Day 77 i turned off the lights at 10 pm Friday and started my ice water flush and 48 hrs of darkness. i have not done ice water flush before, the theory is that the harsh cold forces the plant to build more trichomes to better prepare for pollination its an easy thing to do and takes no extra time so why not try it the water ppm is 435 and the first round run off was 1139 ppm second round of flush 789 ppm. the reason for 2 rounds of flush is in the first flush round the nute's latch onto the water and the second washes them away. i wait 15-20 min between flushes. that's it for today's update keep your stick on the ice Day 78 not much to say really water ppm is at 435 and runoff of round one for the day is 621 i will update with round 2 in an hr. UPDATE: ok so round 2 leaves it at 521 ppm Day 79 ok ppl this is the last day before harvest no water just ice ( i know it melts but its not much water lol ) oddly after over 48 hrs in the dark i have seen no change in the color of the plant it does not matter but i was hoping lol i took some pics for your viewing pleasure

turn the volume up coz i named them individually as i was moving my camera.. They all healthy and developing very nice, grape from dinafem and strawberry from spliff seeds are the ones that branched out mostly and are fastest in the garden.. Defoliating every 3 4 days, dont want to cause too much stress but still want to keep those branches exposed 💪

Well due the the massive front brought this girl down last sunday. Lots of lessons i learned this year, many thanx for all the help from everyone. Thinking by tuesday she should be ready to start trim. Did purchace myself a 16” ac infinity bud trimmer yesterday to help me. Peace everyone!

It was a good run considering how it started. I wish I put her in a bigger pot and vegged her for maybe 2 more weeks and I would of ended up with another ounce. I also think I defoliated a lttle too much to early in fear buds werent getting enough light. Jusst under an oz is fine. Im doing a 2 week and 1 month cure so I will split it in half and update later on.

It was a good week, with some good growth. The ladies have settled in and are a starting to reach up. I’ve been keeping the environment steady at about 78 degrees, and 60-62% humidity. It goes down to about 70 degrees at night. I’ve been watering sparingly still, about 1 cup of water every third day. Near the end of the week they were getting 2 cups and have lasted more than two days without showing they are needing again. I decreased the light schedule to 18 hours, and they seem to be benefiting from the dark cycle, or less DLI. LST will start next week! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

This was fun pretty interesting keeping track of a plant online little hard with multiple Diaries so I will reduce it down to maybe one strain a month on here but overall fun.😉

A stackin we will go a stackin we will go. Well she is doing great and really putting on some serious mass. I grew this auto under 24 hour light a day for the first 7 weeks and the result was zero stretch between nodes. She just stacked solid colas all the way around. I'm really impressed by how big and solid this autos buds are. Today was my first inspection of trichome development and all are cloudy from the top of the plant to the very bottom along with about 90% red and curled in pistils. So I'm thinking at least two more weeks or until half the trichomes are ambered up what ever comes first. Can't wait to try this strain because she is really starting to develop a strong cheesy skunk smell and her trichome production is on overdrive. Happy growing, Cheers!!!

Welcome friends to week 14. 8/6-12. I did defoilation last week of most of the feeder leaves. The goddesses let you know what they want and dont want. When I was defoliating, if the leaf was hesitant in coming off, don’t force it, because it will bring part of the bud with it.That being said, I have 3 small buds that came off during trim. Close up pics above. I have these drying on a fruit bowl in the kitchen and will give CBG a try in about 2 weeks. 8/6 No water today. Adjusting to yesterday’s defoliation, outside time and fertilization. This is day 106 since popping the soil on April 17. Based on the last auto flowers I grew, I anticipate these will be ready to harvest at the end of 2 weeks (Aug 19-20). I don’t know how long it takes for trichomes to start turning amber but I see almost 100% milky, just no amber yet. 8/7 I’m pushing an extra day without water and not running humidifier. This is pushing VPD higher into the excess range. I read that this stress can motivate the plant to make bigger buds. Harvest time will determine if that’s so. 8/8 Ferigate 3 gallons using TPS1 23.75ml, Signal 9.5ml, EC 1.19, PPM 820, ph 7.5. I only gave them 1 ½ liters each today. 8/9 No water. Still not seeing amber trichomes. How long will it take? 8/10 light fertilize today. 3 gallons with 15 ml TPS1, 7.5 ml Signal. Each received 1 gallon. They were in the tub so all run off went down the drain and I didn't get measurements. There was a summer storm today so I utilized the time to go thru more boxes. A woman’s place was in the home. My grandmother, father and mother were all high achievers in their careers, and interests. All won awards for their achievements in work activities, teaching, and arts. This type A behavior was instilled in me from the start. In everything I did I had to be my best. I worked a variety of jobs from jewelry sales to office clerical during high school and college. Attending school and working at the same time and maintaining straight A’s is typical A behavior. I started picking up industrial psychology courses and some business. When I got into accounting, my male accounting professor said I was really good and I should consider it. The economics of business was changing. Women were breaking the glass ceiling in large corporations with more women were becoming CEO's of big corporations. So, I changed my major of study in college from science to business and accounting. I entered a difficult field. Once out of college, I started in the accounting field and remained in the same career for over 35 years. I did not have the desire to travel the world so I remained in Tidewater. My career began as an accountant responsible for payroll and accounts payable at a hospital, then went into banking. From there, I entered government accounting and finance. Over the years, I was promoted from staff accountant to manager, then director of financial reporting at Tidewater Community College (TCC). Interestingly, I came across my mom’s college yearbook. She attended Teachers College of Connecticut (TCC). My mom began her teaching career in college, and I ended my career while working in higher education. What a coincidence! My need for perfection is causing stress and anxiety since I’m having difficulties. Even though I followed the TPS1 autoflower weekly recommendations, I still overfed. This caused nutrient lock out for which I flushed with no nutrients for 3 weeks. Once I resumed 1/4-1/2 strength the required solution, I started seeing new white pistils in the existing buds. **** Week 12 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** These two girls are getting frosty and pheno 1 stacking up beautifully. The second pheno does a funny thing with growing horizontal leaves when happy and not point way up😃 Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Mimosa is longer strain though so they may get another week.👍 Little more detail....... Feb 27/21 - Day 22 - big feed day - all IPP line plus silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, enzymes @ 1.5ml - 1650ppm and 6.1pH - 4L for MM1 and 3L for MM2 - MM2 grows some horizontal leaves at the top. - MM1 is swelling and getting frost now!!💪😎 Feb 28/21 - Day23 - Microbe day but also added some CalMag - 3L for MM1 and 2L for MM2 - Natures Candy @ 1.5ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal, Magnifical @ 1.5ml, Micro @ 1ml, Bloom 1.5ml, Terpinator @ 2ml - 950 ppm and 6.0pH - leaf colour almost looks light today. Mar 1/21 - Day 24 - dry out day. Mar 2/21 - Day 25 - plain water - 300ppm and 6.1 pH - 4L in MM1 and 3L in MM2 - light power pushed up to 550 watts today. - (too much from 16” to 20”........note!!) Mar 3/21 - Day 26 - plain water with two suppliiments - 4L for MM2 and 2.5L for MM2. - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 2ml. - 525ppm & 6.0pH - stripped some leaves today......sticky in the middle😃😃👍👍 Mar 4/21 - Day 27 - no water added today - light power reduced today 450 watts. - been going too hard with intensity. July 12: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing fine. One more week of veg and will start force flowering on July 19. July 13: used barley instead of malted barley a few days ago as a flowering nutrient. Barley is sprouting so i replaced it with malted barley. Malted Barley (malt) is great as a bloom nutrient. Google Clackamas Coot talking about barley and cannabis growing.
