot straight to the top of my lists of grow again. It’s pure fire.

Devido a Rega a cada dois dias, resolvi fracionar a dosagem semanal de fertilização para toda Rega, sendo assim, rego a cada dois dias da semana, totalizando três regas semanais, com isso fraciono a dosagem para 2ml líquido e 0,16g de mineral a cada litro d'água, totalizando 6ml líquido e 0,50g de mineral por semana.

So far so good. Like how big the leaves are getting. Slowly introducing more nutrients to these babies. We've ordered a bag of CO2. Can't wait till it arrives. 🙏🤗 Day09 - Foliar spray. Nothing special. So far so good. Day11(May06) all good so far. Both plays at 7cm tall. Day13(May-08) did LST on both plants. So far so good. Day-14(May-09) nothing to report. Additional Notes: - Making 1 liter batches with water which i give every day about 100ml. - Using Alg-A-Mic 0.5 ml/l as a foliar spray.

Day 57: Girls looking good and healthy. Got the HLG turned up 100% pumping 500 watt to em! We shall see. Still only given around 500ppm nutes. Day 58: Got mostly cloudy with just a couple amber it looks like. I'm thinking I need to start flushing. Albeit, only on one plant. I will wait a few days more until I make a decision. Day 59: Still looking beautiful! Buds are getting thicker! Decided I will give MOAB till week 10 and check the tric's at that time. Prob start flushing at that time. Only time will tell. Day 60: Girls looking good. 👊 Not gonna lie, getting nervous as I do not want to cut em too soon or too late. This is a tough spot. The one has a ton of red hairs. It looked as if there was just a couple of amber that I found the other day. I was looking on the outside of the buds, also. So I know the inside is where I need to look. Just not wanting to jack with them too much. I will check again at end of week. Day 61: Busy. No updates. Day 62: These girls are starting to smell amazing!! I don't see any noticeable growth here lately. I'm hoping they start to bulk even more though as I think I am still seeing some clear trichomes. Day 63: Welp, all is well and no new updates. I been feeding pretty heavy so I will back off and just water tomorrow.
