Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Durban Nights, she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and has her first true set of leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. after all the mistakes made on week 3, they seem to be recovering pretty well. i've been paying attention and trying to expose as many tops to light as possible.. decided to defoliate them as they were getting a little bit too bushy, and lower ends of the plant were not getting as much light

Starting week 6 Tent is being slowly full A little bit too hot for the next days as the weather outside will climb to 36-38°C, I thnk I will bring them some CO2. I will check with the growshop. Any idea is welcome. The stretch is really impressive, 1 of them get 20cm in 7 days Waiting for the buds 😁 Day 39 I have now added CO2 with an organic boost, it is linked it to the fan. Should be a little bit better with that temperature

Su 8° semana fué bien. Tuvo un pequeño problema por falta de agua ya que yo estaba fuera, no obstante aguantó bastante bien esa deficiencia y ahora estamos controlandola para que no pierda mas hojas. Los cogollos ya se estan formando y tienen muy buen color y un aspecto precioso, veremos si el resultado dice lo mismo. Hemos añadido diferentes productos a su alimentación para el aporte de nutrientes necesarios. Mantenemos el pH siempre a 6 y subimos los nutrientes a 1EC.

The wait is finally over, I harvested on 07/01/25. Dried very slowly for almost 2 weeks inside the tent at 60% humidity and 18 - 21 °C. Smells very sweet, it reminds me strongly of the Purple Punch. Only in direct comparison, the Purple Punch leans more to berries while the GSC leans more to something, I can't smell out. But very tasty.

Start of week 7 and GSC is one happy lady. Pistil's are slowly turning orange at day 37. Tricomes are thickening and nugs are starting to put on mass. Looking forward to the weeks to come. Any suggestions or comments drop me a line. Happy Gardening 🙏🖖🌱👴🏼
