Seems to be going good, idk if I should ad more bloom booster or just use molasses. Also the broken cola I replanted, seems to still be alive but don’t really know what else to do. Just hope I can get these out of some random guys back yard soon.

This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

Woche 5 03.08.24 - 10.08.24 Das Wachstum geht ungehindert weiter....! Diesmal konnte ich leider keine Fotos machen, da ich in der Woche wenig nach den Pflanzen schauen konnte. Dafür kleine Zeitraffervideos von der Zeltkamera. Die Pflanzen zeigen leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Daher wurde diese Woche nur bei jeder zweiten bis dritten Bewässerung gedüngt. Außerdem wurde die Beleuchtung umgestellt von der Lumii auf 2x Sanlight Evo 120er da sie endlich nach mehrmonatiger Verspätung angekommen sind. Die Werte Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und VPD füge ich nachträglich noch ein. Die Behandlung mit dem Neemöl bringt leichte Besserung. Ab Montag kommen noch Nematoden zusätzlich mit in die Box, da ich ab jetzt nicht mehr das Neemöl benutzen möchte aufgrund der langsam voranschreitenden Blüten.

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Everything coming along nicely. I’ve discontinued all nutes but will give one more little top dressing to the cheese plant tomorrow then that’s it. Just straight stabilized RO water from here out. The slurricane is just packing on PM like crazy. The cheese has actually stopped the spread for the most part. At harvest I’m going to wash the shit out of the slurricane and cheese with some warm RO water and some h202 to get the majority of it dissolved. Other than that the quality of the slurricane is beyond ridiculous. It’s by far the stickiest strain to the touch in the tent. It’s probably winning for smell too. It’s straight gassy licorice pine. The pm susceptibility is a deal breaking drawback though. The cheese is looking good and smells great. It almost smells like rotten milk. Some of the nugs are really filling out into these nice long chunky little things. The pistils are turning a light orange/pink color too. Unfortunately it’s not maturing at the same rate and will make everything in the tent go for another 1.5-2 weeks. Garlics are looking better. The lanky pheno has filled out quite a bit more than expected and is super frosty with a great smell. It’s finally starting to purple up a bit. I think it will still be quite leafy around harvest but time will tell. Pheno 2 has better structure and density but lacks frost, smell and color. Not very impressed by it honestly. The zkittlez is looking great and getting super frosty. Especially around the crowns of the top colas. Lowers look like shit though. Despite being somewhat leafy, the main branches look quite dense. It’s probably the shortest and bushiest plant in the garden. It’s yellowing out quite a bit now and will probably finish with the blackberries and slurricane. The blackberries look amazing and smell even better. One of the phenos is a crazy producer and creates massive buds with musky berry terps. The other pheno is a beautiful purple strain that produces a crazy amount of frost and chunky golf ball nugs at the expense of large yield. It’s smell is very sweet and candy like and has been a very low feeding and maintenance plant. Slurricane #4 looks great aside from its infection. It definitely wins for resin content and smell but looks like a low yielder.

Growth spurt slowed. Starting to fill. Less worried about it getting out of control now. I should have used a more conventional training and topped it. The one advantage I'll have, because it's never been topped, is the shortest time to harvest the way I have done it. Accidental HST on one branch yesterday, so it'll be interesting to see what that brance does now.

This Strain is really nice to grow 😍👍

On day 10, I transferred the buds to the HerbDryer since I needed to free up space in the drying cabinet for two other plants. When I made the switch, I did a light trim, and I finished the final trim when I placed them in jars for curing. As for the smell, it’s definitely strong and noticeable. You can clearly pick up berry and herbal aromas. After curing, the smoke quality and smell will improved . In terms of yield, it was a bit below expectations—only 36g dry. The top buds have good density, but the lower buds are quite airy and loose. That being said, I wasn’t expecting a big yield anyway, especially since it only had 12 hours of light during flowering. When you open the bag, the aroma spreads quickly, and it's easy to tell that you've been handling it. After smoking, your room will smell great, but not overwhelmingly so—it fades after a little while, hahaha! Overall, I’m satisfied for now… Now it’s just a matter of waiting for a better cure to enjoy it at its fullest! 🔥🌿

Day 28 of flower and I’m very happy with these two ladies atm. In both vids, you can tell which one will have the fatter nuggs. The plant in the first vid, was transplanted into Fox Farm Ocean Soil and the other was not. I can tell you right now, your grow medium definitely makes or breaks your grow. I will be using FF as medium of choice from here on out. Not much else to say other than they’re done stretching and are starting to fattening up every day. Got a little over 40 days left until it’s harvest time. 42 to be exact! But I’ll catch yall on the next update ✌️🏾
