The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

SUMMARY: I flushed the NL with tap water straight from the hose. I’ve heard you’re supposed to flush with 3x the container volume, however that would be around 57 litres for a 5 gallon pot which seems absurd. I didn’t record the amount but I took my time and flushed with at least 30 litres. I will now continue to flush until harvest on 10th April by which point she should have faded nicely and used up any residual nutes. I read that the each time you water/irrigate you draw oxygen into the root zone and this promotes growth and in turn helps to increase yield and so I will endeavor to water her twice per day now until harvest. Mintz Runtz automatic is doing good, she has exploded in growth the last week. So I continued to lst her and then give her center a good defoliation. Open her up to turning into a bush basically. this week was great, the V1 arrived through a lot of logistical nightmares. its the final test before mass production- i will post another dairy for it but please have a look at the pics above. ive created a stylish subtle, modern way to grow 4 plants. this will be great for all levels and will save big on energy and nutrition. you just have to prune, it can even draw water into itself. anbd its 4 plants!!! stick here and youll see it in action. ive decided to change the order in tents. now we have super strong Purple berry Kush with the returned and super strong sweet seeds Sweet cherry pie. so one tent is the strong, and the other tent is now perma auto flower, which serves for additional veg for girls who fall behind their grow peers. hope that makes sense. i think my net is pretty useless other than a visual to plan nodes. i guess the real support will come from placing more plastic rods around the colas and fastening them. hope Christmas was kind to everyone. this oncoming week will be the last week of veg i think for tent two and we flip to flower. thanks for looking.

Last day of veg ( 18/11 ) all plants had a few leaves snipped here and there, plants looking the healthiest I’ve ever seen them, responding very well to the HST given throughout the week, all ready to switch 12/12 tomorrow morning!

Start of week 11, ladies are doing good and continuing to fatten up. Looks like #2 is pretty close to being done. Going to let her run through Wednesday, then check on her trichomes. If we got more amber I’ll begin the 3 day flush and chop her down on Saturday. If I feel she can go longer I won’t start the flush until Saturday/Sunday. Plants #1 and #3 still got another two weeks or so before they’re ready to chop. Day 72, I moved plants #1 and #2 to the front of the tent for easier access. They’ll be the first two done out of the 3 included in this journal. Also cleaned up some of the leaves on them to open up everything to light during these last 1-2 weeks. Still unsure if I’ll begin to flush #2 on Wednesday or wait till the weekend.. Day 74, checked trichomes and we still aren’t quite where we wanna be before I start to flush. I’m in DWC my flush is only about 3 days tops. We will check again start of next week and hopefully she ready. Day 76, checked on #2 she still not quite ready. I will probably let her run through Thursday next week, begin flush then chop on Sunday the 6th.

And the first week of flower is amongst us, I’m not sure if it’s the fast bud genetics, the living soil, or a mixture of both, but I think the videos say it all, the deep green throughout, day 41 and just look😍. Everything’s been sitting nicely 24/7 Humidity 49~56%, temps 23~26c This week they all received there last top feed, along with a slight bit of defoliation, some massive fan leaves! slightly over watered as you will notice in one of the videos, but I won’t be surprised if they’ve grew another few inches over night.
