Ok week 3. I need to step away this is turning into an obsession. So I set the temp to max out at 76 degrees- the plants seem to enjoy that temp a lot more. At one point you could definitely tell the plants were maxing out on nitrates but after doing some research I found out its normal when using slow release fertilizer. Since I was overwatering my plants I’ve let them relax and start to water every three days in less amounts. I'm going to start LST tomorrow- hopefully. I purchased another LED. Optic LED had a black friday sale so I thought i’d pick up one of those…. Still kinda pricey but I’m hoping it's worth it. I guess the light arrived at my house earlier today but apparently I was sleeping so they took it back. I'll have to pick that light up later tonight. I’m going to add the new Optic LED when my plants start flowering. Till next week.

So far it seems to be fine even if the high humidity worries me even if the temperatures are still high then they have stopped growing and will finally focus on the flowers and slowly we recover these small deficiencies

Placed seeds in water for the night and the started sprouting in the glass before morning, very strong seeds! Put them directly in rock wool cubes in RDWC buckets and the we’re up and out the next day. Got the 1000w MH HID turned down to 600w and moving on a light rail about 2ft above seedlings.

Terrible weeks weather again so I brought my plants in and bought some cfls woke up in the morning and one had fell off cabinet and burnt one plant to a crisp !! Lesson learnt

These ones look to be moving from the stretching phase into full bud production now. I am starting to see more and more trichomes develop which is exciting. Carried a good bit of defoliation this week cleaning up the lower branches and removing larger leafs that block multiple bud sites. Light still is set at 90% power. ✌️🌱🙂

Start of week 6 the end of week 5 she was just having her pistols come out. She is doing great growing fast I might have to buy bigger tent but will see what happens. Daytime temps are74/76 and nighttime temps 68/70 RH is now at 54%. New I have not even flushed or used sledgehammer because she looking so hungry at times. I did major defoliation on her had some many big fan leafs block lower bud sites to be also did a ton of tie down to try to get the last few stretches out the lower area.

Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight of flower has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. Her fade is in full swing now and I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week... I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Hey folks. Missed week 10 update due to mid terms. During that week I tip dressed again with 60/40 ratio of 444 to 284 ar 2tbps per gal. Finnaly had time this weekend to do a heavy defolation and start shaping up the plant along with watering. I starting to find mites and start of some mold. So I caught them at a good time. I will eventually spray them down with neem oil. See ya on the next update
