Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine for one more week then I'll flush for a week before cutting her down. The 2 Blackberry's I cut down last week were kind of scrawny, but I did smoke one of the main cola buds and it was tastier than I expected, very fruity. It also got me HIGH AF!! I'm looking forward to how this last one finishes up. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. I’ll leave you this week with another interesting excerpt from “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear: “I prefer to use high-pressure sodium lamps. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. Having read nearly every book on the subject of growing pot, I feel that their authors tend to overemphasize the importance of light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. You may do this if you like--it certainly won't hurt--but I firmly believe that the gains are just not great enough to justify the cost of the extra MH lamp.” -Read Spear

Things are going well , almost done 2 weeks of flowering already tops are forming up nicely very excited to see what the future hold in store for me with these 2 lovely ladies I might start training them soon depending on growth so stay tuned for that ! Really sorry for anyone that was actually following and wanted to see updates but I had to take some time away and neglected this project. My friend/neighbour/weed mentor passed away and I just haven’t felt the same. Moving along, after cleaning up most of the big fan leaves I decided to just switch into flower… I have 3 seedlings of Tropicana poison F1 saved out of 40. This was the next project of my friend that has passed. My goal is to finish this grow and honor my late friend with a grow diary of his plants. I’m sure he’ll be smiling above. 36 hours of darkness before proceeding to switch lighting to 12/12 Added 3 feedings a day now, but reduced the amount fed. Food has been given extra liquid mycorrhiza and bacteria. Will be using PLAGRON: Green sensation 4-in-1 in addition to megacrop at week 4 of flowering and see if there’s any benefits

Apple Fritter was doing good till air stone clogged up. Changed that and hopefully back on track. She has the polyploidy mutation. I am curious if it carried over in clone. I imagine it should. The girls are starting to get really heavy, we may be forced to cage the rest for support, we couldn't move them much this week for fear of them collapsing..not recognizing or stopping the runaway stretch soon enough has come back to bite us..lesson learned about this strain.. the canopy is terribly uneven lol, we're just kinda letting them do their own thing at this point, we did drop 1 of 2 lights to accommodate the shortest of the group. She's starting to smell very nice! Already much stronger smell than my last grow which is welcomed! I moved the lights down 4 inches in hopes to 'light train' it and prevent the main cola from gaining more height so it can concentrate on the budsites, hopefully it pays off. Live and learn! Happy day to all of you, brothers of the Weed! This extraordinary strain really has something surprising, indeed I will tell you more .... I believe that this 11L pot is of the right size and the right breathability for this girl who is going very strong so far .... appropriate .. . I think two buds have grown on one stem!😊 A kiss to everyone

Took one clone per plant on day one of week 7 and flipped to flowering. Defoliated as well and have a feeding of 1-5-2-5 of Cal Mag and General Hydro Trio. Feeding every other or third day depending on soil moisture content. Clones got Foop cloning gel and are in peat pellets in germinating rack at 85 deg F. I might have messed up by cutting off all the fan leaves, but we will see if they take root.

All the plants will be in the generative 3 phase of flower this week. I've updated the nutrients section for the week to show what the are being fed. I'm still feeding 3 gallons per plant daily. The number 3 plant is a few days behind the other two so it will get the Generative 2 feed, in the nutrients section for week 12, a few days this week.The two short plants have slowed their feeding way down on day 3 this week. The organic nutrients have a tendency to build up in the soil. Day 3 the two short plants got tap water. I'll wait til some of the leaves lighten up before I feed again. Day 4 the two short plants got fed. They didn't seem to be hurting for nutes but the leaves appeared to be losing color and the buds are still filling out. I had been feeding everyday until day 3. Day 5 and 6 the short plants got tap water and the tall one got the nutrients formula. Day 7 this week, the tallest and one of the short plants were fed the listed nutrient formula. There was no change in height this week. The tallest is 87.5 inches the two shorter ones 62 inches. I believe the two shorter plants will enter generative phase four/ripening next week. They are getting super frosty.

Well 1 week from breaking the soil, I think they both look fine comparing to other diary's, roll on this time next week, should start to see some proper growth and also start the nutrient chart, will be using all biobizz Nutrients on there lite mix feeding chart.

The fun is starting! Lots of pistils popping on her and she’s stretching! At this phase when I see sites I foliar feed with liquid manganese, 1 ml per gallon, and do this one time, after week 3/4 when I really see trichomes I don’t foliar feed anymore I also am using a bunch of new nutrients for this run that I honestly did a lot of eye measuring once I got it down lol, so feel free to ask any questions and I’d be glad to fill you in! I used every ingredient from silica to microbes and enzymes, sulfur, molasses etc, I felt like a mad scientist this run lol
