Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. Essa genética é uma cruza que fiz em algumas flores da Franco Lemon Cheese da Green House Seed. Utilizei o pólen da minha primeira planta que era um macho. Foi um processo a longo prazo. Coletei e armazenei o pólen por um ano e só depois de uns 4 ou 5 ciclos, polinizei a Franco Lemon Cheese. Todo esse processo levou em média 2 anos, e não foi nada planejado. Por aqui trabalhamos com o que temos e quando temos. A germinação foi feita no copo com água e água oxigenada volume 10. Após a radícula aparecer (3 dias) foi direto para o substrato, posicionei bem a radícula no solo e esperei a casca da semente se quebrar. Essa parte não é um processo fácil para uma pessoa ansiosa que já não estava conseguindo germinar as últimas sementes disponíveis. Mas quem diria, depois de tantos anos, uma cruza feita em casa de forma artesanal, viria a germinar… Vamos acompanhar o crescimento dessa guerreira!

End of week 1. All 3 plants have their true leaves. The stems seem to be developing nicely but I was hoping for more leaf development. I still need to create more humidity. My exhaust fan still vents too much of it. I added a second camera and I hope to start adding some time lapse videos. Overall a good week! Still trying to learn my environment and tweak where I can!

Week 7 since flipping to Flower 🌺 . I was able to see the trichomes some through my camera abs they are mostly clear from what I can see. I have a microscope coming in the mail today so excited to get a better look at the trichomes soon . The smell is amazing and smells exactly how I remember when I first smoked MK Ultra .

I feel the light being only 100w has contributed to some of the extra stretching between the nodes and this would not have happened under brighter settings. This cherry cola from fastbuds is already on a good start. They may have been a bit better if I had the light dialed in.

Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

Week 7 let's go ! Day 152 - 04/11 : The plant symptoms have seemed to slow down. The soil is also starting to dry out a bit more which might have been a problem. Day 155 - 07/11 : She was flushed in the morning with about 4L of water and 2L of a 30% strength microbial+trichoderma tea to innocculate the soil in case the microlife took a hit. The run off was 1L. I also switched the 400W MH for a 400W HPS to finish off with a little extra boost of light + different spectrum and see if it makes any differences. The light were moved up by approximately 20-30cm. They are now at about 70cm from the plant. I wondered if the light were maybe too close and caused all those strange symptoms. Let's see if there is any change in their behaviour. Day 156 - 08/11 : It seems the plant is a lot happier. It has only been a day but I feel like she is fattening up faster suddenly. Or it could be that she has recovered from the slight chock from a few days ago. Day 158 - 10/11 : Yep she is definitely happy again. I am convinced it was the light or at least it was part of the problem, I am seeing a lot of growth all of a sudden, on all plants and not just this one. Trichome are up, pistilles are up, calyxes swelling, everything is running smooth again. She is looking ready already, from a bud general appearance I could almost harvest now, but the trichomes are still mostly clear and I have a feeling she has a little more in her. I suspect the reason for such large amount of already brown trichomes might have been the light excess they went through.
