Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. I chose one of the predominantly indica plants for the first taste. This plant has received only water for the last five days instead of the usual 10/12 and although I would have to wait another 10/15 days before it is completely dry, this Saturday I will break some buds smaller and I will smoke it 😋 Once the first plant has dried, and the crop is tasted, I will add more data such as flavor and real definitive weight. For the remaining five plants I will follow all my standards without breaking basic rules and I will make a progressive crop. March 10, Day 69: Final taste and effect ratio for the first plant. The exact weight of dried buds, excluding the wads, sugar leaves and small branches is 58 grams. Yesterday was my birthday and I got to smoke a lot (about 45 grams) in the company of twenty friends, everyone appreciated the taste and power of the effect perhaps amplified by some beer, but still very strong. No one has coughed, the smoke goes down smooth and clean and the effect is practically immediate. The terpenes of limonene and pinene dominate every flavor. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet and smoking a lot at the end the limonene prevails. For a final consideration on the edible taste I will have to wait to have made some butter to make biscuits or brownies. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊

I did a nutrient bomb so i took pic just to record any further change, as i need to stimulate flower caliber , with sugars , epsom salts and , sometimes barrier as it works as a slight K booster. There is a update photoset on friday 12/11/20 as they didnt die but if i add furher shit they can get burn so i will go mild and just do some just water to rest of the week and then just easy with enhancers and sugar extracts.

When I brought the LED lamp closer than 30 cm, the tips of the leaves of the plants dried up, fortunately they are fine now.

14 days after switch small stretch in the last few days. first pistils are starting to grow. taking of old big leaves in lower areas that receive no light or are overlaping to much, wonder if I should do some defoliation to the whole plant ? but looks good so will not do to much. will add some more photos later.

Switched to 12/12 on the 10th of september Rock on Growmies 🌱

11 weeks completed! The plants seem healthy and doing their thing. I will be harvesting this week. There is definitely some amber in the trichomes. I gave them a tiny feed mid week since they had seemed to be a little stalled out (first feed in 1.5 weeks). I watered them last night. I'll check the trichomes when I but them to bed in 2 days and see if that is when I'll leave them in the dark for 48 hours and then harvest. If they are still not ready then... I'll water again when I wake them up and then I'll check them 2-3 days after that! Either way, I cannot see this not happening in the next 4-5 days!! Looking forward to harvest!! Plans are already underway for my next grow. Probably going with Seedsman's Strawberry Auto Cheesecake.

I see that your dedication is total on the buttons, I will continue the lighter feeding going even further than the others this one needs more time due to its huge size, and part of the arms to bring energy.

Hello. This is the last look at Nova OG after 10 week of flowering with the last 2 weeks were in flushing The plants look and smell great. A candied Lemon smell with woody undertones is what I smell. Plant #4 went hermie so I'm expecting some seeds. Oh Well! There is some big buds in here. I hope it's strong too! I cure using paper bags. With everything dried and cured and in jars, in about 2 weeks. I take some tester buds and let them dry aside. They are dry after about 5 to 6 days. Although the buds are not cured they give me a good feeling as to how strong they are. So I should have a smoke report in about 2 weeks. See ya then. Chuck.
