Harvest time!

Scrog is filling up nicely. This may be the final week before starting 12/12. Plants are looking good and feeling good so I think it's time to flip the switch. Just filling out the scrog a bit more. Going to defoliate a bit more at the bottom and next week is flowering. Contest Pheno seems to be the largest in the top right corner. Scrog is keeping it nice and level as possible. A bit stretchy she is. But very fast growth on her.

Bang on the start of week 5. Slap n tickle is by far the lankiest girls in there out of the 3 strains I’m running. Topped and lst training has began. Also got A mutant that’s not taken well to topping and has been a slow grower the whole way though, So I’ve left that one Alone as there’s no branches to play with. Think I’ve overwatered them that’s why some look a bit sad (I hope) lol.. but wanted to wet the soil as been transplanted with only a light watering. All in all not looking too bad, taking well to training although there a bit longer and lankier than the rest!!!✌️🏼

La segunda semana fue bien, a las plantas que estiraban más les causé Low Stress para mantener una altura igualada. De las 3 variedades que tengo, es la que antes ha mostrado las preflores. Un error vuelvo a repetir ha sido no tener medidor de EC-PH y otro ha sido el haberme excedido con los s riegos. Conecto pronto el CO2 a 630ppm par ver si así logro obtener un buen estiramiento esta semana. 📅 Día 15: 🔹 Mal día, elimino 2 machos y me quedo con mucho espacio libre en el armario. La próxima vez que ponga semillas regulares será en un armario doble o en exterior. De los errores se aprende, pero quería proner esta variedad tan exquisita. 📅 Día 16: 🔹 Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. Conecto CO2 a 700ppm. 📅 Día 17 : 🔹 Low Stress para que dé más luz a las ramas bajas y tengan más espacio para desarrollar. No quito hojas ya que creo que les quitas los paneles que las alimenta. El riego de ayer las sentó muy bien y están bebiendo el agua rápido por fin. 📅 Día 18:🔹 Descanso, puntualizar que he activado el CO2 a 730ppm y decir que se han bebido todo el agua, mañana toca riego. 📅 Día 19: 🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. La EC me dio 2000 y el pH 6.3 📅 Dia 20:🔹Pequeño Low Stress. 📅 Dia 21🔹Sigo con el Low Stress, la próxima vez usaré pinzas para dirigir las ramas, será mucho menos agresivo y obtendré mejores resultados.

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! Disculpen las fotos, es que las saque para consultar. Bueno primero que nada fue una semana de mucha tormanta, lluvias y humedad. lo peor que nos puede pasar en floracion. Segundo intente hacer supercroping ya que las ramas seguian superando el tejido y les llegaba luz en la noche. Y me salio desastrozo, mi primera vez. Pero los otros punteros que superaban la altura, los hizo mi compañero que sabia hacerlo (No tengo foto, luego actualizo). Y Tercero que debido a la humedad se ven en las fotos como aparecio hongos, por lo que pude observar era solo ese poco, lo cual ya fue removido vamos a ver como continuamos.

So one thing about this strain that was kind of a bummer was the smells were literally all over the place in a great way. Sour gummies worms from the keef, diesle/gas from the leaves, and lemon hard candy/carrots/dab carts from the buds but when smoked it, the floral taste was so rounded that the other smells never came thru except the purple one that had tight smaller buds, had a lemony taste still. (Remember had to cut early from braking). On the other hand, the way this plant grew had me in a state of personal amazement. I was actully super excited telling my friends that it got TOO BIG for the branches. Buds stacked perfectly on every plant. The topping and recover time went smooth. She shaped nicely right before flower. And back to my negative statement that I had..... the smells were INCREDIBLE!!! I recommend it to everyone soly for the smells.

08/08 - Week 3 of flower and flowers are getting fatter. I learned from my mistakes from over defoliating which I see as a key learning curve and I will remember this for my future grows. So far, so good. Tops are fattening up slightly, stretch is well passed. The root ball in the reservoir is unreal. Figuring out feeding with this container is definitely a challenge. She's in full blown potassium and phosphorus deficiency status, but I've increased the dosage on fertilizer so I'm hoping to counteract that. It's already starting to work, I'm just timid about overdoing it.

Now the dwarf girls are gone my honeys are doing good. I tried lollipopin with them. Lets see what that gives me. They smell different from the dwarfs. Smell like gasoline sweets and oranges. If you move them they smell up the room. Nice...👍😎 I also tried some scrog type i've seen so the buds can get bigger. Also lets see how this works. 22/2 new pics and video.
