All is going well I week 8! Caramelino smelling fantastic! Northern lights got harvested! Like I said,I am disappointedin my NL clone as far as yield goes.But not disappointedin terps and thricomes. I am learning. NL started to develop nanners on the very bottom buds. I found only 3 nanners. And took them off. I also didn't really flush NL. My noob mistake but she was ready at week 7 for harvest! Caramelinolooks fantastic,nice sized buds, super nice and strong terps and very nice looking buds!Super excited for this lady! Beautiful progress with this girl. Can't really tell from pics, but some of her fan leaves are turning a purple tint, like her sugar leaves. Been feeding max strength compost tea with every watering, and she really enjoys it so far. Also, a little update on the clones I plucked from her a few weeks back. 6 of them successfully rooted, and now I'm hardening them off in the veg tent. 1 is already progressing onto vegetative growth. So her legacy continues :) Update 01/27/22: Her lower leaves are beginning to yellow and i see a nice mauve color spreading onto the fan leaves. I don't believe the leaves yellowing are a result of a deficiency or anything bad. She drinks at a fast rate, prays upwards first thing in the morning, and continues to stack her buds at a solid pace. And shes getting plenty of phosphorous, potassium and a bit of nitrogen as well. Shes getting fed blackstrap molasses with every feeding, which has a lot of calcium and magnesium. So after considering all of that, I think she'll just chug right along. As it's more likely just how this strain is. I remember my first run having a rather light-toned leaf coloration. Anyways, im starting to get a slight whiff of that infamous "purps" smell when I open the tent. It'll be hard to keep my head out of the tent come week 5, because I remember this strain being such a beauty. And I think I'm doing a better job with this run than my first. So I'm super stoked for the weeks to come. Cheers everyone 👍🏾

I didn’t expect this difference in height as they came from the same bank and have the same genetics, I also realized that one is already with all the brackets created and some brown ones, while others have not yet created, I predict a sliced cooheita. same concentration of ferts and cooler nights for this second half of flora. fasten your belts that these amnesias are coming with everything what they have. Mendo Frost – Flower Week 2 The Mendo Frost went through an extreme stretch this week and gained a lot of height. At the same time, she developed plenty of flower sites across the entire plant, with pistils appearing at almost every node. She still looks very healthy and vigorous and seems to handle the flowering nutrients perfectly. Despite her rather open and stretchy structure, the amount of developing bud sites is starting to look quite promising. Another positive development is the pest situation. The predatory mites have clearly done their job, and the thrips population now seems to be almost completely gone. Overall, a very strong second week of flower. The stretch has been massive, but flower development is progressing just as quickly.

End of day 61 flower. Both girls have been sitting in the dark since Yesterday @8pm. Will be taking them down on Thursday afternoon. Split the stem on both and flushed with florakleen for 3 days and now only on RO water. Adding a few ice cubes to the solution 2 or 3 times per day to keep the temp down. The last 12 hours remaining I will take all the water out of both buckets to let them know that the end is near and hopefully get some more frost from that. It’s been over 120 days since these two got seeded together and it’s been one hell of a journey. I got a bunch of clones off them and will have more grows on those coming up soon. I’ve learn a lot about what these girls like and hope to get a better yield with the clones. Next update will be the harvest. Take care and thanks for following along. 🤗

Feeding nutrients for flower boost.

January 26 Gave the plants an increase dose of nutrients on the 25th and today I noticed the FS were getting a bit of burn on the tips so I flushed the soil with about 4 gallons of pH 7 water. They're looking better today. RB has a few crispy lower leaves, I think because it has less soil and dries out quicker. I'll probably have to water it daily. The SwCDLC didn't bat an eye at the increased nutrient level. Both SS's are growing ok. The 3 gallon SS is larger then my micro grow one for obvious reasons. Both of the larger plants showed sex a few days ago so I know they're female and the stretch is underway. Hopefully start getting a few small buds next week!

Decided to chop her down on day 71, she could have stayed a bit longer but I prefer on the weekend.
